I was new to working with mechanics in this area so I was really looking for a shop that I could trust. I have a high mileage vehicle that I didn t want to spend the amount other shops had quoted. I was a bit skeptical at first as the original price quoted was different than what I was charged. I raised the question with them and while I spent more than planned, it was more than fair for all the needed work that they did. They explained everything that they repaired and my truck is running better than it has in years. I will certainly be going back for more maintenance as needed. Thank you Mr Esa for working with me.

I recommend Guaranteed Tire and Auto Service to anyone in need of a car repair. Ask for John. He is kind, knowledgeable, and fair. The price I was quoted was reasonable, considering all of the services my car required, and I got my car back in a timely manner.

Horrible Horrible Customer Service!!!Front end guarantees with back end $$ Surprises $$. Called and spoke with the manager and he could care less and hung up on me!!! Took 2 and half hours to change 2 tires!!! Told me they could do my alignment but 2 and half hours after I overpaid for the tires and labor was told that I d have to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. The fact they said they could do it originally is why I chose them in the first place!!! Because they told me incorrect info up front it ended up costing me more money to get it fixed!! They didn t even apologize!!!! Beware .not good guys!!! No customer service and no appreciation!!! Would ve been a new customer for them as this was my first time there!!! Not now!!!!!

This was a perfectly timed matter! Other nearby shops simply did not measure up. From attentively answering their office phone, being able to see me on such short notice, how promptly the entire exchange was..and to top it all off, the price was ideal!! I was happy with this shop since before even having stepped foot inside the door! I WILL be coming back in the future.

Happy with their work most of the time but 416.35 dollars later, in and out with same problem, service engine light came back on after leaving twice.So they did call me to rectify and explain further what was done and what I needed to do on my end. I will do as instructed and update at a later time.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Take a minute to read this before you take your car here. They tried scamming me some months ago. Took my kia sorento due to lack of power. They told me it was the catalytic converter and quoted me over $1,200. Not a problem I knew it was going to be pricey. Didn't tell them I had some knowledge and I do the maintenance on my cars but there is stuff that I do not touch beacuse I know I am not a professional and I was willing to pay to get it done right. I also had the valve cover gasket new in the back seat and they noticed it. I was planning on doing it but was busy with work. Agreed to let them do it since i just wanted my car to be ready. They were going to charge the labor only and oil change as well. I did not rush them cause I wanted it to get it done right. John called me a couple days after that it was ready but it got me stranded on 360 about 5 miles down the highway going to work. Which it was very dangerous for me and others. I called a tow truck they recommended and told me that if it was another issue I would have to pay more but if it was still a catalytic issue they will cover it. I asked John if they test drive cars on highway since is right there. John told me that they do not cause the mechanics are scared of the police which is crazy. Anyways, they told me it was the second catalytic which they were going to change with no charge. If they had test driven it over 40 mph they would've known it wasn't good. John called me again couple days later and I stopped to pick it up close to the time they close after I got off work. Got home and the valve cover gasket was still sealed in the package on my back seat which by this point I was already mad and did not trusted anything they say. Checked the oil and it wasn't full and it was a bit dark. Meaning that they never did the work they charge me for. Labor for that and oil change was close to 200 dollars which was separate from the catalytic issue. Went the next day expecting a refund for that since I just did not wanted them to touch my car again. John told me that they did the oil change to my face whichI knew was another lie and at this point i just couldn't believe what was happening. Told him that it was a lie and took him outside to check the oil. He tried lying to me again saying that they don't take all the oil out and tries explaining how an oil change works. Stopped him and told him that I know how it is and that I do my own oil changes and to check the filter that I could go to O'Reilly and get the receipt for the oil filter I bought and that it would match the one on there. I also spoke to a young Hispanic guy I think his name was Alex. He was checking with other guys and came to tell me that in fact they did not change it. The whole experience was a nightmare and I let them have it but finally got my refund for services that they did not do. I don't know how many other customers they do this too but let it not be you their next victim. I know they know who I am and they will remember me after this review. I had only went to get an inspection the year prior and told Alex this when I first dropped it off. Never using them again for anything. Stay away from this place.

I always bring my car here for service and I am satisfied every time! They always do a great job when my car is getting serviced or repaired! The prices are very reasonable, not like the dealers! I recommend this place very highly because the service advisors and techs are experienced and know what they are doing! Their rims collection are excellent, this shop will get you looking right! If you need a mechanical job or service, this is the place to go!

If you need your alignment done...this place is not the place for you to have this service. Wasted 2hrs, got charged $112.00 and no alignment adjustment is made. Before and after reading is the same. no comment or explanation given from technician or anybody at the shop.Talked to owner/front desk guy there about it...does not own up to the responsibility and was given the run around of..."but is the truck drive straight and good". NO! that's why i'm come in to have you guy fix it. the alignment reading is out of spec that why i need alignment! but the before and after is same nothing changed..so you guy does not do anything to it and charge for it.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ALIGNMENT SERVICES HERE!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

They will forget your oil cap, when u try to confront them about it. IT s your fault, definitely not worth it.(***Update***)A few thousand miles later and about a month of them trying to successfully replacing the gas gap they lost. Just called up to see if they would honor there promise of a free oil change or at-least a discount, sadly I was just told to come in and MAYBE receive a discount. This might not be everybody's experience but i am definitely not returning here. I had to buy an oil cap while they tried to have one delivered . Now my car has two oil caps . One in the engine and one in the trunk!

I came in for an oil change for my 2008 Toyota Corolla LE (300k+ miles) an oil filter, cabin and air filter change and literally couldn t haven even waited an hour. The customer service was nothing short of awesome!! They answered all of my questions, were patient and honest with me and got the whip setup just right. Would highly recommend to everyone needing service done for your vehicles. This is my new shop for sure. Blessings

Took my van in for a alignment, and they tried to tell me my van needed all kinds of extra parts. You can tell the mechanic gets paid by commission some of the parts I just replace myself before I took it up there.. avoid this place if you can!

Honestly it was great Service. Went to go get my alternator changed on my Nissan Sentra and they did well! They also added in a guaranteed/ forever warranty on my alternator. Thank you again!

Outstanding customer service along with great service. They were quick to. Fix my issue with cd player and speakers. They took the time to go the extra mile walking me through setting my phone to connect to system along with giving me a great price. I paid almost 100.00 to find out the problem and they quoted me prices that I got estimates in the past but had repaired at other garages. I thought I would get a computer print out if my head was warped. I'm done with this garage. It used to be so much better and trustworthy.

12/02/22 - Date of service. I ve had this review on my to-do list but finally got to it!I came into this establishment after coming from Discount Tire regarding a nail in my tire. DT told me it was terrible and my tires were in terrible condition and that they re going to explode - how dramatic right? They re less than a year old and I barely drive.I m new to the area so I did FT my mechanic back home and he said my tires were more than fine and that I should get a second opinion on the nail.The Guaranteed Tire & Auto Service team was very patient and understanding with my distressed self and took great care of my car. My tires were indeed fine and fixable with a patch! Service here was timely and efficient. Waiting area was well kept as well which is always a plus. If there s anything funky with my car, I know exactly where I can go and who to trust. Thank you GT&AS team!Service: Tires

I moved to Dallas TX not too long ago and my car started shaking and making sounds due to a cylinder misfire and they got it fixed within a day for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and they look like they have a good crew and equipment to get things done efficiently and professionally.

I have used Guarantee tire for many years. I love the old man that started the business many years ago. He took excellent care of us ladies. He wouldn t charge us for checking air in the tires, or small things like that. He also made sure grounds were spotless so you never worried about picking up nails or screws pulling in or out. New owner is good however, last set of tires I purchased for Honda Civic. I had to have (every) valve stem replaced because tire was flat. Last one was out in middle of nowhere. Drove it flat. Wasn t stopping. Had to buy new tire. Yes I drove slow with hazards on shoulder. His guys are in too big of hurry. Slow down and take care of Ladies. They could be like me and have problems when they are alone and out of area. Scary!! But only lace I buy my tires!! Great deals and customer service!!
