Brought my Can Am Ryker.in for repairs. Got an estimate for over $5000 worth of parts & repairs which was fine with me but then was told they didn't want to do two days work on my bike. Then had to wait over 15 mins at the parts desk while the repair guy who said he didn't want to work on my bike, chit chatted with a customer in front of me with a $7 purchase. Totally ignored me. Repair guy at the desk very unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. I'm looking to purchase another bike but I DEFINITELY want buy anything from them...

Everything was done through email and telephone because I live 2 hours away and couldn t get away. They held my Honda Supercub for me and all I had to do was to drive over on my day off and pick it up. Two other dealerships lost a sale because they refused to take a down payment over the phone and hold the cycle for me. Your loss was my gain. Thank you Fort Worth Motorsports for working with my situation.

Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Brad and Erica are so amazing, they helped me get the trike of my dreams. I will definitely be sending everyone I can to them! My dad already wants one, and he said he's gonna go to Fort Worth Motorsports even though he lives in rockwall because of how great the service is.

We came to this dealer to purchase an X3. At 2:49 I received a message from the salesperson the unit was available. My family and I were in the showroom working the deal and filling out a credit application when we were told that the unit had a deposit placed on it while we were in the showroom and had already agreed to the deal. My family and I wasted three hours of our time driving to/from the dealership including the hour we were waiting for a single salesman to assist us purchasing that unit. There are many other Polaris/CanAm dealers in the area to work with, I recommend coming to this dealer LAST as they have poor customer service, lack of integrity, and no respect for peoples time.

I brought my 2000 Shadow ACE in to replace the rear brake pads, change the oil and rebuild the carbs. I picked up the bike and it seemed to run fine. It took the service manager Tony Gallegos about 30 minutes to take payment. After waiting around to simply pay, Tony Gallegos did not apologize for wasting my time because you know dumb computers. After riding the bike for about 15 miles, the entire exhaust bracket fell off completely. Luckily this was at a low speed. After inspecting the exhaust s connection to the head and the bracket, I noticed numerous odd nuts and bolts. Some were standard and some were metric with variations in metal type and finish. 4 nut and bolt combinations were missing all together. The chain had so much slack in it that I could lift the chain all the way off the rear sprocket. At a high speed, this would have easily caused a fatal wreck. I called Tony and explained what happened. He immediately told me that it was unrelated because no mechanic would ever remove the exhaust to do a brake job or carb job. Then he told me this is because the mechanics he manages are on commission. Then he told me it was because he has been doing this same terrible work for 41 years. The exhaust was bolted on securely for 20,000 and then magically falls off after Tony Gallegos manages work on the bike. Fort Worth Motorsports should loose their license to service motorcycles. Stay away-it is to dangerous to work with Tony Gallegos.

Not a fantastic experience.- used sales tactics to push for a quicker signing- ran a hard credit pull when i asked for a soft inquiry- base price was more than other local dealersWanting to buy a brand new Sea-Doo; the first half was fine: helpful, responsive, commutative and had. a nice in person visit. Sea-Doo had a special program until January 4th. They insisted that they would be closed the first few days of the new year, basically pressuring me into signing as soon possible. When I compared offers with another dealer, they became even more pushy. We had made a deal that I put down a deposit and had until January 4th (since they would be closed) to sign the forms online. I asked if I choose not to sign with them, how I would get the deposit back and they said I wouldn't. What is the point of a deposit?? They insisted that it would now allow them to sell the Sea-Doo in the mean time, which is why they were keeping it. But if they were going to be closed, how could they sell it anyways? They very rudely canceled the agreement when I brought that point up. I did get another email and phone call on January 3rd and 4th asking if I was still interested.I also specifically asked for a soft credit pull, but upon checking my credit report, they did a hard inquiry on the day I asked. Since I never signed anything with them, what was the need for a hard pull? And lying about it..Luckily, I found a better deal and was able to keep my one inquiry on my credit by financing with another local dealer. So glad!

I disagree completely with that last review. In fact, they are the only ones in town that aren t doing that. I put a deposit down on a Sea-Doo 2 other places before putting one down at Ft Worth Motorsports. They kept in contact with me for updates up until my Sea-Doo arrived with parts. Their customer service was stellar. They were friendly and were quick to accommodate. It was such a pleasant experience.

Do not recommend this dealer. We purchased two units from them and when it came to a claim with insurance, they had poor communication with the customer. We had to be the one who called them to ask for updates - so therefore we decided not to let them fix the unit once claim was approved, we moved to a diff dealer. So therefore Brad, the owner decided to charge us for storage from day 1, instead of charging us from the day we declined repairs. Part of this storage was waiting on adjuster, or waiting on Erica to come back to work after a few days off to send the claim to insurance.. or waiting on technician to finish diagnosis.. only days i should have been charged for was from date of decline. Will not be back or purchase another thing from this company... Now i can totally see why their ratings are so low.

Our experience with Erica was hands down a 10+. Absolutely on point. I made one call and she start working immediately. I'm in another city, but she made this buying experience seamless and without any drama. She even took pictures and text them to me. I mean she went the extra mile and within less than 2 hours our purchases was complete. You rock Erica. Thank you for making this one of the easiest purchase we've ever made.

Went to purchase a Sea doo and they didn't have in stock so I was going to put $2000 down anyway so they asked for that. Well then about 1.5 to 2 hours later I got a call from a place 4 miles from my house that gave me a better deal and better interest rate. So called back ASAP and said thanks but I am going to go with someone else who is closer to me and has the machine in stock so if you could please refund my deposit. They told me "No" and hung up. Now I am a reasonable person so if they were like we can refund all but $150 buck or so because we took time out to find the machine for you then okay I would be okay with that. But no no no !!! Even called back to talk to GM who was even ruder. Then they called me back and said they were going to bill me on my credit card the cost of the rest of the machine. Keep in mind people I have not signed a thing. Never been there and was never told deposit was not refundable. It's not like I waited days and days and cost them a sale to another customer. They are plain rude and I think maybe they are crooks like some other reviews I have read. Just my experience and thought I would share.

Even though I decided not to buy a Can-Am Spyder today, I thought I'd leave you guys a review.I found this dealership to be very friendly and helpful. They spent time to answer any questions I had while also allowing me to test ride one. If only the pandemic wasn't causing rates and prices to go up, I may have walked out with one today. No fault of the dealership whatsoever.Whenever I'm in the market for a Can-Am again, I'd definitely come back!

All I did was pay the guy.The owner, Bradley Niles, is a real piece of work who does not follow rudimentary check deposit procedures, indicative of other issues with this shabby outfit. Read the negative reviews before you do business with this place, as I learned first-hand they were posted for a reason.I drove an hour and a half to pay for my watercraft with a $23K cashier s check, which FW Motorsports failed to endorse on the back in their deposit. According to Niles, We never endorse cashier s checks. That sloppiness works great until you run across an issuing bank like mine, or countless companies, that require an endorsement on all checks for fraud purposes. Not doing so risks even a cashier s check from being immediately honored. This clown called me 4 days later, told me to trot back down to my bank and immediately wire him ANOTHER $23K, because it could be a week or more before he can get the funds that I ALREADY paid, which were walked back because, well, he just doesn t think it s necessary to stamp the back of a check. What this embodiment of business ignorance also doesn t understand, is that the funds do NOT revert back to my account, but rather are suspended in a neutral cashier s check account until his bank issues him a certified copy of my check that I already gave him. It didn't matter that I would be out a total of $46K. Hustler was literally irritated with me because he couldn't get his money quickly, since his own bank isn t expeditious enough in issuing that certified copy. #sorrynotsorry. However, I will give my personal five stars to Richard back in the shop, who prepped my Sea-Doo and was helpful with copious information. He deserves better, given for whom he works. The ONE THING Bradley Niles did not do to get his money was to simply endorse a check. All I did was pay my bill.

The owner of this company and the staff working here are horrible. Talked with the owner about them buying my ryker. Told him what i had and was told he would give me 11k for it if it was in good condition. I told him okay im on my way. When i get there my bikes in the condition i said it was and i was told they were only giving me 10k. Then all of the sudden the owner is nowhere to be found and cant answer calls. If the owner of the business can lie like that and waist time i can just imagine how everything else is run here. It explains why they have a 2 star rating on yahoo, a 3.8 on google, and under a 3 on facebook. I highly advise anyone not to do business here. Freedom power sports is honest and dont try con moves like this place

Tony in service is awesome and always takes care of me! The owner is great people. If you want high quality work done and with people you can trust see Tony! This isn't like all the other shops around it's a family business. I bought my first bike from here and now his son is running the company. Support local business they do care!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!I purchased my Ryker 30 DAYS AGO and started having fuel problems, called the dealership about repairs, and because I left a very truthful, yet poor review, they re REFUSING to fix my bike.Told me not to bring it up there, it will just sit there without repair. Spoke over me on the phone, and was VERY disrespectful. If I could rate this a ZERO I would, without hesitation.I m calling corporate. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I pray you do your research before coming to this dealership.

I am the manager of a very reputable truck dealership in Florida.I went to visit my children in Texas and surprise them with 2 Jet skis.My son found 2 online at Fort Worth Motorsports. I should have read his reviews as I would have stopped my decision to buy from them right then.I only had a couple of days with them so I purchased 2 skis from Brad the "owner". I paid 9800 for them one only had 60 hrs the other120.Both broke down with in 1 hour of owning them. He was very quick to cash my check but when I called him for help he said "we sell our jet skis as is and he would have to charge me for any repairs. I had another professional come over and asses what would be needed to repair themGuess what? One has a cracked hull the other has a bad motor!Brad told me that there is nothing wrong with them and he serviced both skis. My new mechanic showed me otherwise. Now I have to spend another $4500 in repairs to make them seaworthy and mechanically sound.Brad is a liar and a thief and you should never do business with Fort Worth Motorsports. Google me and feel free to contact me for any more details or if you would like to file a class action lawsuit. This guy needs to be stopped!

Guys were great. They did not have the color I wanted but had it in the next day. There was a minor mix up with the financing but they handled it well and honored the deal we agreed on. They went above and beyond what a normal dealer would to make sure things went smoothly.

Making the sale is more important to them than customer satisfaction. I didn't spend a lot, but to find out they wouldn't accept returns on unused unopened parts after the sale is not cool. Fortunately, it was less than $10.00, but you need my few bucks that bad, you don't deserve my business. Now I'm stuck with an extra part I may never need or use. Look elsewhere, they are a bit more on price than other places too.

I have bought 2 bikes from Ft Worth Motorsports and Bradley and his crew have always treated me more like family than a customer. They have always made sure I was happy with the service I received or parts I needed. They have always been a helpful, sharp bunch and know their machines. I would always come back and I always, always tell me friends about this crew. So if you are looking for a bike, jet ski,or an ATV be sure that you go see these guys.

Excellent sales and service staff. Great selection of family fun vehicles. This holiday you have to check out Fort Worth Motorsports. I usually don't write reviews but my experience with Bradley Niles and his knowledge of products and great selection of inventory was awesome. Thank you to everyone at Fort Worth Motorsports. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Great service, better than the rest of the bike shop around. I've been coming here since I first own my first bike. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory and style to fit any riding style. If you are looking for parts, if they don't have it they can get it for you.

A couple of months ago I called all 5 dealers within 30 mi from my house & FWM had the cheapest price on 2020 Honda Super Cub. Salesman Brad is absolutely incredible- exceeding all of my expectations & a few I'd only dreamed of...... I got such an awesome deal that I'm not comfortable putting the details on here! Suffice to say, I'll never go anywhere else again. Ericka was fantastic also. I advise anyone looking for the best price not to waste their time elsewhere- just go straight to DFW Motorsports and ask for Brad.

After 6 months, 750$ and taking it back 2 times. My bike still doesn t run. They didn t seem interested in making sure I was taken care of and I don t think you should ever let a customer leave with a bike not running when that s what I paid for y all to do... make it run..... but they swear it started 2nd kick when they tried it. But didn t bother to do it this time....I m just going to take my bike elsewhere.

All I will say is if you want someone that will stand behind his work do not go to Fort Worth Motor Sports. In my case, Tony, the Service Manager at this place, finds it much easier to not annotate something on the record so he doesn t have to warranty his work in case it wasn t done right. Tony also believes with his 41 years of experience (so he states) that he is the BEST and the local, well known and credited Motorcycle shops such as Swifty s and Cycle Werkz are little hole in the wall shops that don t know what they are doing. IF YOU LIKE to be treated rude, cussed at, willing to listen while he is bad mouthing the local shops and back peddling on everything he said previously so he will not have to re do work that was done at his shop then this is the place to come to. I pulled my bike out of this shop before he did any more work on it. I have never had any problems with anyone else I have ever dealt with regarding my bike. There are two more things I want to point out: Butch with the sales team is excellent. He has always been a pleasure dealing with. So is the parts counter Gentlemen, I believe his name is Rickey. Very friendly and helpful. Because of Tony and the way he treated us we will never come back here, which is a shame because this is where I bought my bike, helmet and other things. Bradley Niles, the owner, doesn t really care about his customers much either. He had not much to say about the situation.

Ripped off by the service department. I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone for some service work to my motorcycle and decided to bring it in. When I picked up the bike and got the invoice it was 3 times as expensive as the original quote. When I confronted them about the charges they merely patted me on the back and said, "but the bike runs perfect" and walked off. The bike does run better but it's far from perfect, especially considering what they charge. Stay away. Take your business else were.

STAY AWAY! Earlier this year, I purchased some oil products from this shop. After doing a bit more research, I realized that I could save a significant amount of money at a competing retailer. So, having not used the oil products and having my original receipt, I promptly returned to the shop to get a refund. Maybe it's because I'm younger (18), but not only did the staff refuse to give me a refund but he was vulgar and demeaning in his explanation as to why. After getting a manager and haggling with him, he agreed to refund me ONLY if I posted favorable review on google. Which I did...as he watched over my shoulder. Of course, I deleted it after I got the refund but think about that for a second... These are just plain bad people. Over priced and crooked.

i had a great experience buying from Fort worth Motorsports. after purchasing my new 500 Honda foreman es, i bought a winch and asked them to install it for me. i of course was fully expecting to pay for the service, but they were a little behind in work and i just went back their with their excellent service tech's and just hung out with them while they work hard at work, working on my bike and others bikes in the shop. when checking out, they Apologized for the wait and loaded it up onto my trailer and told me i was good to go. would Personally Recommend Fort Worth Motorsports for any and all needs!
