I can't say enough good things about the service I have received on 2 occasions lately. Aaron, Barb, Sookey (manager I believe? I'm so sorry if I got your name wrong) and the rest of the team have been amazing. Best deals on tires and fantastic service! Thanks for taking great care of us.

They'll turn you away later in the day/when they have a long line, to lighten their work load. I was told they couldn't do my headlight because they don't have it in stock. The lady showed me her tablet screen as "proof". She was dumb enough to show me a screen for a specific bulb that wasn't in stock. I was able to walk inside and buy the bulb myself after she showed me. Gave an extra star because not everyone there is that bad. They do some quality work from time to time. This was just annoying.Edit: Just to make sure I had the right bulb, I googled it for my car and then I used their book inside to double check. Both said H11. I've never seen H11 bulbs out of stock, either. Just make sure you're dealing with a good person when you go.

Went in for an oil change. Only 4 cars ahead of me and it took 2 and a half hours . 2.5 hours of waiting !!!!No explanation or advance warning. This is ridiculous amount of time.Always in the past I was advised if it would be over 45 minute wait. I'll go elsewhere.

They changed my oil in a timely manner, I only recommended Walmart for tires and oil changes.

Came in an hour and a half before closing and they refused to service anymore vehicles. The service is slow and employees have bad attitudes.

Called 2.5 hours before closing, asked if they would have time to put on 2 new tires and do my front brakes, the guy told me yes and that they weren t busy. I drive 45 minutes to get there and the guy who comes up to my car tells me they don t even do brakes. I drove all that way for basically nothing when I could ve tried somewhere else. Don t trust what you hear on the phone if you call them. I don t recommend this place.

Used them twice now for tires.. Great service and quick each time.. Very kind in the customer service end.. Will go back again for sure.. And better than the couple hours I would have spent at discount tire..

Slow on mounting tires. Oil changes and every other service have priority over your tires.

Went in for tires for my dad's truck.took all my info an went shopping. When I came out I was skipped in line an was told appointments are first.so I couldn't be told that in the first place.tire guy said person taking info doesn't work in tire center. So he didn't know...so why is he not trained right or even there.will never go back their simple communication skills are awful.

Over 3 hours to get my new tires from Walmart Exchange balanced and rotated. Only to find out later I paid for road hazard and they don't cover road hazard on online.com tires I have to pay for the tire first and then wait to get reimbursed they did not tell me that before I paid she literally waited till I scanned my debit card and then asked me if anyone told me about it.

I ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store. I received an email confirmation letting me know when I could have them installed. There was no wait for me to get them installed. It was a very simple and pleasant experience. I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but I had some shopping to do so I didn't mind. Overall great experience. The staff was friendly.

When you order tires online, go to the tire center not the tower as instructed on the app or email...also, i would give more stars but! I waited over 20 minutes at the tower to be told to go to the tire center... then picked up there to wait outside for another 15 minutes (in +100� F Texas weather) to be told there is three cars in front of me so it will be 2 hours for them to finish mine. On top of that the girl in front of me comes out to complain she had been waiting 90 minutes which was the time she was told she would have to wait. FUN FUNN

I'll tell you what, I'm not a huge fan of Wal-Mart to begin with. I also usually do my own oil changes, but the wife insisted I let someone else do it for me this time. I went to get an oil change in my truck. They asked me the mileage which (on the chassis) is 300k+. Now I said on the chassis because the motor has maybe 100k. I told them this. All they heard was 300k miles and denied the oil change, because they don't service vehicles over 300k. Even after me reiterating the motor was a swap. So Wal-Mart can take a flying leap.

The worst customer service I received by the Auto care manager Daniel. He was rude and unprofessional. He offered no assistance in making my experience better or to make me want to return even after becoming aware that issues and inconveniences were caused by his staff. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for your auto care needs. Walmart auto care center in Alvin Texas do not want your business.

Tire rotation and balance took 4 hours and when I checked the psi on my tires after the service one tire had 20 less PSI than the other 3 which makes me think they didn't check tire pressure at all.

Always get my oil change here and never have a problem. A little tip though.....get here early to avoid a wait.
