This is the way car buying should be. We decided to make the trip from Corpus to Aransas Pass and are so glad we did. Our salesman Colin was knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting us into a vehicle that my wife loved. The finance department went above and beyond to get the deal done even staying around after closing time. Safe to say, I HOPE to not HAVE to buy another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do we ll probably make the trip back out there again. The rest of the staff were just as helpful as our salesman. One of the other salesman Rich, who was not our salesman, sat down with me to help get the Chrysler app set up and make sure all out questions were answered while Colin was getting the car ready. Truly a wonderful team they have out there.

Santos was an amazing sales manager he hand delivered my 2023 C8 Stingray all the way in Dallas, TXthe very next day. The sales process was the smoothest and the easiest we have ever dealt with I have been in dealerships for hours buying new cars with these guys it was so fast and seamless it by far has been the best experience I ve ever had ask for Santos Martinez he s the best just an honest and good person!!

As someone with BAD credit, pulling up I was intimidated and discouraged by how nice the dealership was. Can t speak for all salesman here but I dealt with Mike Rodriguez and I m glad it didn t go any other way. He got me in something good for me and perfect for my family. So one day I was on Facebook when I saw an advertisement for my local Dodge dealership and they had a Destroyer grey Charger Wide body ScatPack (392) on the lot. I decided to go and have a look at it. After speaking to the local salesman regarding the discounted price I saw online, he then proceeded to inform me that the only way I could receive the advertised discount price was if I payed the vehicle in cash. I looked at him and laughed. I then proceeded to leave and begin my search for a dealership that was serious about selling there vehicles at their advertised prices. I then proceeded to call several dealerships in San Antonio, Texas where I usually buy my vehicles due to the vast amount of dealerships and lower prices than in my local area. After calling the only two dealerships in San Antonio that had a Destroyer grey Charger Wide Body ScatPack with the black carbon racing stripes, they never took me serious and never returned my phone calls regarding any type of deals on their vehicles.Thats when I found Allen Samuels CDJR of Aransas Pass, Texas. I saw they had a vehicle matching the description of what I wanted. The online listing showed a $4,000 dealer rebate which peaked my interest. Another important thing that caught my attention were the photos of the vehicle and how clean it appeared on the exterior and especially the interior. When I have shown up to other dealerships in the past, I always noticed that their vehicles are always dirty and never taken care of. Its not until they sell the vehicle that they care to wash them and make them presentable. I was already impressed with their attention to detail. So I immediately called Allen Samuels CDJR and spoke to the very friendly receptionist, who ended up transferring to a sales representative by the name of Manny Ramos. I explained to Manny that I was interested in the Grey Charger Wide body ScatPack I saw online. Manny immediately let me know it was still available for purchase and if I would like to stop by and schedule a test drive. I informed Manny that I resided about three hours away from the dealership and would like to try to make a deal over the phone if possible so that I did not have to waste anyones time. Manny gladly obliged and took note of the deal I had proposed. I even asked Manny if the $4,000 dealer rebate listed on their website was available to customers that were looking to finance, to which he replied "of course it is". After three or four short phone calls going back and forth, we were able to come to an agreement. I have never made a deal as fast as I did with Manny. If its one thing I hate, its the going back and forth for multiple hours trying to negotiate a deal to where you the customer feel like you got a good deal. What impressed me the most was that Manny was very attentive to my requests and actually called me back when he said he would. Even when I called him, he always answered his phone. I have never had a salesman as go above and beyond like Manny did. After we had our last phone call and had made a deal, I let Manny know that I did not want the vehicle washed, as I like to detail my own vehicles. The next day, after our three hour commute we arrived at Allen Samuels CDJR, where Manny was waiting outside to greet us. After speaking to Manny he proceeded to show me to my vehicle and asked if I was happy with it and if I wanted to proceed to get the paperwork out of the way so we could begin our journey back home. We were at the dealership for no more than two hours. I have never purchased a vehicle in such a short amount of time. After all the paperwork was done, Manny then proceeded to install the temporary license plate and further assisted me by taking my old license plates off of the vehicle I had traded in and returned them to me as per my request. After the paperwork was all said and done, Manny delivered the vehicle exactly how I requested.If your looking for a deal and EXCELLENT customer service, I highly recommend Allen Samuels CDJR of Aransas Pass and ask for Manny Ramos!

Back in December my husband decided he wanted to trade in his RAM 1500 for a 2500 gasoline, he was approved but then decided he didn t want the new one. A few days ago we went in to see what other Ram was there that he could trade into that he actually like and would pull what he needs. Pulled our credit they said we needed a higher credit so contacted my mom since hers is higher, that wasn t enough according to them. Spoke to another family member gave her information and I left. According to Manuel which was our Sales person they would reach out. It s been almost a week and we haven t heard from him. Feels like since the first time we decided to not take the vehicle they aren t really interested in helping or I have no clue. I definitely know banks don t take this long to get back to the dealer with answers.

I found a jeep online at this dealership. I went to check it out, and the listed price online was less than in the dealership, which I showed them and they refused to even acknowledge it and charged me the price on they had at the dealership. Online it was listed as 22k, and I was charged 25k.I drove the jeep all seemed well. I got it home and it started overheating.UPDATEAfter talking with Javier and Jose in service, they put my Jeep in their shop and found a clogged heater core and a thermostat issue. The techs here and service team are really awesome! They fixed all of it for free for me! Thank you guys so much!This dealership really made things right for me and my family and I appreciate it a lot, definitely recommend these great folks now.

My first appointment was for an oil change and to have recalls corrected.Spent an hour and a 1/2 in the shop. They forgot to do the oil change and had to order part for 2 or 3 other recalls. No other recall was done on the first appointment. Not sure what took 1 1/2 hours. 2 weeks later received another appointment for 3 recalls. One recall had to do with DEF pump and they needed to put 2 gallons of Def in order to do the recall repair. I was charged $40 for for 2 gal. You can get a gallon at the gas station for around 3 to $4. They could have called me and said hey, in order to do this repair, make sure you have a full tank of def, was never called was never notified about needing def. When I questioned service manager talked to somebody and a whopping $5 was taken off. My truck was there for three days. Called on 3rd day and it was like they had forgotten about it. Picked the truck up at 530pm 3rd day. And still one recall is not completed. After 2 appointments, not very happy..

If you re in the market for a new vehicle, go see Dan Gonzales. I originally bought a vehicle from him in 2018 and just came back this year to upgrade. Let him know what you want, and he will make it happen. My new vehicle had a couple of issues that needed to be fixed after purchasing and he made sure that they were taken care of. Will definitely be back to get a 3rd vehicle from him in the future!

Do not take your vehicle here for a state inspection. They fail it for the dumbest thing to just get more money from you. Rip off central. They do not care about anything except for more money. I wish I could give ZERO STARSI have been waiting for the manager to call and they have yet to do so.

Top notch customer service! Collin Richard made our buying experience better then we could imagine. He greeted us quickly, helped find the perfect truck, and communicated via phone to help us with our decision. He emailed us a credit app so we didn t have to take off work! When we got back to the dealership, he had our truck front and center ready to drive home! Collin was very patient and helpful with our toddler as well during paperwork!!

I wanted to buy new truck for my hubby. I stopped in and went onto the lot looking at vehicles. Shortly after Mr Hernandez came to help me. I told him what I was looking for and between him and Joe the finance manager they found me the perfect truck. The transaction was quick and easy. I was treated with the most respect. Ruben Jr did an absolute fantastic job with the whole process! I work as an over the road truck driver and I went there before Christmas and I saw this truck! Talked to Ruben then and he gave me his business card. On January 7th, I decided to reach out to him to see if the truck was still there and he said yes! I never would have thought that despite the challenges I dealt with, he was still able to get the job done and pulled through for me majorly!! If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend this place and I strongly recommend Ruben Jr as your guy!

Sarah made the buying process for our new truck quick (everything done in less than 3 hours! Love it!) easy and seemless. Not to mention, she spoke to me as well as my husband ! ( you know how those dealers/ salespeople are, they only talk to the man, as if they are the ones that handle all the money and affairs. Makes me ANGRY!). Sarah blew that out of the water and spoke to both of us on an even playing field. Thank You Sarah!!!When we look for another Ram or maybe Jeep, we ll come find you!

We have purchased many vehicles over the years from other places, and I can tell you this was the best experience. Oscar, Michelle, and Roxy were so awesome to work with. I didn t get the finance ladies name but she was awesome too. They understood our wants and they delivered. I don t even know how else to explain the experience but it really was an awesome one. The experience I had with this company was professional from contacting them on their website very responsive team to having them greeting me in front of the business Manuel (sales representative) was professional and the end of the transaction Sarah (Financial advisor) explained everything clearly. I was able to get a used vehicle they took it in detailed it and ran it through their automotive shop. Happy with this purchase.

Recently bought a new Jeep from Allen Samuels Aransas Pass. This was my first brand new off the lot vehicle and I love it! Joseph was a great help and answered all my questions and concerns. He did everything he could to get me everything I was asking for in a Jeep Wrangler including leather! He was in constant contact with calling and texting when I wasn t able to talk. Long story short: My husband and I had an unfortunate repo just a few months ago (so you know our credit got shot).After doing some research, we picked a pre-owned 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk edition (good reviews). Sales Expert, Collin Richard (a Marine), greeted us. Folks, HE IS YOUR GO-TO PERSON!!!!! He's a relaxed, professional person who knows what he's doing... not pushy at all (like the typical salesperson that none of us like). Collin is the BEST!!!!After we got done with work and ate our dinner, we test drove it, we started the paperwork...only 2 1/2 hours later, believe it or not we finished ALL the paperwork. The finance guy and Collin even stayed after closing to see us through the super easy-breezy, painless process. By far, that was the BEST BEST experience we have ever had, EVER, from any, ANY dealership. The manager there, Joe, worked with us (already aware we just had a repo). I mean, he sincerely worked with us, MAKING this work. They're a good team. Together, they MADE this work for us. Now because of them, we're working on building our credit back up...and they took time in detailing it...and took good care of us.We absolutely recommend Samuel Allen's dealership in Aransas Pass, TX.Ask for Collin and Joe. We Went In For An Air Filter Left Trading In Our Beautiful 2020 Smoke Show Grey Charger For A 2022 Ram 1500 Our Sales Fella Lupe Garcia Did A Very Smooth Sale We Had So Many Answered Questions We Didn t Have To Wait But Maybe 30ish Minutes For Our Approval And What We Really Appreciated Was That We Weren t Walked Around The Entire Lot For Nothing Or Left Wondering What Was Going On He Was Very Straight Forward We Are Truly Thankful For His Outstanding Services He s Our Guy For Sure
