This place has the worst customer service I have ever came across. The manager is beyond room and she has no reason to be- to past employees or current customers. Do not come here if you want any kind of service unless the owner Kevin is there.

Do not waste your money This morning I went in to have my car washed. I know it was very dirty so I paid for the works (the most expensive listed-with a 7 day guarantee) because I needed a little bit more done to it today. When I left, I noticed there was still a lot of bug residue. My windshield was not cleaned all the way and I went back because as listed on your advertisement, it says seven day guarantee. I asked if they could take care of that once more. The manager ( I assume, wearing all black, Hispanic) said if you knew you had a lot of bugs you should have said something. I said- sir I paid for the works. I assumed that was included and nowhere advertised does it show on the menu that bug removal would be an extra five dollars. I would have just paid it. To which he responded -well I couldn t see your car very well in the shade so I couldn t tell there were bugs. You should have said there were bugs or you ve been traveling. I said I didn t think I had to if I m paying for The Works .Hoping to resolve this issue-I said well I understand the miscommunication next time going forward I will pay the five dollars. I tip $10 every time so paying an extra five dollars is not a big deal. I said, but it s not advertised as that. Can we go ahead and take care of my car today and moving forward if I need to pay the extra five dollars I will. He said -yes go back and I ll have the guy take care of you. Great, problem solved. I drove back in and the tall Caucasian older male wearing sunglasses and a mustache, came back over. It was visible that he was upset as he was shaking his head. He said -where is the bug? I said they re all over the front end. He said-well lady I can t get every single bug off. He again said I should have paid an extra five dollars. I said it is not advertised anywhere that bug removal is an extra five dollars and if it were, I would have paid for it. He was huffy and puffy. I told him he was being rude. There was absolutely no need for him to come mansplain to me that I should have somehow instinctively known to inform the establishment that I needed to pay for a $5 bug removal that I didn t even know existed. I even offered to clean the car myself since he kept complaining. Which he did not want to do. I thought that comping the five dollars this time and me, ensuring that I would pay for it next time would be a problem solver and I d be a returning customer. But after this I won t be, my car is still dirty.

I came to use a coupon I received via text and was first told that it wasn't valid because they had not sent any offers recently.I pointed out that this offer is dated 1/12/24.Then I was told that it would have been good for 1/12/24 only. Mmmm, I don't see any expiration date on it.I left and unless something changes, this car will never be back to your car wash again.This is not good because you have the best full service car wash around.

After they ripped the antenna off my truck I was told it was not their problem and they would not give me the owners phone number. Rudest people I've ever dealt with. If you take pride in your vehicle AVOID this place at all cost

I dropped my car off in perfect working condition to get a wash, detail and seat shampoo. I returned 3 hours later to these error lights on my dashboard that they said they had no way of breaking, it was just a coincidence and I would need to pay them an additional $90 for a diagnostics exam to exactly determine the problem. The manager refused to waive this fee. The lube center guys were a little more helpful and even said it was quite possibly related to the Pedals and the manager still wants to say it had nothing to do with them washing it as if they didn't drive my car through the wash using the pedals!! I'm so upset, I wish I had read all of the other reviews, it wasn't hard to see a bunch of negative ones up already but unfortunately I stopped because it was close to work. Oh and they didn't even do a great job on the detailing for all my trouble

Today was my second time using this car wash. I have no issue with the cleanliness of the exterior of my car, but they streaked the hell out of my windows! It looks like all they did was a quick vacuum and wiped down my windows. I was able to photograph some of the streaks. My center console was obviously cleaned, but my dashboard, all compartments, and radio were still dusty/dirty. They were not busy, I don't know why my car was not cleaned better. I should have inspected my car before leaving the lot!

Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they dont. Today they didn't do a good job. They looked to be short staffed though. I always get the Elite wash for $25. I had to wash spots off my truck when I got home. They totally neglected the rims. But I have had good experiences there also.

This place is terrible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! They broke the valve stem on my tire and refused to take responsibility. The owner was very rude and tried to blame everything and everyone else but himself and his car wash. He refused to even give me a refund for my trouble. I will never be back to this car wash.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and had about 4 cars ahead of us. It took 2 hours. 30 minutes white the car waited to go through the wash, that's fine. Then the truck sat for 45 minutes before it was touched again. The cashier tried to blame it on training new employees but when I asked the manager if this was typical he tried to tell me we came when they were busy. I wouldn't call 5 cars for a staff of 8 staff busy. I won't be returning. The kicker? Our car wasn't even that clean. We didn't want to wait any longer so we just left.

I paid $16 to have my car scratched all over the trunk and side of the rear driver's quarter panel. The owner and manager denied that it could've been caused by their machines. I can't express enough how disappointed I am right now.

I was just at Elite Car Wash and am really disappointed with the service I received. Elite used to be my favorite car wash to go to when I was a student at UTA. Today I purchased an exterior elite wash and was upcharged $5 to get the bugs off . Not only did they not get the bugs off after charging more money but the attendants did not even completely dry the vehicle off. I had to dry and clean off dirt still on my car! For 3 years, I would come to that car wash at least once every two weeks, if not weekly. That will be the last time I use their service again.

I have an suv they charged me extra and it's not posted on any signage.....after confronting the manager one of the younger guys told my husband "if you don't like it pay for a detail" very unprofessional and not appreciated...I come here about twice a month...I will not be returning and I'm a hairdresser in the area of 30 years with a ton of clients that will be told of my experience here today!!!

They always do an excellent job on our vehicles. And they do it extremely efficiently as well. I am VERY particular about my vehicles, they're both black and I WILL have a clean car. I wish we had an Elite Car Wash closer to us, but I'll drive a bit farther for the good service that Elite gives.

I got the full service clean but my interior was left barely vacuumed at all. I recommend not getting a full service but only the car wash. The outside did look clean.

For the past two years I've brought my personal car Elite. I am pleased by their work. The price is good and any time I've had an issue they take care of it for me. I will say that they could work harder at making it more efficient. I have to dedicate almost 45 minutes for a wash that should only take about 15-20. But for the price and quality, I can't really complain.

Went and pulled up to the car wash and was completely ignored. The female manager was very rude. I called inside because the lady and guy went inside and hurried and pulled the car wash garage door down without saying we re closed. They all just looked at me sitting there without acknowledging me or bothering to say they were closing. Very unprofessional. The last time I came I had to wait until the opened even though it was thirty minutes after opening time due to them running behind. I kindly waited for over thirty minutes. It s even been times where I ve paid for a full detail but they have taken so long, that I have been cooperative and helped them out by coming back and getting the outside done at a later time. Don t expect the same niceness you give them in return. I usually bring both my cars here, but after how rude and nonchalant the young lady was today, I m not sure if I would return.

The lube center caused damage to our vehicle during a faulty fuel injection cleaning service, causing the check engine light to come on, and this was confirmed by 2 other mechanics. So I brought this information to the owner, Kevin Morris's attention. He adamantly denied that they had anything to do with it, but that he would work up a quote, with some "good will discounting" in it, to resolve the issue and call me within a couple of days with the information. I NEVER heard back from him. In fact I called asking to speak with him 4 times and he never took nor returned my call. When I finally got him on the phone this afternoon after taking my car to the dealership who confirmed what we were already told by another reputable mechanic (that has 5 stars on both Yelp and Google) that the damaged was caused by the faulty injection cleaning, he became combative, extremally vulgar, made fun of my size (I am only 5'4"), and told me to come up to his place of business as if he wanted to fight. WOW. I am astonished that he is choosing to treat customers this way. It is ironic that he wears an Ichthus on his clothing, as his conduct today was anything BUT becoming of a Christian. I can't stress strongly enough how I cannot believe a business owner would conduct himself this way over a legitimate customer complaint. No wonder his BBB rating is a D-. Buyer BEWARE.....

Lagging on the wipe downs inside the vehicle. They do a single wipe on the dash and don't finish the rest, I always have to tell them to please wipe the other half of the dash. Customer service is great, just turnover and management not following up is definitely hurting.

I was a loyal customer to this car wash I asked them to wipe down my seat wouldn t even take 5 minutes to do just wipe it no deep cleaning as my car is literally new and the guy wants to charge me $70 for a full detail cleaning of my seats that is ridiculous pricey I understand if I wanted my seat full clean I would it pay the pricey without hesitation but for a wipe down really. Never go to this place again.

The job that they did for $33 is deplorable. When we nicely complained about the areas that were not cleaned at all, we were told we should have paid for the bigger package. My husband stated we would not be back and the employee stated fine get out of here then. I literally could not believe my ears. Went here for the first time yesterday for full service. They were not busy. There were 3 men outside of my car - supposedly detailing it. What a shitty job. It looked clean, but when I opened my trunk I saw that they didn't bother opening the trunk and cleaning the dirt around the rim. Still had dirt and leaves in the area under my windshield wipers. I left a good tip. I will use them one more time and check the car more thoroughly before I leave. I was not impressed. I was wondering why it didn't take them too long to clean my car.

The main manager that works up front is fantastic! He treats everyone with respect and I know I'm in good hands if he personally takes care of my truck.That being said the other employees that clean the vehicle need to be ALOT more detailed and professional. I watched one of the woman literally jumping on my running boards like she owned it. The same woman lazily walked around my truck "wiping" already clean and dry areas. I needed the windows thoroughly cleaned and when they called that it was ready, the windows had streaks EVERYWHERE. I had to have the windows re cleaned on the outside. Also employees should NEVER put the spray bottles on the paint as they clean. That's how you get scratches and spider webbing in the clear coat.
