First time going to Brakes Plus and I am so glad I came here! Great Customer Service! I had my car service for a coolant flush and the price was reasonable. I will be taking my car back to them this Saturday for an alignment. These guys are honest and they give you honest recommendations when it comes to repairing your vehicle. Thank you so much for your honesty and I have already recommended your company to family members.

My car broke down close to this Brakes Plus and I will forever be grateful for the help of the manager Brandon and his team. I was able to get my vehicle diagnosed and repaired within the same day, and in time to pick up my kid from school. Brandon explained my vehicles overheating issue in terms that I can understand, updated me along the way, and was extremely fair with pricing. I've dealt with Brakes Plus before, and they are always friendly, professional, and willing to help their customers! Thank you!!!!

5 star service. Zakary and Andre are extremely friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. Work was done same day. Brakes feel perfect. We found out that they do more than brakes. We re so happy to find a good shop in our neighborhood. Customers for life

I love coming to Brakes Plus. The customer service is amazing as well as the prices. Brandon, Andre and Zak specifically are truly always such a help for every visit. I m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars and I appreciate that they take the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through everything they re doing to my baby along with an in-depth price breakdown.

I went in to have my brakes looked at or better yet have the Sound figured out!When the manager was trying to pin point where and what it might be. He pointed me to a graft on the wall and that was a huge help! For me to explain where the sound was coming from, and what I saw. It took them less than an hour to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle, Part was ordered. What was really great is that he did a temporary fix so that I could continue to drive my car and still be safe till I had the funds to get the repair. The very next week I brought my car back in I was quoted an hour for the repair . It only took 40 min. Every time I have gone in the staff is friendly and very professional. I will definitely be a long-term customer until my family and friends.

Zakary Loren is a credit to this fantastic establishment! We walked in with no appointment and they replaced brakes and got my AC blowing cold again AS WELL AS an inspection and an oil change all done SAME DAY!!!! Unbelievable service and a talent work force!!! Great work! 12/10 would recommend!!!! Thanks Zak!!!!

Fast work got in and out really quick. Took my keys at 11:33am and got them back at 12:33pm Only an hour wait not bad at all. Andre Taylor the service advisor was very nice and greeting. Made me feel more safe leaving my car for them to fix. And to the guys who worked on my car big thanks. My car drives so much better now. I highly recommend this place!!! I ll be a returning customer in the future:)

I don t usually leave reviews, but I had to today. After the recent scare I had on the roads and being told different things from various car shops, I really wanted to make an informed decision. Brandon and Elwood did not disappoint! From the customer service, to the honesty, to answering all my questions I could tell they would do right by me and my car. And they did! I will be back for sure.

Don't go anywhere else, and don't let the name fool you. These guys are fair and the best of the best, and can do anything. Was quoted $2000 for a job today and they fixed it for about $100 because it wasn't as bad as thought. Also previous work they have done still works perfectly with no problems. Can't recommend this place enough. Selfishly I hope they don't get too popular, but they deserve it.

These guys are the best! They are always available when I need them. Scheduling is easy, as appointments can be set online. My services are always done quickly and correctly, I ve never sat more than an hour waiting.

I always get top notch service at this location! Great people that provide great service and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I will never make the mistake of going somewhere else. I went into Kwik Kar auto service and repair at 1820 brown rd. Arlington, and they completely scammed me. It s hard to find a service center with people you can trust and that s Brakes Plus, specifically this location. Brandon and Elwood are honest and always deliver. Thank you!

Excellent mechanic! AMAZING customer service! I moved to Arlington in February of 2023 and ONLY use them for repairs. They have done minor oils changes to major battery replacements and everything in between and always get it right! Reasonably priced too! If you need to drop off your car and leave they will even order a Lyft for you! Come in and ask for Andre! He will take care of you!

These guys took great care of me when my battle died and even offered to Uber me to and from my appointments. They made my little one comfortable while we waited as well. Quick service and great customer service. I highly recommend!

I most definitely highly recommend brakes plus!! I walked in no appointment no nothing, they got me right in. They inspected my brakes and called me in less than 30 minutes with the issue. I told them to go ahead because the price was reasonable and good for all that needed to be done. Did I mention I had no way home while all this was done so they got me a Lyft from there then back when my car was ready. You need anything dealing with your brakes, you better get on over to them. They most definitely will take care of you with their wonderful customer service!!

I recently had an excellent experience at City Garage when I brought in my 2021 GLC 300 Mercedes-Benz for an oil change. The staff was not only skilled and efficient in their work, but they also demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism when dealing with my questions and concerns. These guys did great work, when I said I needed my truck back by the end of the day they made the repairs happen quick, and even offered a discount for a diagnostic if they missed anything. All for a reasonable rate. My wife and I will be continuing to bring our vehicles here for a while.
