Came here from recommendation by the local DFW expert in vehicle repairs (TJ Hamilton). John, and his team at Audio Depot were the top recommended folks that delivered on their reputation!They are one of the two Llumar Elite SelectPro dealers in North Texas and felt lucky that I got to do business with them for my 2016 Scion FR-S.The team did me a great deal on a strip/tint and fantastic turnaround time of one day! (Did 30% sides/ 15% rear). Even was able to save the copper in the rear defroster from facing any damage!Audio Depot will see future business from me and my friends for my other vehicles I come across down the line. The Formula1 ceramic Tint from Llumar is spoiling me right now. It works!

Was told to go see John at audio depot for window tint. I have tint on all 4 doors already but was just looking for the brow to be tinted. Another place told me that they don t waste their time for the window brow tint as it s just a $40 job .John and his crew went out of his way, 15 minutes before they closed on a SATURDAY EVENING Pulled my car into the garage and had it done in 7 mins Amazing quality and I am leaving as a highly satisfied customer.I will forever refer friends and family for all of their auto needs.

I first when in for an hardware update for my drone security system for my pickup. Had the upgrade part gotten from drone company figured simply. Right? Wrong! I have a custom pickup with lot of extra features. I learned the original shop who did 95% of my whole build had installed older parts like the drone system and also done horrible wiring and a shop in Burleson who installed my halo 9 alpine had really done a number on my dash wiring!!! most places don t want to work or in this case fix some other shop f^+*~ ups. They were willing to and best part once getting into it all call kept me updated on everything including what it could run but it s my ride I wanted right and thought I d paid that before lol. They rewired and fixed the old stuff the main shop in lubbock did and fixed my dash wiring the Burleson shop did wrong and got everything working in installed right. Came in lot cheaper then what we worried it may cost because of the unknown it was that bad!! I can not say enough good things about this shop. First class employees who know what they are doing and communicated with me every step of the way! I will go back to them only for my further work! Thank Y all

Bought a brand new car & had tint installed days later. It wasn't the best job. There was bubbles and wasn't cut properly. As the owner called it a "trash job." Had it taken off and redone at John's request. The guys somehow damaged my side mirror trim as well as trim around the windows with the heating element they use. Also, tore a spot in rear door panel.John agreed to have it fixed/replaced. At this point was very agreeable and very much doing the right thing as a businessman. He was taking a significant loss. Took car to have the work done to only realize the color of both of my rear door panels had been changed from gray to jet black. Not only changed but painted and the paint was peeling (same day). Went to show him pictures of before and after. He was very argumentative and acting as if I had done something wrong or as if I was asking for something I wasn't entitled to. I should have been the angry one. This is my car, my brand new car that has just been altered and you want to argue with me. I tried to have a rationale conversation with this idiot. To no avail. See you in court John. I would not recommend anyone going to this business.

Had Llumar tint installed on my GX470 about a year ago and it still looks great. The team did a really nice job and were super fast and professional. They even saved my toll tag sticker and made sure that all the little parts for my scan gauge didn't get lost when they had to take it out of the way to install the film on the windshield. I will be coming back.

This is the 5th or 6th vehicle that Audio Depot has tinted for us over the years.When we acquire a vehicle without tint, we know it's going to Audio Depot.Although the tint job has a lifetime guarantee, we've never had to bring a vehicle back for a touch-up or a fix to the tint job. They do it right thr first time.Their prices are fair, equal or better than the competition, and the owners and employees are all friendly.If you want it done right, bring it to Audio Depot!

I own a 2021 Passat. Wanted to replace my door speakers. Easy, right? Took it to Car Toys...nothing. Best Buy, same thing...Someone told me about Audio Depot, so I went. Not only could they door it, but they saved me HUNDREDS!!!! Great service & my car freaking jams! If you give them a try, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Recently had a ham radio installed here. Was a bit of work to get the appointment made due to my daily work schedule, but they did a GREAT JOB in less than an afternoon.This isn't the first time they have done work for me either. They have installed window tint on three of my vehicles in the past. Always superb work for me. Highly recommend!

JooJoo, John, and their team at Audio Depot installed my Kenwood Excelon receiver and a backup camera on my Kia Soul in January 2019 and did a fantastic job!A few months ago my backup camera started cutting out and I needed to get it serviced. I had recently moved to the NRH area and was tempted to find a different shop close to me to make the repair. However, my concern was a new shop would likely want to replace all of the parts instead of only replacing the necessary parts. So, I drove 35 minutes to Audio Depot.They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the malfunctioning part. They had me on my way in an hour! I was very impressed! The team at Audio Depot is professional, courteous, friendly, honest, and they truly care about customer service and performing quality work. Even if you don t live close by, it s worth the drive to do business with them. You ll be glad you did!

The folks at Audio Depot are very knowledgable about the products they sell. I had gone in to have a car stereo and door speakers installed. I chose what I wanted made appointment and had everything expertly installed, pricing was good too!

I took my 2019 WRX there. This is the 2nd car I have taken to them and they will be the only tint place I use for my future cars. They do such a good job and they are so professional. They get you in and out if you have an appointment and the car looks so good after.

Everyone here is friendly I love my new alarm system it also comes with a lifetime warranty! Mr. John was amazing as well as the installers. 10/10! BTW I went from a key start to automatic! This is so awesome!

This place is amazing. I ve had them put a drone alarm in 2 of my pickups the last one stopped working I took it back into them and they put a new alarm in for free. I have and will continue to refer my friends to them. Thanks Juju.

Had my car windows tinted here 14 years ago. Still looked great when I sold the car a couple years back. Went back today to get my Lexus tinted. Such professionals. A repeat performance of my first visit. Looks great. So pleased.

These guys are EXPERTS! I had a special situation regarding a tracker someone planted on my vehicle, not an easy task but these men were ON IT ! They are trustworthy and knowledgeable and they CARE. Not a lot of places care at all they just want money. But I feel so grateful for John and Sean these guys really took care of me! And I m so appreciative. I recommend 1000% thanks y all for everything I m so grateful

WOW - this place is LEGIT. I just spent too much money at a competitor's place and had to bring things here to get it fixed right. The team here is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and very EXPERIENCED (20+ and 30+ years working together and in the industry).They really took their time to help me, without rushing me. PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, and KIND customer service and care, even with all my tons of questions.They weren't interested in upselling me just to make a buck (which was my experience elsewhere), but showed genuine interest in helping me accomplish my goals for my vehicle, with the utmost QUALITY and ATTENTION TO DETAIL.They were recommended by my mechanic, and big dealerships in the area also use them because of their top-notch work.Only thing I'm mad at is myself, for not finding them sooner. Moving forward this is THE ONLY PLACE in the area that I'll take my vehicles to for AV or Tint work. If you want the work done right, bring it here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is amazing. Compared to many places I've gone, the quality is next to none. If you have a tundra, don't look any further. If you're wanting loud but well balanced with lows, highs, & mid then I promise you this is it. They have layaway which makes it easier to get exactly what you want. This place is for those that have a love and appreciation for music and quality. And not just another "car toy".

Joo joo was a tremendous help and got my truck set up with the automatic start. The whole team was very nice and made me feel right at home. Their work is second to none 10/10 would recommend and trust my vehicle here no problem.

In 2012 I came to Auto Depot to have my windows tinted and was very pleased of the outcome. As of today 1/02/2023 11 years later my tints still looks brand new. No pilling, no bubbles and no fading. Will do business with them again!

Audio Depot has been my go-to stereo shop for well over a decade almost 2. They have done many of my vehicles over the years. John is always willing to help and has never given me bad advice. I have been to all the big franchise stores and and they were never able to match the quality of installation or do they have the talent and knowledge that audio Depot has to offer. At one point I had moved over 400 miles away and when I needed some stereo work I drove back home to audio Depot and I do not regret it. Thanks for the years and years of service John and all the great quality merchandise and the great service you've always given me. I'm not too far away from buying another project truck and you better believe I know where I'm taking it.

John is a savant. I needed some enhancement to my F150 B&O Unleashed system, and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. At first, he was going to change some speakers and add some amplifiers, but when he realized I had the premium system with surround, he recommended simply adding the JL Audio stealth subwoofer, which was perfect, and allowed me to keep the 18 speakers (including headrest speakers, roof speakers, etc.). It's not as loud as it could have been, but the sound quality is excellent, and by recommending just adding the sub with the Rockford amp, it saved me over $2K. I couldn't be happier.

This team is amazing and skilled at what they do. No shortcuts and will give you the best advice for you situation. I have been bringing my cars here since 2005. Best thing is... it s still the same reliable team. They have covered warranty issues quick and painless. Recently, Volkswagen priced over $500+ for labor on replacing a factory speaker. I was able to replace tint and install the speaker for less than half the price at Audio Depot. Thanks guys!

I have found an audio shop for life. First they ordered equipment for me based on an after hours phone call. No deposit necessary, only my word. Second John took time and answered every question I had about audio equipment, supplies and installation. I am big on customer service and my experience was great. And by the way the customer isn't always right. THANK YOU JOHN and AUDIO DEPOT. I will be back soon.

John and team are always responsive, reasonable and do an amazing job setting expectations. I have bringing my cars here since 2005 and there is a reason they are still in business and have so many return customers. Recently, they installed Carplay unit in a BMW I couldn't be happier. They did a good clean job and I highly recommend Audio Depot.

John and the crew at Audio Depot are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to fix my wiring issues on an amp. They fixed a rat's nest of wiring and ran everything properly. They even ran my bluetooth mic from where it was rigged near the steering column to the headliner where it should be. I didn't even ask them to do this, they just took the initiative and did it! They also built a custom sub box for me that came out beautifully.Their attention to detail, customer service, and timely install was second to none. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for car audio purchase and installation.

They do great work. I've had 3 different cars tinted here, all perfect. As well as several Amp installs. John is the man, he gives great advice and won't steer you wrong. Juju is honest, brutally honest but in a respectful way.

The entire team at Audio Depot are awesome! I have had multiple car alarms installed at this business and a complete car audio system for my classic 5.0 mustang. They have gone above and beyond to make my sound system superb! They treat you like family!

Had them do the tint on my Model 3 and I couldn t be more pleased. The owner John was very professional and got me in and out in just a few hours.Would highly recommend them for tint on Tesla s in this area. So many people recommended places in Frisco/Plano and I m glad I chose a more local place to where I live.
