Me and my wife was looking for another car to have to drive around town instead driving the ram are s550. So I inquired about his bmw he was selling. And when I tell you this car salesman was completely honest with everything about the car that sold me with his honesty. Never met a car salesman so honest like him and he ll always have my business. We love our Beamer and all it had was an oil leak. So if you re looking for a car go see him please

Great, upfront and honest lot. People get too easily offended, just a dude selling good cars at a great price. Answered all my questions and more, completely transparent with his cost, and the vehicle. Test drove the truck, brought up a couple VERY small issues, lowered the price accordingly. Going to be my first spot to check if I or anyone I know needs a good car.

Saw a car on their offer up page and simply asked the prerequisite questions I always do when car shopping.They literally type back be happy it runs and drives for $3000 then sent another message that I m sure they meant to send to someone else saying he s asking all these questions on a $3,000 car .He was rude as hell, complained people like me are why they have low ratings; I d argue it s their customer service skills that get them low ratings.If you want to be scrutinized for asking questions about a vehicle, then this is the place for you.

I saw a car of interest from their OfferUp post, from there, I proceeded to reach out to inquire about the vehicle. I asked a common question that anyone would pertaining to a cash car. The response I received was absolutely disgusting never have I been met with such unprofessionalism in my life! Completely unprovoked! I was told you expect to get treated like a King only paying 2,000 for a car. But yet you sale these said cars and want people to buy them. How do you continue to operate a business with this disgusting poor quality of customer service. The only question I ask was why the check engine light was on. A question that will often be asked if you re selling CASH CARS!! From there I received the most ridiculing responses. I was basically scrutinized for asking about a vehicle THAT THEY ARE SELLING! **PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS CAR LOT your HARD EARNED MONEY only to be dehumanized as a person. Take your business elsewhere.**UPDATE: I have all the messages from the conversation that took place and the screenshots, they even laugh at my message as if it was funny to humiliate a potential customer. Someone seriously needs to call the Better Business Bureau on this company.

Drove the car off after 20 MI low pressure tire light came on air bag light came on he had clear the computer so it looked good now have to get these thing fix which will cost more money. Took the car to the dealership turns out that three of the tire sensors were bad and we did not jump the car off when I was there also the airbag light the front sensor is completely gone which I had to purchase a new sensor and I will be installing it myself the dealership wanted 1100 to replace the sensor can I have spent another $1,000 on getting new tire pressure sensors

I called to ask about a vehicle, and very basic questions about the quality of the car, in all sounded good. UNTIL, I asked about test driving and making sure the car was in decent shape for myself. Guy on the phone was rude and acted like me and every other customer should just shut up and believe them. The other reviews back up my experience, which is really disappointing because this was a really nice car (at least on paper not willing to go view it now). The responses to these reviews are also horrid, and I'm expecting I'll receive a nasty response as well. If they're willing to talk to us that way they're probably more than willing to screw us over on the condition of the car as well.

Advice to any new drivers trying to become car owners, you must test drive a vehicle before purchasing so that you are aware if said vehicle works or not. There are a lot of things that could go wrong after leaving a car lot and that car loses its value anyways. It does not matter if Edge is selling it for 1K or 10K. TEST. DRIVE. ANY. AND. ALL. VEHICLES. BEFORE. PURCHASING. It's screams scam that this OWNER not only does he have HORRIBLE customer service, but that as a CAR SALES MAN doesn't know you MUST test drive a car before buying.Buyers be cautious with this "car lot"

Don t even need to say much, just look at all the 1 star reviews and read the responses from the owner of everyone who had a bad experience here that will tell you everything you need to know about the people who do business here. If they re willing to talk to you like that, before, during AND after the fact, just imagine the kind of vehicle they re willing to sell you! Fair warning to anyone who s in the market for a vehicle! Take your hard earned money else where please.

Bought a GMC truck for my son from this hole in the wall, paid 9k for it!Time for inspection and it cannot pass. About 30 different codes. Go into fix them and come to find out that this truck has been rigged every way possible a vehicle can be rigged. Almost 5k in it for parts to fix the issues and still cannot pass.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you want a huge headache later down the road. Just a couple of pictures that were taken in the process of repairing this POS that we bought

Called to get information about a truck that was on the website. The first call I was pit on hold and then the call dropped. The second time I called I was told the truck wasn't running well but he had another vehicle available. I asked for more information and he cut me off, said. "All information is on the websit" and he hung up

Lowlife who cursed me out for not wanting a truck that won't pass state inspection...Guy said he was 99% a check engine light would pop up in fifty miles, but that he'd already got it inspected.There's always a way...But If a car has had the codes cleared, and it has to go through the drive cycles...It won't pass inspection.If it has a check engine light, it won't pass inspection...If it just got inspected, and it has a check engine light.Somebody is doing some illegal stuff...So you have a nice day, Edge Auto Sales, and don't advertise on Google if you don't want people to come try to buy your junk.

They advertise one price online and say another when you text about it then get mad when you call them out on it. All kinds of F words and C words where use. DON'T BUY HERE THE WAY THEY TALK THEY WILL BEND YOU OVER AFTER THE SALE, OVER PRICE VEHICLES

Who ever I spoke to on the phone was very rude and has horrible customer service skills. You should never make a rude comment on how much someone has to buy a car or put down on a car. I m sure they have lost a lot of customers because of that mans bad attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else

10:15am not open. Called the number, guy wasn't coming in till 11am. Then the guy got pretty aggressive over the phone. Went somewhere else. Don't waste time, guy was rude as hell and still texting me, cussing me out.
