I wanted to share my awesome experience with Elite Transmissions and all their staff. I have a classic square body Chevy and am grateful to find such knowledgeable mechanics who actually know how to work on these older trucks. When I came in, I couldn't shift into any gear to save my life. My steering column was also very loose which is fairly common with this vintage of Chevy. I couldn't tell where my problem was, but after the diagnosis was explained to me over the phone, I knew that a complete transmission rebuild was in my future. Long story short, they not only repaired the transmission to where it drives like a brand-new truck, but they also repaired my loose steering column as a courtesy since it was pretty unsafe as is! I now have so much confidence in the mechanics here, I plan on returning to get more work done! Their prices are very reasonable if you are realistic about the type of work needed to be done. They have earned a customer for life! Thanks Elite, see you soon!

What does it mean when other Auto Service providers tell you, "We don't do that, you need to call Elite transmissions"?It means that they are the best, that's what!My Corvette would not drive over 40MPH and reverse was slipping. I brought it to Elite and let the professionals assess it. Mrs. Deborah and Mr. Mike were very thorough, professional and down to earth. Mrs. Deborah kept me updated on the status of my car in a timely manner. I never had to call to find out what was going on. She always called me first.No one is planning their monthly budget for transmission work, so you need to know that they can help find financing for the repair costs, if you need it.Mr. Mike and Mr. Derrick was very helpful explaining what was done and how I needed to bring the car back after 14 days to have them check for any leaks. If you don't know, leaking transmissions lead to burned-out transmissions.I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too! They're the BEST, because the other auto professionals say so.....God Bless!

Derrick at Elite Transmission is one of a kind. Very professional and they take the time to explain everything to you. They found the best parts for my 2009 Cadillac Escalade truck, broke the transmission down and built it back correctly. Not only are they extremely Professional but also will provide updates on the progress of the repair. You will not be disappointed if you have any transmission issues. Extremely knowledgeable. The owners wife and husband are some of the most down to earth business owners I have ever met, right of the bat you can they ll they mean business and don t lie or try to up sell you nothing came in expecting to spend an arm and leg turns out just an easy 78 dollars to check and find out what the problem was. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest trustworthy people and business. The best ER for cars lolService: Transmission

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEThey will not honor the warranty, so pleaseConsider a different transmission shop to work on your vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HERE'S another mom and pop automotive shop you should AVOID at all costs.ELITE TRANSMISSIONS Arlington TXBecause they are going to ruin your car and will not take responsibility for it. This is what they did to my car and won't take responsibility for it. On 9-14-2020, I had my transmission replaced on my 03 Accord. Deborah, one of the owners, said if I ever see any leaks on the ground to bring it back , they will take care of it. Fast forward 15 months later, on November 29th, 2021, I noticed something red on the ground underneath my car. Of course, I thought it was transmission fluid. On December 1st, 2021, around noon, I brought my car back to the Elite transmission shop to have them check it out. Later on that afternoon, around 3 something Deborah, one of the owners, called me stating that my right front tire was on flat. After reviewing the dashcam footage, I noticed one of the technicians was trying to open my trunk for some reason. When he couldn't get the trunk open, he grabbed the air hose and started adding air into the right front tire until it popped.

Brought my Jeep Cherokee to replace an engine mount gave me a great price on the part and the man hours it all totaled to a lot less than my dealership was trying to charge me. Will definitely be a return customer and will recommend them to anybody I can.I've come back TWO twice since my first time and both times their work has been above exceptional. Always quote me a good price on parts and labor and are fair with the diagnosis and repair. Always end up paying far less than what the dealership or chain store shops quote.Can't praise them enough.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

I ve worked with many shop s before and I had never experienced the level of service I did with Elite Transmission. They had to replace my engine and it s was cover under my warranty company. Debra the owners wife keep me in the loop the entire time. Super nice sweet lady. They did an excellent job

I have not had better service anywhere, across the board. The communication, courtesy, and professionalism is unmatched.Brought my Jeep in on a warranty repair, and asked them to check out my transmission because it felt weird. I d been to the JEEP DEALERSHIP and they really blew me over .decided not to even call on the warranty repair, charged me instead, and for things unrelated to why I was bringing my Jeep in to them in the first place. Followed up at a second referral from my warranty company (max care from Carmax just so you know) car was there over a week and couldn t figure it out. Then I came to Elite.Deborah answered every question I could come up with, and Mike really took his time to mill through everything to find out exactly what the issue was, even when the other shops did what they d considered great routine transmission checks turned out, I DIDNT need the repairs I d just paid for, but I DID need the transmission rebuild I d suspected. (Several parts had not even been changed but I d been billed as such etc).The price was right, the time was short, and the work was correct, THE FIRST TIME, I ve not had a problem since. I will not bring any vehicle anywhere else. Best experience I ve had EVER when it comes to something as stressful as car repair. (Did I mention I never even had to speak to my warranty company again? Because I didn t, Deborah took care of it, unlike the other two places!) would highly recommend. This is my first time having my vehicle serviced at Elite Transmission. From the time I walked into the door until the time I picked up my vehicle. Everyone here has been so kind and understanding. Customer service was A+ . No matter what day I called (open hours) they where patient and willing to answer any questions regarding my transmission replacement. My 2017 chev Silverado had the transmission to fail. I took it to the dealership and they told me 6500 dollars to repair. I found Elite Transmissions and they repaired it for a more reasonable price. Not only are the repairs legit, the customer service is A1. Mr. Mike and Ms. Debroah treat you with respect and kindness from the moment you walk in the door. They make it feel like home. I recommend if you are looking for repairs, to give them a try! They got me rolling again and can do the same for you.

Best shop ever! I finally found a shop I can trust. Derek is AMAZING! I brought my car in for transmission work. Derek kept me informed the entire time. My car drives great now! They gave me some advice for some other issues as well which is greatly appreciated. If you need auto work this is the place to go! They are honest, quick, provide high quality work, great customer service, and great prices. I cant thank you enough elite transmission!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company honored a 3 year Universal Warranty I had on a transmission bought from somewhere else(All Transmission). Soon as the transmission was delivered to them it took them 1 day to finish. Their customer service, punctuality, and professionalism was great. I arrived to pick my truck up and I greeted by Deborah who answered my every question throughout this whole ordeal. She walked me to my truck and before handing me the keys she wipe and sanitized them. She then wipe and sanitized the steering wheel, the gear shift, door panel, seat belt, etc. I've had my truck back for almost a week and it drives great! I highly recommend this company!

I had my 2014 Nissan Altima serviced here for a problem in the transmission. communication was excellent and everything was done professionally but the only issue I had was the prices. $625 for the transmission to be checked sounds a lot to me and I tried saving money by not having them put it back in but they refused to help me with that so I had them put it back in. It was determined that the transmission had to be completely changed and asked $3500 for a used transmission with a 1 year warranty, which in my opinion is absurd as I managed to get a transmission having low Millage with 6months warranty installed and my brakes replaced for $1700 including check up. I understand that you have the right to charge x amount but personally I don t think I ll be back as I wasted $625 just for a transmission check up.

These guys are amazing!They rebuilt my transmission at a price that was unmatched and have a good warranty period, too!A year and a half after having the transmission rebuilt, I had a weird transmission problem. I took it to another shop and wasted time and money there with no fix. I brought it here, and they fixed that problem plus another more long-standing problem very quickly and for a very reasonable price!My regular mechanic actually thought my transmission was going out, but it was just a sensor. I ll be using these guys more often!

I have been dealing with this place for years and I have always been very happy with their service. Two years ago my air conditioner was not working and I went in and had them check it out. They were very honest and told me it was just a fuse. They even replaced the fuse and did not charge me anything. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The owner, Deborah, is very knowledgeable and her manager Derick is as well. They are always very helpful and really nice people. Definitely recommend them.

Elite transmission has been our go to for repairs since 2020. Mike helped us build our race car and keep our work trucks on the road. Let me just start by saying WOW!!! These guys were ridiculously quick! My car had some damage done on the inside of the transmission. They rebuilt it in less than 2 days. Had my car in on Thursday afternoon and back on Saturday. Being from out of town, Derek didn't want me stranded 5 hours away, and did everything he could to get my car back a day and half later. Derek was beyond awesome. He was honest about everything. I would really recommend these guys! They did awesome, Thank you!

My experience with Elite Transmissions was non-stressful and extremely smooth. A month after moving here from Georgia, my used Ford Escape broke down after owning it for less than a year. Imagine how frustrated and broke I felt after moving my family halfway across the US and recently purchasing a vehicle. .My transmission needed to be rebuilt and after careful consideration of needing to find a new repair shop that's just right for me so soon, elite transmissions was a life saver for me. Awesome people, great turnover time, and definitely affordable prices. Had no need to use the warranty, they did such a wonderful job on that SUV.I'm going in this week to get work done on my Ridgeline. I will review my next visit as well, hoping for the same results and honesty during this visit from this company.

I have been using Elite Transmissions for quite awhile now and have always had a great experience. I drive 50K( that's right 50,000) miles a year for work so my truck always needs something fixed. They always fix what I need and never upsell me on repairs that I don't. The customer service, knowledge, experience, and repair times are all top notch! The pricing is very fair and always beats other auto shops. Let's face it, nobody likes taking their car in for repairs but at Elite you'll be happy you did and you'll go back every time for service. You can trust them to take care of you and your car....I do.

Great Experience and people YOU CAN TRUST! They're fast, honest and professional. I came in, in the morning and by evening the car was fixed. I believed that my transmission was slipping and grinding, but by the afternoon they called and explained to me that the issue was not the transmission but the engine mounts. They then proceeded and fixed my car the same day it came in. They easily could have made more money and lie telling me that my transmission and mounts were bad as I truly believed, but them being very honest, they explained to me that there was nothing wrong with the transmission but rather it was the engine mounts.

My mom and I showed up at this shop in a panic. Her car had been in an accident and we needed to find out if it was drivable. Mike was able to squeeze us in, assessed the car and damage in a quick turnaround. Fixed the tires so the car was drivable. We felt such relief from his courteous and detailed assessment. I recommend this shop 100%. They fixed the transmission on my '04 Mustang in about a day. It has been running better that when I first bought it ever since. Also the staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and detailed when following up throughout the process. I never thought a transmission shop could be so pleasant and honest to deal with, not to mention the great and fair pricing. You won't be disappointed.

Elite has been my go to for all of my auto repairs and I have referred many friends to their business. As many automotive shops are not honest to women looking to get your vehicle diagnosed and repaired. They always make sure to let me know what's going on with my car, throughout my repair process. When I have bought new vehicles they are who I go to, just to verify no major mechanical issues. Derick always takes the time to explain what the issue at hand is in a language I can understand. They just did a motor swap in my 2006 gmc envoy denali and my vehicle has never run so smooth I am so happy with my car now! My ac blows cold as they recharged it for me and even fixed a few minor issues during to process for a reasonable price. I will continue to take my family vehicles here and to refer my friends there when they need car repairs big or small. Thank you for being a honest and reliable facility I can depend on for my vehicle repairs and maintenance.!

I took my 2006 Acura TL here after noticing the D4 light blinking. The staff was very friendly and very informative. They were able to answer all of my questions and give me additional information to help keep me informed with what was going on with my vehicle. The best part was that they were able to repair my transmission and have be back in my vehicle the next business day.

The customer service here is excellent. Derrick was extremely nice, patient and helpful. While I did not get any work done on my transmission (personal reasons) my experience with this company (Derrick in particular) was very pleasant and I am very appreciative of his help.

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

My husband and I recently had our Toyota Tundra repaired and were quite pleased with the results. Their expertise was greatly appreciated. Saved us a significant amount of money on the repair cost and thankfully we did not need to purchase a transmission. Try them first, you won't be disappointed.
