Great service all around, I bought a new Yukon from them while in another state. They sent me all the paperwork overnight and then I flew up there and picked it up. When I got there, Tony had the car for me clean, full tank of fuel and ready to go. I ve bought over 50 vehicles in my life and this honestly was one of the most easy transactions yet. Tony and his brother who is in finance, knocked it out the park!Drove back from Texas all the way to NC and surprised my pregnant fianc� with her new car!

I had the pleasure of having an amazing sales rep Jazmin G. worked hard for me. Very courteous and cheerful lady. Made me feel comfortable and not pressured. I purchased the 2024 Envista Sport and I m absolutely enjoying it. Jazmin helped me set up my apps and went over all the cool features. Brandon the finance manger was amazing I enjoyed talking to him. If you get a chance to meet Jazmin you will love her. Just wanted to say thank you Jazmin for going above and beyond for me.. much love

I recently had a fantastic experience at Classic Buick GMC. The sales associates were incredibly friendly, and they offered a diverse selection of trucks. Although the SUVs were not fully in stock, they still had a few available, and their financing program was excellent. The service center impressed me with its speed and the friendliness of its staff. I was pleasantly surprised to have my vehicle back within the hour after service. Overall, a positive and efficient dealership experience.

I appreciate working with a guy like Paul Jennings. He's upfront and honest while maintaining a professional demeanor. Can't ask for more than that when your vehicle is in the shop for repairs.My vehicle came into the shop barely able to start, and it was restored to excellent condition after the repairs. Thankful for the hard work and attention to detail that was put into the repair process.

i have been a customer for Classic GMC Arlington for 7 years. this was the 1st time a service advisor scammed me. prior to me dropping my truck off, i called and told the service advisor my rear window would not roll back up & i knew i needed a window regulator. i asked him for price & quote for repair. he told me $400.00 and i would drop truck off that afternoon. when i dropped off he insisted i got a diagnosis on window & it mite be window switch or regulator. i told him that was not my 1st time regulator has gone out and i knew what i needed on my truck. $180 for a window diagnosis? its not a check engine issue or transmission issue. my truck sat at classic from thurs til monday and the part was not ordered. i needed my truck for transportation. also i had to pay a uber to take me home thurs & drop me off mon to pick up truck. when i arrived i had a invoice for $671.00 total. the part is $200, labor 1 hour, and he was charging me for the diagnosis on a window not going up for $180.00. and i told the advisor what i needed done on my truck prior to me dropping it off. $180.00 i was charged when i picked truck up, part was not in stock and i received my vehicle just like i dropped it off. nothing done. and whoever diagnosted my vehicle didnt not take the panel off to look at regulator in door. 5 days @ Classic GMC Arlington and absoorlutely nothing was completed. if my original service advisor was still there (Lisa) this would have never happened to me. if i could give this visit a negative -0 POORi would.it was ridiculous how that servise advisor lied to me saying it would cost $400 and the final was $671.00. Days for me getting my vehicle serviced @ Classic GMC are over! this advisor has shown me its not about Customer Satisfaction anymore.

I made the decision to drive 3 hours to Classic GMC after many attempts at other dealerships across Texas because of the level of professionalism and personal level of communication I received from the best salesman in the state, Ryan Johnson. The whole team at Classic is absolutely remarkable and I have zero regrets! They found the exact 2500 AT4 I was looking for at the best price and in pristine condition. Can t say enough good things about this dealership and its staff.

You had my car for 4 days to program 2 keys.And why did I have to buy 2 keys?? I only needed one, asked for just one and was told no. And SO expensive!Always took two calls or texts before I would get an answer or response.What the heck is the $15 "shop charge" for?? Never disclosed or explained. Just greedy, seems to me.No explanation on why using the manual key might have set off the car's theft alarm. If that's what caused it....again, no one could explain it to me.And, I discovered yesterday that now my horn does not work. And I know it worked when I brought the car in, since the horn honking was part of the problem.If I hadn t thought the dealership was the best place to identify and fix an obvious computer problem, I never would have used your service department And even now, I m not sure if you fixed it or just got it temporarily working again.

Brian Swain is a top shelf guy! The one time he wasn't going to be available for one of my visits he set it up for someone to take care of me... That guy was with a customer when i arrived, so Kelly & Shelby stepped right up & took care of me... 2 more top shelf guys! Brandon in finance is of the same quality. Dave Ramos (service), the young blonde lady & young Hispanic man(can't remember either of their names) deserve an honorable mention. I had to have my Canton AT4 towed to y'all the morning after i picked it up(transmission control module), Brian was helpful through the process with roadside assistance & kep me informed via text throughout the repair... I have nothing but praise for all of your staff that i interacted with! I am now a Classic Buick GMC client, period! I hope you share this with the people I mentioned, they deserve to know that the way they do their jobs has a positive impact on your customer base!

I brought my car on 4/2They kept until 4/8 almost a week.So I drove it to work on 4/9 and it it was doing the same thing after being charge 1700$ dollars.I took it back on 4/9 that afternoon. They still have it. They can't figure out what's wrong.Here I am two weeks without my vehicle.I was not offered a loaner car at all.

My salesman Moe was awesome from start to finish. We connected right from the start and he was very attentive, great listener, knowledgeable and stayed on top of the deal thru completion. This is my 1st vehicle purchase since moving to Texas 4 1/2 yrs ago and I am very happy with my choice in dealership and happy he was the person that took my call.

Shelby Clark did a wonderful job. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the Buick Envision. We had in mind the car we wanted. He had it waiting for us as we arrived at Classic Arlington Buick/GMC. Shelby explained the vehicle to us, showed us all the various aspects of the car and answered all of our questions.I was led to Classic because they are a recommended dealership of Jerry Renynolds and Car Pro. Classic certainly lived up to our expectations. The sale process was friendly and business like with no high pressure tactics.We received a very good offer. We came back 2 days later and took possession of the Envision. Shelby had the car perfectly detailed and then spent a considerable amount of time going over all the details of operating the vehicle, OnStar, connecting our iPhone, etc. He also helped us set up the Buick app.We would certainly buy another vehicle from Shelby and Classic.

Paul was great! I informed him of some issues that I was aware of and will be getting fixed by my own mechanic. I like the fact that he actually listened to me and did not try to sell me on extra services. I told him that I only go to GMC by my house for oil changes. And if by the next oil change, there are issues I can take care of them then. Paul was very friendly and attentive.

I was first in line on the day of my appointment and I drove into the shop as soon as the gates rolled up. Drove thru the UVeye and talk to my advisor. She got me checked in and set me up with a ride to my house. As I was waiting for the driver, I got a text from UVeye showing me the scan of my vehicle, top, sides, tires and undercarriage. That was Cool! Great information. A good way to inform the owner of the condition of their cars as well as protect the shop. Love it! Later that day, I was called to let me know my car was ready! Ouch!!! It was expensive! But still love my car.

I came to purchase a vehicle in arlington. Went to Classic GMC Arlington. The dealership was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Moe was our salesman and gave us options for sale. We decided to go with the Buick Avenir, what a nice car! They took care of everything! Had to take it back for a detail issue but Eric in service took care of everything. I was greeted quickly and professionally. All my questions were answered. My only complaint was being charged $90 for 3 windshield wipers. I found them online for around $40 and my son could have put them on for me. I'm a widowed senior citizen, retired, and living on a limited social security income.

I placed an oil change on the myGMC app. Even though the GMC dealership on 820 was a lot closer I ve heard good things about classic Buick GMC so I went there. I was able to get seen right away and greeted by multiple employees. My service manager was Erick Rancher.Erick was very professional and courteous from the beginning to the end of the transaction. I came in there, expecting to spend a lot of money because a friend of mine went to the nearby Chevy and got an oil change and paid a lot more than what I did. Erick was very upfront about any cost and may problems that I d may have had. We spent some time talking about personal things which made it more better and before you know it I was done. I informed him that from here on out I will be going to that specific dealership only to service my truck with him every single time. Thank you Erick. -Ali Tran

Brought my vehicle in for the clear coat coming off of the grille to be replaced under warranty. The service manager Justin said that the clear coat normally falls off at 2,000 miles, and not 30,000 miles. They said the clear coat was coming off because of an impact. There are clearly no dents or scratches seen around the clear coat. Classic Buick does not honor the factory warranty.
