So so pleased with the work that was done on my car and it was all done in such a timely manner.. they estimated that it would be done in 2 weeks and it was done in 1! The customer service was even better! They kept me informed of the progress on my car almost daily and that was something that was greatly appreciated so, THANK YOU Caliber Collision! You made a very stressful time so much more easier to deal with

Excellent job by Jeremy and Michael. Made the bumper blend in with the old vehicle. Also, kept me up to date with completion times. And when it looked as though it would be a while waiting on the parts they offered to put the old bumper back on and have me come back so that I was not out of a vehicle for too long.

They worked on my Honda CRV and were very resourceful on how they could find a part - like finding a needle in a haystack - that would finish the job. Led by Michael and Jeremy, they were thorough. Could not tell the difference between how my car looked before my accident to how it looks now. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to know they washed and waxed the new parts before I got it back. If your insurance company works with them, you should have all the confidence they will get it done the right way for you. This isn't fluff. This is the real deal.

Based on my experience, not great. They did not connect a temperature sensor, so the light was flashing on the dash. The center consul was not put back together correctly parts were still left in the backseat.What I can see looks OK, but knowing these items are not done, and there was no QC, makes me wonder about the rest of the work.

They did an amazing job on my car! Although, it took a while it was a big repair after my accident. They took their time with my vehicle and gave it back good as ever! Dee was a great service advisor by far and I appreciate you guys services.

***PLEASE READ*** I want to start this review of by saying I owner a collision center for over 10 years and was and insurance adjuster for close to 5. I have plenty of experience in the field. Dealing with this particular Caliber has been the most horrible experience ever. My car arrived to their shop at or around March 20, 2023. I just took delivery Nov. 17th. Now I am not blaming them for taking so long. That was not their fault. It was a back ordered part. What I am upset about is the things that they can control. Communication. Customer Service. Quality of the work. Etc they never communicated with me. I always had to reach out to them. I went to picked up my car on Nov 10th. I was expecting the manager(Josh)to greet me and neither him or my service advisor(Dee)was there. They left it up to someone else who did not have any history of my repairs. The vehicle was filthy. The paint was dry sprayed. The rocker molding was loose. I refused to take delivery. Several days went by and I never heard anything. I finally called the Regional Manager, Chad Mitchell. He apologized and said they everything was getting resolved. I got a call to pick it up. I arrived on Nov 17th to take delivery. Everything looked fine. I took delivery and had not even made it a mile away when I could notice the tire that was supposed to be repaired seemed out of balance. I turned around. I told Dee it was not driving right and he test drove it while I rode shotgun. He seemed clueless. Maybe he was mad at me because I held them accountable. I told him I could not leave it and went home. I took it to a tire shop and they confirmed that the wheel was damaged. I called Chad and told him. He said he could meet me at a different location to have it corrected. Needless to say that was 3 days ago and I have yet to hear back.This whole ordeal is unprofessional and subpar from a customer service standpoint. I will try to escalate this to a corporate level and see what happens. I would imagine nothing.

The insurance company referred this place and everything was a breeze my vehicle was available 3 days ahead of time and they always kept me updated with every single thing they were doing I loved the website they also sent me I think it was called car Wise for my memory and it told you all the repair that was done and the estimated cost so I highly recommend this place with anybody that has anxiety even about the little things is totally worth it also I recommend Jeremy who deserves a five-star rating all by himself!!!!

This was possibly the worst experience ever. My vehicle had to be transferred here due to high volume. No problem right? Wrong! The lack of communication for one. I had to call and get updates on my vehicle because the follow up calls didn t happen. Tried to let them do their job without being that customer. Well, I should have probably been that customer. I was told the vehicle was done and it was going to be transferred back on a flatbed to my original location. Who the heck is overseeing the final completion?? Bumper was crooked, paint was chipping along the corners, dents in the door panel weren t fixed, badges were missing on the doors that looked like orange peel and not to mention the check engine light was still ON! Sent it back, so off it goes back on the flatbed. Was told a week turnaround that ended up into almost 4. Said the paint didn t look quite right so they wanted to make it perfect. Got it back and still no badges, paint on the doors weren t buffed, mud guards broken. I gave you guys 2 chances and it literally felt like y all didn t care. I refused have it transferred on the 3rd try. Can you blame me? This was a promised in 1 month but y all ended up missing the 2 month mark by a couple of days. I finally got it fixed at my original location. Caliber as a company is great. My experience at this location was not!

My car was rear ended for the second time in a year. Although the customer service needs some work (I had to call to see if they d started on my car and they were almost done) they did a phenomenal job. It looks like I just drove it off the lot. I also appreciate that they washed and vacuumed the interior.

Customer Service was professional and courtesy but their quality of repair is undesirable. The car was dirty when they return it to my wife. It was never washed, which is pretty much an industry standard, so it had the addition of shop dust and dirt, dirt from the tow process, and neon ink from Caliber writing on my car. The most offensive thing was the use of a non OEM inferior tire on my 2 year old car when the OEM tire is literally in stock 1.7 miles away. So my car physically looked worse then prior to my accident and I wouldn't have expected that.

My car was repainted faster than they said and the staff was extremely friendly. Their quality of work was amazing. My car looked way better than I could have hoped for when I got it back. They also offered a lifetime warranty on the repairs.

This body shop left an awesome impression on me. My car body repairs and paint jobs were performed in a timely manner and a professional way which completely satisfied my expectations. I should appreciate Mark who is a professional and a customer-oriented manager of this shop. He's a really great, honest and nice person. He followed up every single repair detail about my car to be done in an efficient way. I also need to thank Ray who took care of my car repair jobs initially. I got into my first accident one day before Thanksgiving in 2022 and I had no clue what to do. My front passenger bumper was impacted greatly and these guys made my car look like it was brand new. They cleaned the inside and applied a fresh coat of paint. This was my first car accident and they made it a headache free situation by repairing it SEVEN days earlier than expected! Talk about outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Mark Ledezma and Ray Chairez did a fantastic job at restoring the rhythm of my life. They are super quick efficient and even found more damage that I did not notice. They repaired my vehicle and took care of everything in which I didn t have to lift a finger. I had to file a claim with my insurance and this place was listed as in their network. They had an insurance representative on site to evaluate my vehicle and handle all the required paperwork. They did take longer than expected to get the work done - but they have automated text messages that update you when there's been a change (updated timeline, etc.). When I called later to inquire further, they were all very polite and helped me out. Also - when I was supposed to be picked up by the rental car company and they were running late, someone from the shop dropped me off! The folks at Caliber Collision have always done a great job for me every time I ve had to use them. Jason Pickett was my service advisor. He kept the communication line open making sure my concerns were acknowledged and the repair work was done right. The GM Marcos Ledezma came out at the time of completion and made sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated his positive can-do attitude. Was absolutely impressed with the work done through my insurance.They conducted a thorough inspection, alignment, replaced my front bumper and painted it as well as took out some scratches. The worked done was about a month faster than three other places that told me it would be done mid-March. My car was in a wreck and the suspension was damaged on the passenger rear side and other cosmetic damage, bumper, rim, and a few other minor things were damaged in the process. Not only does my car look just as good as it did before the wreck it drives smooth too. The passenger side sensor was damaged and the manufacture had them replace both sensors. It took a little longer to get them calibrated but they got it done. I d rather have them take the time to get it done correctly than rushing and give it to me back. My car was hit by a neighbor while sitting at a stop sign, in June 2020. Because of reaching the 2-year statute, I had to get my car in to be inspected in order to file for damage repairs through my own insurance.I explained my situation and the need to have the estimate done right away.. First I was told it would be the end of the month before a spot would open up for me to bring my car in. So I requested to talk to the manager.Mark listened and made an appointment for the next day. I know I may have put him on the spot, but he came through like a champ and took my worries away. The estimate and photos were uploaded and sent to my insurance company. From beginning to end the staff was Great!!! I had afew issues with the insurance company and my lien holder but they completed me car and helped me work with the lien holder.
