READ THIS BEFORE COMING HEREFirst of all i want to leave this review only because how bad they treated me as a customer , let me start with the fact that me and the owner's son GABRIEL GAMEZ (witch is the manager there i guess) we had an agreement that i was going pay them with my insurance claim and they were going to help me by giving me some money back of that claim , total for removing dents and painting was $1800 and they gave me back $1000 and owed me $150 (never got that money back) to let them do my car's body painting and repairing of dents, dents were fixed good by bobby even tho my car was sitting at their shop for 2 weeks before they started working on it than after dents were fixed it took another week and a half for them to start painting it , i kept going there and they just kept telling me it would be done "next week" so car was painted and they needed to polish it and took another week to polish it i kept going every week to check up on it because they were not answering me or giving me a day on when it will be ready they just kept saying "next week" so when they did give it to me "finished" the car had REALLY bad swirls marks and scratches from the bad polishing they did and they just gave me the car like that . and i went back to tell them about it and to get my $150 back that gabriel owed me and he said "nah im not giving you that money, the job we did was more than what we charged you" and they havent even called me to try and fix the bad scratches they left , so if i would of known they would of took this long and left my car with a bad paint job i wouldnt had brought it here !!very unprofessional. bad communication and bad painting jobDON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE save your time and money and take it to real professionals that know what they're doing

Heed my advice and find a mechanic elsewhere. If you've already dropped your vehicle off, go back immediately and take your business elsewhere. My vehicle was there for a little over a month and a half being 'repaired' by a person unbeknownst to the owner/manager of the establishment. Someone who led me to believe that he was an employee of the shop. Once the impostor was finally discovered, the repair of my vehicle happened in a matter of days.I come in to the shop a day after I was told to pick it up because it was 'ready'. Stepping through the doors into and empty show/front room, I wait for approximately 7 minutes before calling the phone number on file for the shop! The person I assume to be the manager/owner answers and after stating my reason for being there, he informs me that 'one of his [guys] would be in shortly'. I thanked him and waited for said 'guy' to show up. The owner/manager calls me back a few minutes later and proceeds to cast blame and responsibility off of himself and onto the person of whom he had no clue of working in his shop! At the same time, a 'guy' pops in an explains that he is waiting for someone (he used an expletive and then suggested that I also call this person to 'put some fire under him to show up') to bring a decorative component for him to place on my vehicle and then he would 'clean it up'. He gave me a time frame of two hours to which I insisted be much shorter since I was told that the vehicle was 'ready' days ago. The vehicle is pulled around to the front. I discover, among the smell and ash evidence of someone smoking in my vehicle, a completely empty gas tank, and the electrical component that causes two sliding doors to open automatically at the press of a button on the key fob are both inoperative. The owner's son quickly sprays some Febreeze explaining that 'it's been in the shop for a month' when I ask him why he suddenly did that. I express the fact that the doors were supposed to be repaired. The owner's son apologizes profusely and explains that he 'put it together as best as he could'. Some advice for the owner: keep a better eye on who comes in and out of your shop, keep a better inventory of the vehicles in your care, keep better tabs on all the people you employ and confirm their credentials and who has access to your shop, stay on top of your employees to complete repairs in a timely manner, if you cannot complete the repair or are unqualified to do the repair, TELL THE CUSTOMER! Don't get elbow deep and realize you've messed up! I know for a fact that you wouldn't want someone treating your vehicle this way. Customer beware! Take your business somewhere else. Sincerely, one very disappointed and highly unsatisfied customer. I'm only glad that I finally have my vehicle back.

I love my car and made a bad decision to have trusted Big G Custom to have worked on it. Didn't meet timeline; promised 2 weeks, completed with corrections, 1.5 months. Quality is not what was agreed (paint dripped) and unacceptable communication, lie after lies. Wasted a lot of $$$, be smarter and take my experiences i had with them.
