Please be aware if you have aftermarket wheels!!! I took my CRV to get a tire patch due to a nail puncture and was returned with improper tire mount (tech mounted tire reversed with white lettering facing outside) and wheel paint damage down to the metal surface. Wheels and tires barely have 200 miles on them.I don t understand why the techs mounted the wheel weight on the outside lip of the wheel. I kindly asked to remove it and mount it inside of the barrel.There needs to be better attention to details with quality control! Customers come in paying for a service.

This place is ran like every business should. It is filled with diligent and hardworking people who do their job quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Adam and Luis at the front desk were able to find a limited supply tire for me for the same day in under 5 hours. The mechanics then were able to replace the tires in a short period of time and even provided bags for the old tires I was taking with me. The level of detail and care is unmatched! Thanks to all the employees who helped me.

Always great service! The team here are great and never fail to take good care of my vehicles. I have gone to this store for years and I will continue to go here. Great team. Update: Got me in and out with a new set in less than an hour. They never fail to provide excellent service. If I could add more stars I would.

I bought my tires from American tires in California which I guess is the same company as discount tire in Amarillo Texas. They were able to inspect my tire after getting pierced by a piece of metal to reassure me it would not leak all for no charge. Good to have peace of mind as I drive back to California. It was a busy Saturday and they said it would take an hour hour and a half but they far exceeded that and had my car ready in about a half hour. I enjoyed working on my laptop at the counter they set up just for that was able to plug in and keep it charged up and they had pretty Wi-Fi all in all a great experience.

We called ahead, they collected a tire for us. We were there 2-3 hours waiting for our turn. My real disappointment was the slung the spare into the back of the truck instead of putting it on the spare tire spot. I m 70 y female, these tires are heavy and huge. WHY didn t they mount it properly???? Very upset about this. Now I have to find someone to help me!

This is just a tire shop but its a pretty good one. It gets really busy but these guys try to get you in and out as fast as possible. They give free tire rotations and fixes flats free as well.

Felix hands down went above and beyond for me I had bought a new set of tires had a few issues with them and they took care of everything no extra cost to me. Greatly appreciate the willingness to stand behind the products they sell.

The sales rep was nice and friendly and made sure I was taken care of. However certain instructions weren't followed... the wrong wheel was used (they used the spare when I had taken and provided the original one). After I notified them they "changed it", or so I thought they did because they had told me so. I got in my pick up and drove home. Once I got there, I realized that they hadn't done as asked. Just as always I checked the torque on the lug nuts (because previous experiences tend to leave you with distrust). And 2 of them were LOOSE yes you read that right. They were HAND TIGHT. And that is very dangerous. I torqued them to spec with my torque wrench and now I have piece of mind.

When I say these guys had top notch service I mean top notch service!!! We called 80 miles away after blowing 2 tires and said we would be there right at closing 5 miles down the road we blow another 2 tires these guys stayed open 40 minutes after close for us!!! And as we pulled the whole team rushed out with 4 plus jacks waving us down like a literal gah dang Nascar pit crew!! They changed all 4 tires and rims on our double axle trailer In and out in 15 minutes back on the road to Vegas! Huge huge shout out to Trent for being so understanding and willing to help us out absolutely crazy! Thanks again!!

My exhaust fell off when I was traveling from Florida to Colorado. These guys had no problem helping me out to get me back on the road, free of charge. 100% recommend this shop if you ever need quick, easy help.

Everyone seems to think Discount is so amazing but my experience has not been great. EVERY time I go in for an air check or to repair a flat they try to sell me new tires. I purchased my current tires from them 3 years ago with the warranty. Somehow even though I only travel in town and don t go anywhere but to work and the gym they keep saying I need new tires again. Today they refused to repair my tire that had a screw in it, telling me that I must buy a new set of tires because ma am you have no tread on your tires lol right. They assume I guess that I can t see the tread on my tires and I m a complete idiot?? I am done being ripped off and I m going somewhere else from now on! $1200 for new tires that I can get elsewhere with installation and a warranty for $600 No thank you!

Lost me as a customer. You have to have an appointment to get anything done in a timely manner or wait several hours. Tried their website and the APPOINTMENT got lost. I just think they are tremendously understaffed. Oh... they now charging for installation - no longer included if you buy the now over priced warranty. I bought 6 tires for the RV, 4 for the car... somewhere else.

Not the greatest experience, might be one off, but something to work on. I always use Discount Tire for wheels/tires, and usually have excellent experiences. Bought my tires online and scheduled an apt at 4:45. Didn't take the car back until 6:20. They knocked it out quick, but maybe a little too quick. Had to drive to Ft. Worth the next day and tires were balanced really poorly. Checked them out on the side of the road and there were no weights on the inner barrel on the passenger side tires. Swung into a DT outside of Ft. Worth and had them balanced, smooth as silk. No hate just constructive criticism.

I came in last week for my front tires to be rotated and changed, ended up being $400. When I got my car back after 2 hours of waiting, I looked at the tires and they were fine. I drove off and went about my dad until the next day when I had work I noticed one of my hud caps were missing so I called and the guy told me there was one in the parking lot. So I had drove off and they didn t bother to tell me or call. Either way when I went back up there, one worker tried to pop it back on but it was broken and the wire was missing, he said to basically buy new hud caps and they would replace them since they broke them. Another issue is that there s now rattling in my car that was NEVER there before so they caused more problems then they were paid to fix. I m so livid still

It s sad that they will not rotate and balance their own tires unless you buy new ones. That place is a money pit that grabs you by the balls and never lets go. I will never go there. I would rather pay more for better services.

We have had a run of bad luck the last few weeks and have had to put tires on 2 vehicles and 2 trailers. Casey helped me through all of it and was very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Highly recommended!

Felix on Sat 8/19 was amazing! He was very informative of what I was getting done the day of as well as checking my wiper blades! I was a couple dollars short but he worked his magic and still got my vehicle taken care of! That man deserves a RAISE no questions asked! This is the reason I will always come to discount tire specifically the one off I-40 because they handle business for my tire needs an many more! Thank you Felix and Adam!

My husband went to get his new tires put on at 4:00 (when he was told to be there) then was told to come back at 5:45 (as he did, and we live 30 minutes away!) say there for over an HOUR and they finally pulled the truck back at 6:57!!!

Amazing service! While traveling acrossTexas pulling a boat we had some sort of issue with the trailer tires bouncing us all over the road. Discount Tire closed at 6pm and our ETA was 6:05. We called to see if we could get in the next morning. Much to our surprise we were told to just come on in and they d get us taken care of. Now we are smoothly sailing down the road. Fact check always a great place to get free air. As well friendly ppl and folks get a credit card threw them so you can make payments to pay off your tires.

We stopped by there on the way to Colorado because 3 of our tires suddenly had a sensor warning. Jakob helped us get on the road in no time. Excellent service!
