I purchased a vehicle that had a crack in the windshield already upon purchase. I was told it would be replaced and that I could still take my vehicle and when the windshield came in I would just take it to them. I purchased my vehicle 03/21/24 and was told it would take roughly a week for the windshield to come in. I have been getting updates from my salesman on the windshield and was told 03/29/24 it would be in between 04/04/24-04/11/24. I check today with the guy who sold me the car Tim and is told it s on back order and won t be in until 04/29/24-05/06/24. So this has been a run around for me because if I would have left the car and waited till the part came in would I have waited all this time for my vehicle until May. I feel this should have been prioritized and taken care of especially for someone buying a vehicle. Makes this business look bad that I am not getting updates on it unless I am calling for them.

I had an appointment for Feb. 29th at 8:00am. They said the repair would take 3-4 hours. I called Friday to check on it, they said they were just getting ready to start on it, Friday afternoon they hadn't started on it. They said they were going to start on it Saturday Morning. I stopped in Saturday at 1:00 and they hadn't touched it. Since that is the only car I have here, I took the truck with me. I will not be back to this dealer. Bill Bailey

Always trust the service department there to do a great job. I have been using them for a VERY long time. Ashley is usually who I go to when he is available. Would not use any other dealership for our GM/Chevy service needs.

Very courteous, and professional staff. Ashley and Darrell went out of their way to insure that the repairs were done right and in a timely fashion. They also took the additional time to show us to to properly set up our truck for flat towing.

I had it there for oil change and tire rotate. I had a second appointment for other things a week later. They looked at it all and took care of it all and were so outrageously caring! Ashely is always accommodating and it was a pleasure to do business with you!

I had the dreaded check engine light on my truck. I stopped in but did not have an appointment. I ended up waiting a long time while the service manager made sure all of his paperwork was done before he ran a scope on my truck. When I asked what was wrong he muttered something incoherent and told me that it would have to go into service and that they could look at it a month after I was supposed to leave the area. I went to a Chevy dealership in Corpus Christi who immediately told me what was wrong and was able to get me in the next day. Don't go to the Aransas Autoplex if you need something done quickly.

My appt was for an oil change but I also needed a front end alignment. I was slightly overdue (180 miles past) for my oil change so wanted that done as soon as possible. They didn t have any availability for 2 weeks for the alignment so we scheduled 2 appt. They told me if I was willing to wait they would try to accomplish both things on 3/6 when they changed my oil. But if not I had the other appt scheduled and would bring it back. I dropped the truck off several hours early. By the close of business (they actually stayed 30 min late/6:30pm) they changed the oil, rotated the tires and did the front end alignment. Everyone was WONDERFUL, from the service writers, to the ladies at the desk and the technician. Very professional but also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the service department to friends! They even ran me down to Church s Chicken so I could eat.Thank you so much,HM Freimund

I reached out to Autoplex because I wanted to have a diagnostic ran on my vehicle. When I spoke with what I imagine to be the service manager I told him what was going on, to which he tried to get me to look at a new vehicle (fair enough, they re a dealership), I declined and he said he d have someone reach out to me. Since then I ve reached out and left voicemails, but my calls aren t returned nor answered.Were services provided? No. The 1 star review is simply because they did not care or bother to return my calls, tells me they don t care. I ll be going to a different dealership.

They are great. We had to leave our car with them for 2 days. They drove us home and then came and got us when the job was done. The car is great now.

Bought vehicle back in October 2023 & currently driving with expired temp plates. I Called & was told plates would be shipped & hasnt happened. Called a few other times & was told they would check on it & return my call. They have not called back.Purchase transaction was great, customer service after is not.

I have been a customer of this dealership for over 25 years, and they have been and always will be the best dealership for me. I have always been treated professionally and courteously each and every time I go in there for service or even just for information. They are the company for me. Came for two things rear brakes and fuel relay. Relay unavailable till May. I am very sorry to say I am disappointed in GMC this is wrong best truck in Texas and poor gas mileage.

My Corvette Grand Sport developed a small oil leak. Once I confirmed I had a sufficient amount of oil still in it, I drove over to Aransas Autoplex and dropped it off. Ashley said he would call me as soon as they could check it out. He called later that day explaining the problem. Fortunately it was just a crack in the oil filter. I was due an oil change so it was ready to go the next morning. Ashley and his staff are top notch!

Walked in, they readily ordered me a front license plate holder, and the next day they fit me in to get it installed.Little mix up on price of labor but fixed immediately. Great customer care!

My truck broke down while traveling and I had it towed to Aransas Autoplex. I explained that I was traveling and needed my vehicle and received the worst service ever. No sense of urgency at all. Brought the truck to them on Thursday morning and on Tuesday they still hadn t diagnosed the problem. Had it towed to another shop and it was fixed the next day.

Pretty disappointed in this dealership. Would not recommend them at this point, all buyers do your due diligence!!!Purchased a 2015 Challenger hellcat from them and was not made aware of the slight hail damage this car has. At least 15-20 hail dings all along the top part of car. You can only see in the shade not sunlight. Hail damage is a serious damage to cars, they can be totaled due to this kind of stuff. For them to sell me this car without any disclosure is insane. Paid good money for this car all im wanting is for this to be made right with some PDR to fix this. Salesman was not interested in helping and said he couldn't do anything. Don't recommend them at all. If i would've stuck with a reputable dealer like autonation this wouldn't have happen but decided to give this small lot a shot. Live and learn. Buyers beware!Surprisingly the sales MANAGER was no help either, made assumptions and was not even aware when i bought the car. Said 2 weeks ago when its been 6 days.... Steer clear of this place they just want your money and don't care about the quality or professionalism coming out of that place. Sad stuff to see. $50k car and they "didnt see" anything. Imagine what you're buying there for less. Sales manager hung up on me and no return call from the GM. People shouldn't get away with doing customers dirty like this. Bad buisnes all the way around.

My visit to Aransas Autoplex was fantastic. Everything from setting the appointment to picking up my car was easy. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Laura was a pleasure to work with.Such a different experience from the dealership I bought from in Robstown!I will continue to return to Aransas Pass Autoplex. Thank you all!

We bought a Chevy Traverse and we are very pleased with our purchase but I wanted to point out how great our sales guy Stanley is. He was very kind and patient and just an all around professional salesman. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Stanley made the whole process very easy and I would recommend if you stop in at Aransas Auto Plex for your next vehicle ask for Stanley he's great!

The main problem I have is when you call for the parts department no one answers consistent problem and always asked for your vin on voice mail but never return alot of the calls

very poor customer service, I'm still waiting for the license plates for my truck. They were scheduled to be sent for more than a week ago and I still haven't received them. The temporary plates already expired 8 days ago. I spoke to them again twice(Friday & Today) and they told me that they are going to call me back and nothing I'm still waiting.

We purchased a new 2022 GMC at Aransas Autoplex last year, Kyle was our salesman and we were very pleased.We made an appointment for the first service but mistakenly brought the truck in one week early, Mr. Ashley was there and he took the truck in and serviced it that day. Really nice of him to do that!Needless to say we are very pleased to be part of the Aransas Autoplex family!Thanks everyone!Steve and Debbie Granger
