I m not sure if $26 better full wash includes a good wipe down inside car as it says on options. This is the second time I ve came to this place and this time was even worse. Not a happy customer .

Highly disappointed in the quality this place provides now. I looked forward to getting my car cleaned here as I knew the quality Paisleys used to provide. I spent $60 and was told they couldn t get my rims clean yet I could scratch it with my finger nail. Also paid $10 extra to get bugs off and my windshield still is smudged and front bumper still has bugs on it. Never again.Service: Auto detailing

I tried the car wash once as a brand new customer and I loved it so I came back and got a monthly pass. They are great! My car is always spotless!!!!

I cannot believe I paid over $25 for this. The car wasn't even that dirty and they still couldn't clean it up or vacuum everything out. I have had a better clean from high schoolers getting money for their basketball programs.

DO Not I repeat DO NOT waste your money going here they do a horrible job. The introduce full wash and wax and got my car back with floor not vacuum dirt marks on the outside of the window etc...pointed out all the things they missed I got it back no better...well here are the pics

Love Paisley's as they always do a great job and are friendly. Check out the old pics they have inside the waiting area. My helpful advice is know they stay pretty busy but usually manage to get the job done quickly.

Been going to this location for years. I guess the car wash changed ownership, but I see the same faces and have received the same service as when it was Paisley's. For me, if the place hadn't had a paint job, I wouldn't know it was any different. Had my wife's and my car fully detailed over the last two days. Everything was beautiful and detailed perfectly. My cars have that wet look and feel like butter. Couldn't find a complaint if I wanted to.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Listen to these negative reviews they are correct.I never had issues when this was Paisleys.They quoted me 4 hours for a complete $150 detail but only took an hour.We had to ask for under the seats to be done as that area had not been touched.We got home and realized the bezel piece to access transmission was completely gone.I called the manger who advised that it my word against theirs but to appease me he would try to order that piece for me.I asked for some sort of a refund to which he advised no because his employee said she she did not do this and she was standing by his employee.I reminded him this is the same employee that he had to in his words he had to talk to about no completing the vacuum the first time and show how to drive the car out in the sun to really see what was missed.I advised I would leave a bad review to which he didn t seem to care.Do yourself a favor spend your money with some one who does care. Hands down, the best car wash I have ever been too! It is an automatic wash, however, staff assisted with tire care and drying the vehicle. You can take as much time as you need when Vacuuming your car..it's nothing like your standard vacuums ( you know the $1 for 4 minutes) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This will be my new car wash go to!!

This is my 2nd time going here and my last. I went before and was not pleased with how they cleaned the inside. I still saw spots I had been looking at that were not touched at all. Also they did not clean my tires or rims good at all. Still saw visible dirt.. Thoughts I'd try a second time when it wasn't so busy thinking they'd take their time but still the same bad quality service. They half clean. I had to ask the lady to clean dash board which I was told they would clean. I had to clean my tires and rims myself. For $25 it should definitely be more quality than I've experienced. I used to pay $21 in California and received a wayyyy better job than this. So I will not be back a 3rd time or no time. 2 chances is all you get from me. I'd you don't like your job, find another one otherwise do better.****There was another customer ahead of me complaining about the same thing. So it's not just me...

It's fine if you don't mind the old school car wash feeling, and you don't want to wash your own car. They offer different price packages. They also have areas that you can wipe and vacuum your own car.

The employees are very friendly and, even in this weather, do very good at getting inside and out clean. If for whatever reason your car can not go through the car wash they do offer hand washing of vehicle's. I heard there is a new owner and they are remodeling, so I hope they can still maintain all their current services.

Great great Car-wash! I've been getting my car expertly cleaned here since 2006. 99% of the time it's been all good. Anytime there's been a mistake its been fixed immediately and with a smile. Make sure and bring along some cash so that you can tip! You'll want to.

I came here a few months ago and paid for a cheaper package and my truck looked AMAZING so I thought yes I'm going back. I paid for the 2nd up from that thinking my truck is going to look so good and somehow it looked worse they missed spots on the outside and the inside was a vacuum only no wipe down at all and for that price I was not happy at all I have a coffee stain that's on the door panel and the side of the door not even the carpet and it's still there I'm so dissatisfied I'm going to try to fix this tomorrow and if it's made right I'll update my review but right now I don't even want to go backServices: Tires, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This used to be the best car wash in the metroplex. I drove from west Fort Worth because they were that good. Not any more. The price has skyrocketed up to $32.00 for their best wash with Armor all on the tires, and the job was half as good as before. My car has water spots all over it and the door pockets are still full of debris and wrappers from the kids. The carpet was just halfway vacuumed and needs to be completely redone. When I called in I got a half baked response only saying to bring it back. No apologies given for poor service. This cannot possibly be the same ownership as it bears none of the pride or friendliness of its former self. As I drove by this Sunday morning there was only 3 cars in line. They used to be lined up to the street. Whoever owns this place now needs to open their eyes while you still have a few people coming in.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

A short colored man was drying my car and trying to down on me for only spending $11 I tried out this place today because it s close to my home definitely won t be going back. If you don t like your job maybe you should be nicer to the customers and you ll flourish. I would ve tipped them had they not been so unprofessional

Got a synthetic oil change done which came with a free car wash. They post their pricing online and are transparent, which I appreciate. The car wash was okay; after I left streaks ran down from the top of my car down the rear window but the rest of my car was really clean. 4 stars because of the streaks and a 45 minute wait. I'll return here in the future for oil changes.

Have been using Paisley's for years and years for oil changes and car washes. Never have had any damage. If an area is not cleaned to my liking, they will take care of it. They always remind to not roll my window down because it will get wet when I roll it back up! I took my convertible there with no problems, even though convertibles usually come with warning to never go through an automatic car wash. The only issue I ever have is that sometimes they jerk the hand brake too hard and I cannot release it, so they do it for me. Considering pricing and convenient location, I see no reason to go anywhere else.

I was just at the new Wash Mania. Not impressed. They have changed the entire process. There is no flow. You have to wait for your car to be vacuumed instead of right when you step out of it. In the mean time drive through people are moving ahead. All of the pretty lights during the wash are impressive, but add nothing to the final wash. And my car rolled out with soap on the taillights and reR facia. They tore out the outdoor rest area and it seems that all of the good finish people are gone. A sad day!

Horrible if you value your vehicle DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. When I left I noticed my back up camera was gone I called the next morning and informed them and the manager laughed and told me we have signs not our problem. It was the back up camera that was in the tire locked in a good place. He continued to laugh and continued with the laugh. Made a report (waste of time)Called their DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS he did not listen to any thing I said but stated about his signs and hung up the phone.Just a warning DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE RUDE AND HORRIBLE AND THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE.Services: Scratch removal, Auto detailing

Lots of bad reviews recently, but I had a great experience today. I recently moved to the area and today was my first visit for a car wash. My truck was a mess... months behind on a wax, full of dog hair and dusty inside. So I came in to get a full detail: wax, carpet shampoo, leather conditioner - somewhere around $150 all in. They wanted about the same money as any other place so I expected the same service as most places I go. I was totally wrong. My truck looks flat out amazing and I was truly stunned by the attention to detail.I think it was there about 2 hours - maybe less. The inside was cleaned thoroughly - nothing missed, everything shiny, clean and hair free. The outside was beautifully waxed with a great shine. Nothing was missed. Often on trucks, detailers get lazy on the roof or forget the roof all together. Not the guys at Paisleys - buttery smooth. These guys even wiped down the wheel wells - I mean come on! Nobody cares as much as the guys that did my truck. If I could give the job they did on my truck 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them.

Paid for the full service $94 detail and don't recommend it. It's not the worst detailing ever, hence the two stars but mediocre all around. They didn't wait for the windows to dry so after shampooing the car, they cracked the windows and left them streaky on the bottom. Their washcloths leave bits of cloth everywhere, and they made about 5 armor all stains through the interior of the car because they didn't actually wipe over it. The vacuuming was spotty and clearly a 2 minute once over. I'm shipping my car, so I've had to go over all their work. Might as well have done it myself or gone somewhere better. Customer service was typical minimum wage nonchalance with no involved management. Go somewhere else.

Paid $24 for a car wash that would have cost me $11 with the old Paisley owners. I was surprised to find it so slow for a Saturday morning compared to previous Saturday s, but after the wash I understood.It s really sad and disappointing. Like many others, been coming for years but I don t see myself returning.Service: Tires

It was good just friendly staff but when it's time to walk they fall short. DON'T TAKE YOUR NICE WHEELS OR WHITE WALLS TO THIS PLACE. WHITE WALLS Will be GRAY by the time they DONE with it. Dirty spots left tru out the truck. Save your $20 dollars for a complete hand car wash that's worth it because this place is weak for car washing. I went back to tell them bout my issue with their wash they just wanted to send me back and forth to the ticket and wiping man. But no solution just done told me they don't have brushes to brush white walls. So just left this clowns alone and came to wash my sh**t at home. Thanks for reminding me why I have my own equipment to wash it at home. Almost wanted to go back to show them how it's done. Fools don't deserve the tip. I'm a service provider and know real costumer service provided by service not just mouth. I wonder how weak your oil change might be. Won't trust my engines hearth on you. No way. Hell nah. Go somewhere else.

I ve been going to this place since I first moved to Arlington. But, after my last visit there, you could not pay me to go back there. Sometime during the pandemic, they closed down the right area for vacuuming and started directing people to use the area on the left. That area has fewer lanes, but it allows you to use the air sprayer that blows dust off of the inside interior. I get there and there were only two cars on the left side and it has been open to the public, so I attempted to use that area again. I was rudely dismissed and was told to go to the other side, where there are only vacuums. Afterward, I pull up to the automatic washer and was just waiting there for 10 mins, while one of the workers just sat smoking a cigarette. I assumed he was on break so I didn t bother him. I went looking for another employee, just to have the one smoking the cigarette actually be the one to get the machine started. I then go through the machine and I pull out to have my car hand dried, as this was a part of the package I paid for. I also waited there for about 10 mins before asking an employee who was going to dry my car. He replied, we re going to get you . After about another 5 mins of waiting, I left. It made no sense to just wait there when Texas heat would ve dried it up very quickly. Lousy service, not worth the hassle!Service: Auto detailing

I have lost my favorite car wash of so many years. It is now just another mega, bland, devoid of any level of uniqueness or personality car wash place. Constant up selling, hi, my name is blah, so scripted, cars not scrubbed with soap and water as they used to be before entering to wash. My first (and last) visit resulted in bending my front license plate and breaking its pretty frame. Nobody even said ANYTHING!!! NEVER did this happen at Paisley's as those folks treated their repeat customers like family. RIP, Paisley's.

inconsistent quality, they broke the inside air vents of my car because they were cleaning them too rough and fast. they always miss a spot, sometimes sections of the car. and its never clear what does the package include because every time they do something different for the same package. but when they get it right (which is not often) they do a good jobServices: Tires, Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Horrible I came last week and paid $50 with a tip. Bought a phone charger and didn t work more then two day s for 9.99. They refused to swap and give me a new one today. Then what they told me was a 20 minute wash and dry they took 45 minutes with no cars in front of me. Everyone was just hanging out and playing on phones. Horrible customer service. Horrible management and horrible products and job performed over all. Car would look better paying someone for their cheapest wash else where. I tried to talk to the manager and he just said oh can t help
