Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! We never felt pressured or rushed. Our salesman took the time to walk the lot with us, answer any questions, and test drive more than one car. The numbers guy looked for the best deal for us and presented multiple options so that we could choose the plan that worked with our budget. It was nice to see how excited they were for us to get our dream car! I would definitely recommend Auto Nation to all my friends and family.

The moment we pulled in before we even parked we were greeted by Joel who ended up being our sales representative. Joel listened to what I wanted, I went in for a Ford Bronco hard top 2024, he showed me all his Broncos on the lot and I fell in love with all of them, the management team was amazing and helped my husband and I save so much money. We definitely made some new friends, the best part is I didn t have to trade my Ram ( my baby) in to get my dream car!!! The Ford team had impeccable customer service and made us feel right at home, more than other dealerships we have dealt with! If you re in the market for a new or even used car or truck go see Joel and Tommy ( finance manager) at Ford Nation Arlington, TX they are the best!!! I drove off the lot in a brand new 2024 black diamond edition soft top ford bronco (Luna)!!

Was going to come buy a car, big ticket item over 52k, and got extremely ill shortly before with a stomach flu. Ended up extremely sick for several days straight. I reached out to my sales agent that I would not make it, but would reschedule when I recover. Nothing to lie about. Samuel the sales manager thought it would be professional to call my brother and complain that they sat around for 2 hours just for you guys not to show up . This is after explaining multiple times that I was literally headed to the ER. The nerve of him to even call to complain that I was TOO SICK TO COME BUY A CAR is disgusting and says a lot about this place. I don t mind luxury items, it s my preference. But what I do mind is spending hard earned money on said items at places who literally could care less about you as a human being.EDIT: Mr. Gonzales aka Mr. G is AMAZING and the only reason I returned back to buy the Porsche from this dealership. THANK YOU SO MUCH you have a loyal customer for life in me & my family

I had the most comfortable experience here. Mr. Hillard Jones was the most helpful. He went above and beyond for me to be able to get home after dropping off my vehicle. Also the gentlemen that delivered my vehicle was absolutely the nicest as well. I would definitely come back for future services!

Great dealership and wide selection of inventory. My salesman Joel Lewis was very knowledgeable about the features advantages and benefits of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He helped me narrow down my choices and I actually ended up getting a Truck nicer and more capable than the one I had originally intended to get. Rahim in finance was awesome too. He showed me some service plans that I took advantage of and he found me a great rate with a great bank to finance my deal. I would definitely shop here again and have already recommended Auto Nation Arlington to two of my friends.

Thank you to Ricky Jessup, sales associate for his care of the vehicle preparation and sale. This sale was done with our family on opposite sides of the country. Ricky handled along with the vehicle sale, the vehicle preparation & car detail with the removal of the window tinting and scheduling and handling the transportation to the east coast. He also made sure the tires were in good shape for our new young driver. The dealership replaced both rear tires. Thank you to your dealership and to Ricky for your outstanding service and care of the sale. This is a special little car already as we named him Thad!~ Kristine Redford

WHERE DO I EVEN START.Floyd, Ruben and I cannot remember the other gentleman's name.. but they were all wonderful. I told Floyed what I wanted and he made it happen within 30 minutes of being there. I went to another dealership for a less luxurious vehicle and was turned away and offered something terrible. It's amazing how this dealership put me into a nicer vehicle in less time and no pressure or runaround. This is the place to be! Thank you guys

I went to AutoNation with an idea of what I wanted. I spoke to Auston on the phone and he told me to come down and check out what he had available. I cannot begin to express how amazing of an experience he treated myself and my mom who decided to tag along. He provided no pressure on the sale, and really wanted me to find something I was going to love. We test drove one of the new Escapes to get a feel and I absolutely loved it. Finding the different options on the lot, I expressed that I really liked a specific color and package, and he went above and beyond to check all over the lot to find the perfect choice. Could not be more thankful for him for being so kind to my mom as well, he went well above the regular experience to make sure we left satisfied. In the age of minimal customer service skills, Auston is a gem you do NOT want to lose he really needs to help educate other salesmen on how to make a sale using sugar and not vinegar. Will be recommending his services to everyone I know that s in the market for a new vehicle. Also wanted to thank Jake for his expertise in finding the absolute best deal for my car. I couldn t be more thankful for him running all the quotes that he did. Jake has helped both my parents in the past when purchasing their vehicles, so it was great to get to work with him as well. I have used AutoNation Ford Arlington for repairs to my F150 a couple of times now. I will honestly say they have listened to the issues and been great in getting the work done as fast as possible. They did not charge an arm and leg and I felt they treated me fairly. They also went the extra mile to ensure I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. I would recommend this team to my friends and family for their Ford repairs. My service writer was Jay and he really stepped up to help me out.

Refused to do a cash deal because I don t live in Texas. Sales & finance managers were forcing me to finance it through Chase when I have cash to fully pay for the vehicle. Typical bait & switch tactics. Very sketchy behavior from a dealership of this size. What you see online IS NOT what you ll pay out the door.

Jamie the service advisor at auto nation ford in Arlington is 100 percent the best person I have worked with . Not only did he take care of my transmission recall in may last year but just a few months later I had an engine failure. Jamie helped me with my warranty , made sure I was never without a ride . Communicated regularly and handled everything better then I could have asked . I have bragged about him and his excellent customer service and knowledge. He is a great asset to the auto nation company . Thanks for taking great care of me !

I would highly recommend this dealership. I was able to walk in and buy the vehicle in less than 2 hours. Auston (the salesman) made it easy. I had an issue with the vehicle that I had to take back in to get looked at. Julisa communicated with me throughout the whole process and the technician was very helpful. The repair was covered under their warranty. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. It s a well run operation and they seem honest and up front.

My service advisor was Mr. Jones. He was very informative and honest about what to expect in regards to time frame and possible Diagnostic results. Needless to say, they got my vehicle in much sooner and contacted me for approval, then had me ready to pickup vehicle the next. This was my first time having to use this dealership due to relocation. Thank God, I found somewhere that I can trust and rely on.

I took my car in for a recall letter I had received. I was told that my vehicle was not eligible for the recall. I explained that I was experiencing what the letter described of when to bring car in for. The tech said he would have a look. Took 1 full day to hear anything back. After I had to call to inquiry about my vehicle I was told that 5128$ would be the cost to replace everything wrong with car. No mention at all of the recall reason car was taken in for. Was even suggested I trade it in and get another Ford. Was told a diagnosis fee of 199. Would be charged. I explained only took my car in for the letter I received. Why should I have to pay for a recall that Ford sent me? For the kindness of a person named Peggy the fee was waived. Never was a diagnostic fee mentioned to me upon check-in. I definitely would have not left it.

This was a great vehicle buying experience. Trevor was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and called me as soon as it arrived. This allowed my wife and I to test drive it before anyone else. Finance department was also great! I did not spend hours negotiating a price like I have had to do at other dealerships. I will definitely be back to buy my next car. I went to 2 other Ford dealerships trying to get a part on my transmission fixed.. Since I had a wedding in east Texas to go to in 10days...Joshua at Auto Nation Ford went out of his way to fit my 2013 Expedition in so I could attend the wedding. My Expedition is working great and I'm very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend Auto Nation Ford and I will be back as the need arises.

I am posting this review because I don;t think enough credit is given to dealerships when they do the right thing. I want to make sure people know that there are good dealerships out there.I negotiated the price of a 2023 4 door Bronco Badlands before going into the store. It had been on their lot for a minute with 2024s arriving daily. For the most part the whole transaction went smoothly with one hiccup when a major Ford incentive that was promised to me ended up not being available due to a technicality. We were using it to reduce the price of the vehicle along with another Ford incentive as well as price reductions from AutoNation Ford Arlington. However, Jake the director of Sales honored the original deal and I appreciated it and rolled out of the dealership with a smoking deal and they were able to sell a prior year model. It is important to note that I have a Black Diamond Bronco on order that was actually built the day I purchased the Badlands. However the Badlands deal was too good to pass up and I abandoned my order since it was a lesser trim and was going to cost me several thousand more. Gabe was my sales guy and was great to work with. Ask for him if you visit the showroom or online.

My experience purchasing a car was great with salesman Austin Brown. He was very helpful and patient! I give him 5 stars. I had to go back to the dealership some days later and walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged. I walked in and had to find someone to get assistance. This is after purchasing a car. I went to pick up my tags a month later and was greeted with a smile. The finance department is not good at returning calls. A little disappointed with the service department. I m still waiting on a phone call. But overall the purchasing experience was great.

Trevor Smith and Zach Davis were exceptional. They stayed late on Saturday night to make sure I was satisfied. When I came back to complete some paperwork on Monday, their attention to detail and service went above and beyond again. Trevor even reinstalled my temporary license plate because the first one was hand written.Good job all around. I would recommend this team.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! I first attempted doing business with AutoNation Ford in Arlington about six years ago. Made several calls and spoke with the salesman nailing down every aspect of the deal. Drove the nearly hour and a half journey only to find that nothing we discussed and nothing I was assured Was real .prices changed, rebates, became no longer available so on, and so forth the exact reason car dealers and salesman have a bad reputation. Well, unfortunately, I fell for it again six years later, arrived at the dealership and nothing discussed was the same. All my communication had been with a sales manager, who upon arrival immediately handed me off to one of his sales people who talked so fast and answered every question with a question. Left us sitting at a desk for over 15 minutes. And we went and asked for the key to our car back so we could leave and they seemed Offended. My recommendation.! Never and I mean, never even pick up the phone and call this dealership. Yes, they have a great selection of vehicles and a large inventory and from my experience They plan to con, Trick or swindle every penny, they can out of you. I understand that all car dealers have one purpose, and that is to earn money For the sales people and the dealership. But I do expect a little honesty. Same as the first time I tried to deal with this bunch of Yahoos, After wasting half a day, being given the runaround, we drove an hour to another dealership And within 30 minutes bought almost the exact same vehicle but with more options for $3000 less And got $1500 more for our Trade. Left the dealership with a good feeling and happy with our New vehicle. I can t say anything good about AutoNation Ford Arlington. I really can t! I could name the individuals that I dealt with by name,. But that s not fair. It is clear that the ownership of AutoNation Ford Arlington expects this kind of behavior or it still wouldn t be occurring. The best way to keep an auto dealership honest ,if that s possible, is to just stay away, spread the word. And maybe then they ll make some changes to the way they do business, and treat people who are Trusting them, and making very large investments. Trust is something that s earned and in my experience, this dealership is not worthy of my trust. That makes them, in my opinion , UNWORTHY.

The service here is great! Though it took 2 months to get my car back, I still can t complain. Ethan did an amazing job with keeping me updated and letting me know when I will get my vehicle back. Also want to mention I did not know my brand new transmission was covered under ford warranty so I m definitely grateful for that

Spent three days trying to speak with a service advisor about an upcoming appointment but its almost impossible to get somebody to help you in the service department. They're quick to send you to an off-site scheduler who, while very friendly, couldn't help because she's not there at the dealer. Left messages and was promised a call back but never heard from them. Cancelled our appointment, I can't trust this company to work on my vehicle!
