It's not often that you find genuine people to help someone out in the world especially within this line of work. These people are nice genuine and they actually care! They are way more than helpful! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

No frills, just good/honest mechanics who value their customers & their time. They shoot it straight with you and they get the job done! They've been my local go-to since 2018 & they keep my baby running smooth. So grateful for these guys!

303 auto is a wonderful place. They are very honest, super good pricing and did nothing without informing me first. 303 Auto was 350.00 cheaper than where I was originally scheduled to have my brakes replaced. Great work guys. I rate you a 99 Plus!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! this place does not even deserve one star. they take advantage of people with little mechanical knowledge. they charged $500 for a left rotor and brake pads and an alignment. the truck drove worse after they worked on it and when those issues were addressed, they try to blame the problem on something else rather than on their on incompetence and the owner refuses to be accountable for those working for the owner. I took the truck to another shop and they showed me a video of a worn out driver side lower control arm ball joint and therefore, no way it could be properly aligned with that much movement. and the mechanics did not see this??? its a $40 part. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

They changed my oil, did a good job and charged a fair price. My only complaint is there is no where clean to sit. All the furniture inside looks like it belongs in the rubbish bin. As long as you're not there to sit, you'll be fine.

I went here to get my tire replaced and the guy broke my key for the rim, he put too much pressure on it for sure, his excuse was that my key was too sensitive, No, my key was not that old. I went to my dealer ship to get a new key which was not cheap at all. So I made sure I kept my receipt and went back to the shop so he can reimburse me for my key that he broke. And I m a peaceful guy, I wasn t getting angry or anything but the guy that broke my key and the manager (I think), they both started raising their voice at me and giving me attitude and such, claiming that it happens all the time and making excuses and that he is not gonna pay me for my key. I use to go here all the time but not any more, Never again I will come here, neither my family and friends

It s reported that on a Sunday they open at 8 am however when you go there the sign says 9 am but really it s whenever they want to show up. I however decided to wait and someone finally arrives at 9:10. I asked about an oil change but he wanted me to pay in cash despite there being a credit card machine right in front of my face. I said no thank you and that this has been a waste of time and I leave the establishment. The worker proceeds to walk and tells me get the $&@? out of here and never come back . You think I really want to go back to a place where they can t even open a shop at the time they advertise and won t take my card because for all I know the worker was trying to pocket my cash instead putting it in the till. Just speculation on my part since I was given no explanation why. I would give no stars if I could.

These guys are beyond great...everyone is always so helpful an friendly,an always willing to give u excellent deals! I've been trusting my car with these guys for the last 2 years an will continue doing business with them! R.j is the man to ask for but if he's not available the other guys are equally great!

moved to Arlington and didn't know of any places to take care of my truck. After a few bad experiences around town I ended up trying out 303 Auto.Their service, effort, and honesty have made me a customer for as long as I will be here. They make sure the job is done right .They saved me hundreds of dollars on multiple occasions.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND SELL BAD TIRES I had driven up to this tire shop for a used tire and I thought that these people would actually have a good or halfway decent Tire to put on . that was not the case they sold me a bad tire and said that it was not the tire, that it was something else. making excuse for their work. I asked them just to balance it and he would not even touch it but the tire keeps on shaking on the highway

Very bad service. I called at 5:40 to see if I could get an alignment done on my minivan. They said sure and I told them I would arrive in 20 minutes. When I arrived they said the mechanic left and I told them I had been in the phone. They said we re closed. I told him their hours in google said 7pm that s why I called ahead of time to make sure they could do it. The guy in a red shirt said they couldn t do anything about it. They ve had the same hours for 4 years. Needless to say, don t come here. Very rude and not understanding that if a customer called ahead of time let them know they re going to close instead of letting them drive a good distance just to say you re closed.

If they tell you need a new ac compressor try changing the compressor fuse first. Went twice to get my ac serviced with same results even after I changed my ac compressor. First time they said it was the compressor and charged $75. Got it changed and they said it was still the compressor and charged again same price. Went to another shop and they said the fuse was bad and my same compressor worked and got it fixed. These guys wanted $650 plus to change it and most likely would say it was still bad and charged more to take the whole thing apart just to drain you knowing it was the fuse.

Scammers, don t go for oil change or major repairs. Will scam for other repairs that weren t present when you brought your car in. Mechanics are not certified either. Has lawsuits against them as well.

First time leaving a review. My wheel alignment was worse after going here. My cars new rear tires were worn on the inside a week after going here. They're alignment price is the cheapest around, and now I see why.

Took my 03 WRX here for a radiator support frame swap out. Gave them 250 and the OEM parts and they did an excellent job on the labor for a great price. Other places in Arlington charged me $300-$2000, but these guys stayed close to the quoted price and got the job done the right way (drill out weld in). Very happy with the results and I recommend others try this place.

Went there for my car repair only for them to make it worse and when asked on the matter they answered rudely that they didn t have to do with it. If you love your car better take it to somewhere else. I won t advice you to take it to this place. It is the worse I have ever seen in Texas if not the world. 65 for just a toe alignment is a rip off. They didn't even align my car right. Then the guy messed up my pressure stabilizer between my inner tie rods boots. Will never go here again they have no clue what they are doing.
