I have bought 10 vehicles from Gulf Coast Ford and the reason I keep coming back is their dedication to their customers. Cody Kenney and Blaine Williams are both awesome. Angie Shaw in service is amazing. My family and I have formed a relationship with this dealership due to the quality of their people and their willingness to do what s right.

I had an amazing experience at Gulf Coast Ford! Cody Kenney did a phenomenal job as our salesman!When we went to pick up the truck, everything was in order and the truck looked fabulous. Everyone that we talked to was very professional and treated us like family.

We were treated with kindness and professionalism from the moment we stepped in. In a matter of second Mr. Sadrac Sanchez was there to help. He Listened, answered all our questions and concerns. It was my husband's and my first time buy a car from a big dealership amazing first experience. Mr. Sanchez went above and beyond to help us out. We are a young couple at 25 years old our car just broke down a couple of weeks ago. And desperately needed a new car for my husband to drive to work. Our credit score isn't top notch since we really haven't had much experience in all of the credit stuff but I had a bit from future small purchases and Mr. Sanchez worked it out. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Chevy Colorado one of my husband's dream trucks.Will definitely go back in the future.

I went into ford with audio issues, I left with 100% satisfaction thanks to Brian Green! We was an amazing person to work with. Brian made sure I was taken care of and well knowledge on what was to come and what the next steps were. I never second guessed any work he offered. If I ever need any work done on my bronco I will definitely be asking for Brian! Thanks again!

My Dad buys all of his vehicles from Gulf Coast & a few friends but most importantly they treat my Dad Right.He just traded in his Fairly New F-150 for the Hot Rod FP700! Wow! What a 700hp supercharger fast F-150! He's in love because there's not too many people out there that will out run him! lol

Angie and the team of technicians who serviced my 2017 Escape 4WD did great overall. I brought it in for the 100K service, and also for a suspected rear-end differential noise problem. That problem was confirmed, requiring a replacement of that unit, which was (as expected) pretty expensive. But it was worth it, because it rides SO much quieter now, and is a joy to drive. On top of that, the tune-up that was part of the 100K service really injected (no pun intended) new life into the vehicle's smoothness and peppiness; it's once again very enjoyable to drive. The only reason for my 4-star (instead of 5) rating is due to my vehicle receiving hail damage while there for service, which is requiring me to file an insurance claim and get it repaired at a body shop. That's certainly not Gulf Coast Ford's fault, but in a perfect scenario, my car would have been pulled into the garage or under a cover, in prep for the storm. Overall though, I'm very happy with the service I received and the people I worked with there.

We worked with Dillon R. He did a great job of helping us find the F150 we were looking for (in the rain, none the less), negotiating a fair deal, and even making the transactions very smooth. We have dealt with salesmen who made you feel beat up at the end. Not here! I recommend Gulf Coast Ford to anyone looking for a no-stress purchase.

I want to say that my experience with Dwayne Krause was absolutely the best. My Wife and I have always bought our vehicles from Legacy Ford, and we started having problems with them. We decided to go to Gulf Coast. Dwayne was recommended to me by a friend. We could not have been happier. Everyone was very nice, and helpful. I will definitely recommend Dwayne Krause to everyone I know. Thank you for making this a great experience. We will definitely be buying from here for our next vehicle.

My experience with Gulf Coast Ford was amazing. The service advisor Adam was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and even delivered it after they fixed it! I can t say enough about what a great experience it was.

This is my third service at this dealership. I love the small town feel of this dealer. They are very accommodating with service and a ride if you need it. Best part about this dealership is the restaurant be sure and take your vehicle in for service when they are serving you won't be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Dealer advertises that they don t sell over MSRP as others and everything we have purchased from them has been over sticker. The latest was on a Raptor R we ordered. Got the deal done after a 3 hour wait on finance dept. to find out once we loaded the truck the entire rear end was covered in rust. I walked back into the dealer to explain our issue and was told my options were to take the truck or leave it. My sales guy then called and said that it was completely normal and ALL their trucks look like this and the rust would come off after we drove the truck. No attempts were made to try and fix our dissatisfaction. We were then asked about the other vehicle we purchased(same day) and they tried to say that deal was contingent on us buying both vehicles. The deal was made on the one we did buy 3 months before the truck was ever ordered.Note: truck had 14.3 miles on the odometer when these pictures were taken.

Great experience with Gulf Coast Ford! Salesperson Cody Kenney made my purchase fast and easy. It is difficult to find dealers these days that do what they say but Cody did exactly that! The transaction was all handled over the phone and through email. The purchase was complete with a couple of phone calls back and forth and delivery the following day. Thanks to the team at Gulf Coast Ford for making it an awesome experience !!!

Prior to having my truck serviced, my truck was detailed. After several days of my truck being serviced for ac repair I was contacted via phone my truck was repaired and ready to be picked up. My spouse picked up my truck with her being appalled that the interior and exterior was absolutely filthy and dirty by the service repair even the service tech- Angie saw it. She told my spouse and me that she would have the truck cleaned up next week ( Friday) because of my work schedule. The following week I went to the dealership to have my truck detailed. I was informed that tech who caused the mess will have to clean because he has had many complaints in the past for the same reason. Why would I have the person responsible for cleaning my truck , who seems to be having issues with their work ethics. I asked why not have the detail shop to clean my truck , they replied they cannot. I have been a customer for over 20+ years with quite a few new vehicles purchases and have never had such a disappointment with the service dept . Customer service seems to have some issues with their service and customer service commitment and pride of quality service.

Cody Kenney and the rest of the crew at Gulf Coast Ford are excellent people to work with. Cody don t treat you like just a customer. He treats you like family. I walk in and he calls me by name, ask how my wife (which he calls by her name) is doing, and talks about life. Not just trying to sale you a truck. In fact, he has talked me out of a car or two. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Gulf Coast Ford.

Went there to buy a car and the salesman clearly had no idea or the details of the car. Kept using words or making up things like this car is bad to the bone without actually telling us about the hybrid features. Finance representative was super patient and willing to work with you to find the best deal. Then when we finally got the car to drive home as soon as we drove off the lot the tire pressure gauge came on but the dealership was closed so we weren t able to get it fixed. The next morning we then received a call from the dealership saying they didn t do the state inspection and that they needed us to either come back to the dealership or take it somewhere but the dealership was an hour drive. So we had to take the car to jiffy lube and we are still waiting on the dealership to reimburse the money that we had to pay out of pocket for the inspection. This was by far the worst experience I ve had buying a car and will not be returning to this dealership or any of the associated ones. They don t care about their customers or keeping your business just making money.

After a horrible car buying experience 3 months ago at a Chevrolet dealership and horrible maintenance with GM, I decided to go back to a Ford. As a 19 year old female, I hate going to car dealerships. My parents bought a truck from Cody Kenney about 3 weeks ago, so I decided to hit him up. Cody and Martin Salinas got me in a 2023 Escape and worked with me. They didn t take advantage of me at all. I will be back at Gulf Coast to buy my next car!

Our first experience with Gulf Coast Ford was over 4 years ago when bought our King Ranch F350 . Our salesman ,Cody Kenney searched and found exactly what we wanted and at a great price ! And even after 4 years the attention to customer service is exceptional as Cody has responded personally to any question we have had since then.
