My husband and I purchased a 2012 Range Rover Sport from Alex this afternoon. We purchased this vehicle cash as a back up as we own a 2015 Range Rover L405 V8 Supercharged and like to keep a spare vehicle around. First, Alex s customer service, professionalism and transparency were impeccable! He was a true gentleman. Alex was very honest, he told us what he did know about the vehicle and was honest about what he did not know as we were asking questions. Husband and I both have experience working on Land Rovers, Mercedes and BMW s and felt very secure with this purchase. We had looked at other RR Sports today . What set this one apart was the amount of detail. This vehicle was IMMACULATE inside and out. Alex offered to allow us to hook up his OBD2 reader. We brought our own but my intuition told me it was not necessary after husband and I both test drove it. We live in Waxahachie, drove it home, then went to the grocery store this evening (put approximately 75 miles on it today) and no issues at all. Can t wait to do business with Mr. Alex again! Transaction was straightforward, fair negotiation and seamless.

"Dealership Fraud" I purchased a Range Rover sport from Alex, on May 06, 2022. And this vehicle was absolutely a "LEMON" I immediately cancel the contract within 24 hours after taking the vehicle home and every light on the dashboard came on. How disappointing. I took the vehicle and had a complete diagnostics done by a real dealership at Range Rover -Dallas to find that there was absolutely over $7K of repairs needed before this vehicle could safely be driven on the highway. After returning the vehicle to Alex he agreed to give me back my $4K in deposit. After he received keys back. He refused to do so. It's been over one month now. This dealership is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Very dishonest. I experience nothing but dealership fraud. Very sad to know that there are people still out in this world doing this type of CRIME legally. I won't stop until I have reported them to every agency out there. All I'm requesting is my 4K deposit back. Now you have this same vehicle back on the lot for sale. Customers please be aware. This is absolutely unfair business practice. I won't stop until I get my money back!! THIS IS WHAT THEY DO .... TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
