I went here to get my battery tested since I've bought my truck batteries from them the past 8 yrs. I was disappointed that their battery tester was not working and the 2 woman working there didn't really make me feel welcome. I left there and went to Gulf Coast Ford and bought a new battery after they tested it and I payed $43 dollars less than AutoZone.

Well I brought a few things up to the counter including 2 cans of spray paint. Got home and realized the paint wasn't in there. On the good side the paint was not on the receipt either. Just means I have to make another trip to get the paint again.

The staff who worked today were really nice and fast helping me check my battery and making sure it was under warranty. But I do have to say a special Thanks to Adam R. I know it wasn t his full responsibility to actually get my battery out of my truck but he did..AND put the new one in. He was very professional & prompt. Thanks again Adam!

Checking on small part, I believe it is a half inch hook, of sorts. They didn't have it, now I have to go to check out (1) junkyard or (2) online search. Whichever is cheaper.

Great customer service from Ian, Ian helped me choose motor oil. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the different brands and type. Everyone that worked there was friendly and kind. Would highly recommend this location!

Wife stranded in Houston after I asked them to do a load test on her battery, the sales representative told me it was surely the battery so I bought a brand new one there. Sucks because I have had great experiences with them in the past. Guess I have to find another place to get my automotive needs.

Went in there today for an o ring which didn't have a part number and wasn't off a car. Was served by ?Julie? and she spent ages searching through their filing cabinet draws to find the o ring which matched mine for size and diameter. Went above and beyond to help and she got me out of a hole. Thanks heaps for your efforts and well done for your exceptional customer service!!!

Really appreciate some of the staff here as there extra helpful and really know their stuff. Unfortunately this was not one of those visits. Still look great place to go and usually has the best prices.

I went in for windshield fluid and the brand I buy was not on the shelf. I had to buy a completely different kind. The shelves weren't stocked and the store could have been cleaner. Usually I'm pleased with the store.

Save your time just go to the O'reillys next door they have staffstay that will actually wait on you instead of standing in the back talking ignoring you. Horrible staff

I got a car battery and universal terminal from here for my 2013 Toyota Corolla. It was in total about 200 dollars. First car battery change was easy. The cashier was polite as well.

Went to Auto this past Fri. Needed a riding mower battery after having to return 3 batteries to Tractor Supply. New worker, Ian, couldn't help me because he was new, so I asked him to get the manager for me. He walked off, came back after a few minutes and told me they needed more info. I had already told him it was a 42" Peter Bilt. He had an app open on his phone to almost the exact mower I have. He then proceeded to tell me that the app said OReilly's had what I needed. Since OReilly's was just a couple of steps away, I took my business there. I'm no fool; I know when my business is not needed nor appreciated! Kudos to OReilly's for the PERFECT service and customer appreciation! I will never set foot in Auto Zone in Angleton again!

Go to Auto Zone for your car needs...Great customer service! I go there so often... when I walk in, one of the employees says, 'she's a regular'! They do their best to answer all my questions and take care of my car needs... Thank y'all!

Wasn't able to find the part at this particular store had to go to Freeport however it was an extremely pleasant transaction thanks to Michelle who works there definitely recommendand will be the only place I shop in the future for any sort of parts that I need thanks guys keep up the good work
