Highly recommend this business. Dealership needed me to be able to leave car for minimum of a week (no loaner vehicle available) before they would even look at it. CS Lee Goodyear had car for 2 days. Made repairs and am extremely happy with cost and downtime.

Got my oil changed today 10-06-22 hadn't had problems before but now I have 3 pin wholes in my over-flow tank and sad to say I did say I was about to hit the highway. Now what was supposed to be a simple oil change is now an additional fix that wasn't broke before I mean come on my daily driver suddenly has magical wholes in my coolant reservoir hmm.I WAS PRAISING THE WORK UNTIL I GOT ON THE HIGHWAY LOCALLY SMH..RUNNNNNNN

I can't say enough good things about the manager (Neil) who runs this location. He's a miracle worker with a great crew backing him up. Honest, knowledgeable, and tough under pressure. It's hard to find an honest mechanic that backs up their work (2 year/24k Mile warranty) but I trust these guys implicitly. Would love to see corporate kick down a few bucks and give this location a fresh look. It could use some new chairs and linoleum flooring. But all in all, we take both of our vehicles here exclusively.

This place took 50 minutes to pull my car in for an oil change with nobody in line in front of me. Neil tells me that I am next in line but it's only him and 1 other guy because the 3rd guy is at lunch. I guess old Neil doesn't do anything here besides the front desk and air up tires because I had to wait for the next guy to get back from lunch before they started on mine. The other mechanic is clearly working on someone's truck that needs a lot of attention, and has obviously been dropped off to be worked on. This was definitely the longest I have ever waited for an oil change. I would rather wait at the dealership for 2 hours then to come here for the same length of time. Only came here because my wife drops her car off for oil changes here. Definitely won't come back, nor recommend anyone come for an oil change.

Bad Customer Service Integrity by Shop Manager.Paid over $500.00 for 2 new head lights.6 months later, condensation build up in both lights and Neal tells me it's normal!!??He adds that if I just keep my lights on when moisture builds up, it will help evaporate moisture. Unbelievable when we have 6 more cars like this with no problems. On closer inspection, lights look like they were reconditioned and sold for NEW. Not Good

Took vehicle in to check brakes due to warning light coming on. They checked it out and found a box wedged up by struts and said nothing wrong with brakes. Didn t charge me either. Good customer service means I ll be back.

This place has gone from great to horrible. For many years I took my vehicles to get serviced here. I recently took my vehicle because the check engine light turned on. I was told it was an ignition coil was quoted $300.00 for the repair and got it done. Approximately (2) days later the check engine light turned back on, took the vehicle to get checked. I was told this time it was the fuel pump and was quoted $900.00 for the repair. When I asked the manager why this issue didn't come up in the initial check, I was rudely told that computer didn't register it last time and this time this is what the computer showed.They didn't even attempt to be empathetic and understand I just spent $300.00 on this vehicle. Rude uncaring personnel, needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment and would advise anyone against servicing your vehicle here.

I usually frequent another CS Lee Goodyear in Fort Worth, but I live in Arlington and I didn't feel like driving that far today (sorry Randy). I was very impressed by how little time it took to get the oil changed, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!

This is a really nice, friendly, oldschool tire and lube lube shop, I went in for an oil change and they got me out in about 30 minutes!

These guys suck. Went in for a new converter, told them to check my break pads. They didn't put that they needed to on the ticket, and when I got the estimate for the converter, I asked him about the pads and he said "they're okay". Turns out they didn't check my break pads at all, and he STILL told me my pads were okay. Now I'm out about $700 because they don't know how to do a job they were told to do.

Just got charged $50 to replace a brake light (bulb was less than $4 and it took 20 minutes). Was told the rest was labor charge - which would work out to $150/hour. Not!! (Later found out an auto parts store not far away would've installed it free). Used to get my oil changed here - not anymore. You've gouged your last dollar from this senior citizen and should be ashamed of yourself!

Do not take vehicle here. We live up the road so we have been here a couple if times for state inspection. Everytime they nit pick every little thing with headlights. For them to replace a bulb is outrageous and this year they stated we needed a new assembly which would be $300 each. My husband will wipe the inside off (it has condensation) and we will take it somewhere else. So much wasted time never again! They can go out of business as far as I am concerned.

Always get fast professional service and fair prices. Neal is the check in manager and gives excellent friendly service and advice. We wouldn t go any where else.

Neal and MR. Lee have taken care of my personal vehicles as well as my company trucks for the last 10 years. Good job, honest, fair price, repairs done right the first time.

Never take your car here. I came here to get my drive belt changed and my car started having all sorts of problems and then when I go to the dealership they tell me I need my drive belt changed again!! If I could I would give then zero stars. Spend the extra money and take your car to the dealership to get any service done! Terrible mechanic and terrible customer service!

Outstanding mechanics - I am a longtime customer. Whatever they fix stays fixed, and they do not inflate charges or diagnose extra problems.

This place is a RIP OFF...They where trying to tell me I need an oil change, and a tune up after I just changed my oil, wires and plugs less than three days prior
