This place is Amazing! From the first call, to looking at my car, and to fixing my car in a timely manner, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people and better place. Even though my warranty car insurance would not cover my repairs they did everything they could. Most places when, they see a female they want to take advantage and they did not. From the tech Trent to the Store Manager Keith they were a blessing. They truly care about their customers. They were honest with what had to be done now and what could wait. Bring your car here. Was driving by after finding out my normal place was unable to do a power steering fluid flush for.my older car. I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me a price and fit me in despite having no scheduled appointment. Their waiting area was very comfortable for an auto maintenance place and I was able get some work done. I was out in 45 minutes. The sevice was professional and efficient. I will be back.

New store Manager cares about his customers, explains things in a way that makes sense and works with you best he can to care for your needs. I highly recommend going to see Keith at the Cooper St in Arlington location. Great service, very friendly, and shows genuine care for his customers.

I went in because my car wouldn t start and I was told I needed to replace my fuel pump. I didn t have the money for the service or the parts so I just paid for the diagnostic. Even though my car was in their shop for over a month, i just had to pay for the diagnostic and I received my car back.I really appreciate the service and your hospitality.

Had a 50% off coupon for an oil change so decided I'd check them out. It was not long after they opened in the morning, no other customers. It took 1 hour to get an oil change on my day off - felt like I was given low priority because I had a coupon. I doubt I'll go back. My time is more valuable than that.

I have had some bad experinces with Midas (5 + years) and Firestone, ( 5 + years) with me and my family taking our cars there. This was my first time coming to drivers ede. Kieth gave me and sent me email and photos of the issues that my car had . I have never seen or experienced anything like that anywhere else. This company is in another leve of service. I will definitely be bringing my car and familys vehicles here. Very professional and attentive. I wish automotive repair companies should take their lead, profesionalism at its best. Well done Keith. And this was my first time.

This place was great! First time getting my oil changed here, and I had a great experience. They were very helpful. If you have kid s this is a great place to visit. They have a kids play area to keep the little ones entertained while you wait.I recommend them, and I m definitely coming back!

These guys are phenomenal. Brought my basket case of a truck to them and they got me up and running again. I ll definitely be back for my future auto needs. And they gave me a military discount after seeing my military license plate. Didn t even ask they just offered it. Great people.

I m not normally one to leave a review, but Drivers Edge went above and beyond. I was on my way to the fire station to start my shift when my tire blew out at 6:30am. I was able to get to a gas station, lucky for me, between a Discount Tire and Drivers Edge. My spare was damaged so I Went over to Discount Tire first. They ignored me at the door and told me they couldn t help me for another hour since it wasn t 8am yet. They said their air compressors won t turn on until 8am. Left me standing outside in the rain.I limped the car over to Drivers Edge, before business hours, and they immediately let me inside and helped. They fixed the tire and checked the other three, all before normal business hours. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly outshined Discount Tire Arlington all around and have definitely earned mine and my families business going forward.

My car was not starting I went there they charge me $150 just to tell me my battery need a replacement then I asked them for a tool so I can take my battery out and get it replaced and they said they Don t allow customer to use their tools pathetic service experience

I had some repairs done on my A/C and my brakes this past Saturday. I was pleased with the work, and very pleased that everything was covered under my warranty. I was disappointed with the lack of communication. I was pressed for time, and needed my vehicle in order to go to work on Monday. The biggest issue was when I called, I was told that my belt may need to be replaced, and I may need some work on my brakes (both were done at this shop recently). It made me feel like no one was looking at my history, and just trying to charge me more money. I would say that over the past year, I ve spent well over $2500 there. The work is good, but don t make me feel like you are trying to take advantage of me. If I can t trust you, then why should I have you work on my vehicles?Services: Auto brake repair, A/C installation & repair

Family owned and operated. The staff are true professionals. Clean facilities inside and out. Earlybird drop-off, courtesy rides or a comfortable waiting area. Only complaint is the do not provide coffee but you can go next door to buy some.

My tire pressure light was on, so I brought my car in for a tire rotation and balance. They rotated my tires, and the paperwork says the aired them all to 34.The technician also said that my tires weren t out of balance but instead my suspension system was blown out , that I needed new struts and shocks and swaybar links.The tire pressure light was still on as I left. When I got home, I checked and three of the tires were still under-inflated. How can I trust them with the big jobs if you can t even get the little jobs right? Brought my truck in for a heater repair. They quoted me about $2150 for everything it needed and I agreed. They just called me saying i was quoted by an inexperienced person and it's actually 3 to 4 hundred dollars more for everything. Take your business elsewhere.

Edit: I have gone here several times and felt like I was being treated fairly (which is hard to find as a woman- if you know, you know.) I decided to get my engine and cabin air filters changed here last week and the mechanic didn t even SCREW the cover correctly. They charged over $100 for those two things and didn t even complete the job. Thankfully I have a Heavenly Father who is for me and HE led me to an honest mechanic near me. This man found the issue and I m going to him from now on.WOMEN: don t go here. They ll rip you off. I m not going back.

I went for an ordinary oil change. The employees are nice and polite, but when I got into my car the door handles (inside and outside), steering wheel and gearshift had oil all over them. Also, the next service oil change sticker had the wrong mileage entered. I m unsure how I feel about the other details that may have been missed.

My brakes failed on my 2008 Toyota Tundra.After getting estimates from several shops in the Arlington area, including mobile repairs, I checked reviews before deciding. DRIVERS EDGE came in with the highest reviews. I needed a complete rebuild on my rear braking system on my truck, which included new pads, rotors, and calipers.DRIVERS EDGE came in slightly higher than some of the others, but they later explained that the parts they use to replace are a higher grade and equal to original equipment. I was expecting a day or more. However, they had me in and out the same day in just a few hours . My final bill came in less than the original estimate, which I had already agreed to... wait, who does that? They also included a list of items that needed attention that I was already aware of, and the estimates on these items were surprising lower than what I expected. Also, I met with the mechanics and was able to see the failed parts that were removed. I rarely write reviews, but when I find a business that goes above and beyond, I'll take the time to share. I will be going back to take care of the other item, and I hope this review doesn't make them too busy to get me out the same day

The customer service was amazing. The waiting area was nice and clean, friendly staff and my car was serviced in a timely manner. I have hadmy car serviced at other locations but this one is definitely the one Friendly.Timely. Clean, no complaints. I had an synthetic oil change, air filter change and tires rotated.
