Ladies he is a person to watch he only wanted to talk to my son. When I called to find out what he talking about he didn't like it told I was taking my car up the street. Go with caution it's a reason at 12:00 on Saturday no business at all

If I could give them zero stars I would. They lie too much. Unfortunately they pulled something off my vehicle they were not requested/authorized . After paying for them to "look at it". It was later decided that they would do some work on the vehicle. Just for them to say oh we are not going to give credit for the diagnostic charge that was already paid. That said I only appreciate honest work and services. This is not okay. There is no excuse for this to have occurred. I am already on a fixed income. Trying to take care of others. I should not be charged for terrible business practices. Now I see why others have complained. Should anyone respond to this message without the willingness to refund the cost for the diagnostic test. I am not trying to hear it. There is no excuse for poor service. Should the refund occur than. We can move forward with more positivity.

I just want to give Juan Benitez a shout out. Over a year ago, I flew to Arlington to pick up a car we bought. I needed it inspected and registered quickly. The inspection was done efficiently at Arlington Auto. I also needed to dash to the DMV (close by) to get my car registered. There isn t much street parking in that part of Arlington and not a lot at Arlington Auto. However, Juan kindly found me a spot next door where I could leave my car. It took me longer at DMV than I had anticipated, but I finally got my new plates and headed back to Arlington Auto. Juan, once again, helped me by offering to put the plates on for me. He made this whole experience much less stressful. Tiny kindnesses, but much appreciated! Thank you, Juan!

Had a bad experience and just here to share.TLDR: Charged $275 for 2 hose clamps, a hose connector, and for them to remove a part from my car that I did not ask/approve them to do.I bring the Car in with a leaking Fuel line. They say $95 to do a diagnostics, and if you get the work done here we will waive the fee, I say ok. They come back 15 mins later, and say it looks like the Fuel Line has been cut. I ask can I go to the car to see it. They said, we will show it to you, no worries, just wait here. I wait an hour and ask about seeing the cut and how much is a new part/ replacement? They say they will show me the cut after a while and are not sure about the price as the part seemed to be a dealership only part. I say, "I have to go to work to show my face, I will be back." I come back an hour later, and my fuel line is sitting in the office, for me to "View." I look at it unsure of why it was removed to show me especially since the "Cut" part could have been seen from the top of the engine. I ask about the Price of the repair and for an invoice and they are still not sure. I wait another 45mins before they finally reach the dealership who says the part is $400+. They didn't tell me how much labor would be, but I know the general cost of labor and after tax this would be a $1k fix. I did not want to do that so I ask them to put the old fuel line back on and I will take the car somewhere else. They say ok and proceed to say they will charge me for labor of taking off the fuel line. This is not something I Requested so we argued about it till they decided on just the diagnostic fee for the Fuel Line. Once the fuel line is on they proceed to tell me I shouldn't drive the car as it is dangerous. I understood this fact, but I wasn't about to pay 1k at the time. They then say well... we can patch the fuel line to fix it. I ask how much they say $180. I am in a hurry to get back to work at this point so I say ok and go back to work. I come back 4 hours later, they have patched the fuel line with a hose connector and 2 clamps that you can get from any hardware store for less than 10 dollars. It is working though so I go to pay. I ask if they will still waive the fee for the earlier diagnostic to take the 95 I already paid from the 180 and they say "No", and won't budge on that, so I pay $180 and leave. This is a total of $275 for 2 clamps, a hose connector, and them removing my fuel line without permission or confirmation. They did not waive the fee for the Diagnostics of an issue with my fuel line, because they said it was now 2 separate transactions and it all has to be done at one time. This is off-putting to me as the diagnostic was for the same issue they fixed, they just didn't offer a suitable solution until after they asked me to pay for the diagnostics. Needless to say I will not be going back. To give a bit more of a non biased review, The mechanics seem to do good work, and had decent customer service, but management (or the Office Worker at the time) was piss poor and should be replaced.

They are so nice here. Very professional and fair. Taken my vehicle there for inspection and service a few times. The service is always the same.

I absolutely love and highly recommend! I have been taking all my vehicles here, for years, even my kids bring their vehicles. I never have a problem with them getting them in and fixing them quickly. I love the owner and his son and all the workers! The are not just about money and business, they love what they do and take pride in the shop. If you live in Arlington or Grand Prairie and need work done, this is the place to go. If you break down, this is the place to go. They will never do you wrong!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped by on weekday, after short wait they inspected the tires. The tire leaks were due to nails, able to patch. They offer both patch and plug. Affordable. Ignore/avoid interior looks sketch.

I took my car in bc my car was vibrating I was advised to get an alignment & balance. They charged me $150.00 they assured me that would fix my issue. I paid that did not fix the issue. I took it back 3 times the old man that was there got upset and started screaming at me when I simply asked for a refund. My car is still not fixed These ppl don t know what they are doing. I m glad I recorded the interactions.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place refused to do my state inspection because of my dark tint, however.... I have a permit for it. I specifically told them I had a permit and they said they didn't care and would not do it.I will seek if I can file a formal complaint for refusal to do a state inspection.

They were efficient and professional. Price was reasonable comparatively with other shops. Most importantly, they were able to accurately diagnose my A/C problem and remedy it quickly.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I drove up from Houston to the DFW area and my car broke down the weekend before July 4th. We had it towed to Arlington Auto Care due to reviews and proximity. I didn t think there was any chance my car would be fixed before I had to leave after the holiday. The guys at the shop were very communicative and prioritized my vehicle to get me back on the rode over the holiday. I can t recommend them highly enough.

I go here for everything, cheap and best service near UTA. Haleem is the person you would wanna talk to, his son I also very friendly people. I feel like family when I go here, the great thing is they would not try to overcharge and try to fix things as cheap as possible. I had my check engine light onn, Haleem did something in 10 minutes and my check engine light never came back on, pass the inspection just at for $25 bucks.

The mechanic didn't fix my breaks properly and didn't even bleed the breaks. They said they also balanced my tires which I had to go to discount tire to find out they never got balanced. They had me pay to get transmission mounts even though that was not what was causing my issues. This mistake caused a bigger issue that also resulted in my breaks locking up and me getting into a wreck. I only used this shop bc my mechanic father died. This is by far the worst mechanic I've ever been to. I tried telling the mechanic what they did wrong and I was met with excuses and aggression. They won't do anything to fix the problem let alone a refund. Stay far far away from this shop. They will only make matters worse for you And your vehicle.Service: Brakes

The people are so nice I showed up at the time that they open. The workers hadn't showed up yet there was a nice man there I was going for a car inspection he called and they came in right away had my car inspected and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I do not understand why this place has bad reviews the men that work here are very kind they'll work with you they don't try to overcharge you they're very nice I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I took my car in this morning now it's been a year since my review and my feelings have not changed .

These guys were about to close when I pulled up 3-5 guys all hopped on my car examining it. I've never seen that before. They ordered parts went n picked them up n finished the job. Best auto care ever. Great job. These guys are very dependable and trustworthy. It's 7:40 n I'm leaving. Saved my life.

Went in for an alignment, and was given two different costs for an alignment, but I was also given an expensive repair bill with an extremely high parts mark up. Went to my normal mechanic with the estimate, and got told, and shown what work actually needed to have done. Highly don't recommend ever.

We had our wheel hub assembly, bearing, and two lugnuts replaced today and were very pleased with the service. Candice the front desk lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us updated the entire time. I felt I could trust them to take care of my car. Reasonable prices too!

I called and told them what I needed serviced, I got a quote over the phone and when I got there they did exactly that and the price was the exact amount. Great service and qualify. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs.

In this place they charged me, of course, to exchange parts and that never happened. I went to another place and I still had the old parts and I paid gladly. It is the worst place I have ever visited

Do not waste your time or money. I went in for a power steering leak issue. The quoted $50 more for the part and a 3 hour wait for the part to get there. I went and got the part cheaper and faster. They advised they could not guarantee the part since they didn't supply it. I advised that's not an issue just guarantee the work. The repair should of only taken an hour, but it was four hours. After they finished i ran errands and something wasn't right. I checked the power steering fluid and it was empty. I called the next day to let them know it was not fixed. When I finally had time to take the vehicle back they blamed me for any issues. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and wasted a week of a working vehicle. Keep looking for better service because this place is a joke.

To all my African-American people this is the place for us I absolutely love this place now I am a African American woman and I give honest reviews with that being said we sometime are scared to go to certain places because they might try to cheat US nope nope nope the guy Halima I think it's close enough LOL sorry I know I butchered your name was so patient very soft spoken and it's just a really honest person the young gentleman that pulled up to help me thank you he was unbelievable I told them I had to go to Oklahoma because my mom had brain surgery and I wanted to make sure everything was straight before I got on the highway and he got my car in and out thank you for that this place is the truth for all my African-American people this is the spot for us and they treat you nice kind and as if you are a priority and not forever love that thanks y'all I really appreciate it

Went to do my state inspection and it took like 15 minutes. Very fast and good service. They take card or cash. They open at 8am and close at 7pm. I went early in the morning and there was no line.

I compared about 4 different locations to get my brakes done, and this was far more reasonable on the labor charges than anywhere else. I'd recommend checking this place everytime you need a similar job done. Pretty sure, they'll give you a better deal.The friendly staffs that they have is a big plus too.

This is the most honest auto care shop you can find. It's run by a good honest man who helps you save money on whatever repairs you need done. They are very efficient, skilled, and they work in a timely manner. I didn't have any problems whatsoever, and I had 3 separate jobs done on my car over the course of 2 visits. I highly recommend Arlington Auto Care - they need to be the shop you think of when you need a mechanic!
