This place is AWESOME! They got my car in fast, diagnosed the problem quickly , fixed it quickly and were very knowledgeable. Bo, Steve and Amin provided great customer service and were so friendly. They don t overcharge as they were very honest and that means so much in this day and age where everyone is in it for the dollar. Aloha just found themselves a new lifetime customer and I can t wait to recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you for your honesty and integrity this morning! Deana

Bo and Steve were very helpful throughout my whole experience. I was stressed about the situation being from out of town with an oil leak. Dropped off Wednesday evening and got my back the truck by noon Saturday to return home.I have done plenty of the repairs on my recently purchased used truck. The staff looked it over and repaired the remaining issues we had discussed I had left. Very tentative, understanding and compassionate staff. Two valuable assets up front and mechanics and operations. Very good environment. Keep up the great work.

This is the best auto shop I ve ever encountered. Not only are the techs knowledgeable, but they re also incredibly kind! I always feel taken care of and never have to pull the helpless female card when asking for them to check something out. This shop isn t going to take advantage of you and will give it to you straight without overcharging or doing things that aren t necessary. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest place to take your vehicle for anything!

These guys do a great job and are always extremely friendly. I especially want to call out Steve who always provides exceptional customer service every time I visit, as well as making the visit as pain-free as possible. They are also incredibly fast and efficient in their work. I can t recommend them enough!

I had to get an oil change for my car & wanted to go someplace else than the typical chain shops like Firestone. I decided to come here based off the reviews & glad I did! I was greeted by Amin who was extremely kind & helpful. They got my oil change done very quickly in 20-30 minutes. Bo helped out me out at the end & he was attentive as well. Will definitely continue coming here now based off the customer service alone!

I enjoy bringing my vehicle here. My whole family does. I feel like I am treated well and the mechanics are knowledgeable and fair. They listen. I appreciate that. I think Jay has looked at my vehicle and my son's vehicle a few times. He is great! Asset to your organization.

If I could give this auto body shop more than 5 stars I would! I will forever bring my vehicle here and any future vehicles.I normally don't leave reviews but this shop deserves it. Shout out to Bo for the best service and overall being amazing, knows how to treat and talk to customers. Also thank you Amin for the incredible quality in placing the new tires and taking the time to educate me on what is needed to maintain the tires. Hope management reads this and give these guys recognition!

I've been here three times and each of those have been very positive. Bo, Amin, Steve are responsive at the front desk and the mechanic who usually works on my vehicles, Hatem, does a very thorough job. I recommend this shop to anyone when the subject of auto repair arises.

I have 3 cars and I taken all of my cars to Aloha for years. They are amazing and very nice customer service. Did the great work and only 10 minutes for state inspection . I have never felt like anyone has service like this shop do. Great group of professionals with knowledge !

As always, ALOHA employees were kind and courteous this morning when I arrived to have my Honda CRV checked for safety for my upcoming road trip. They did an excellent job of making sure everything is working properly, added fluids where necessary, changed the oil and filter, and then reminded me that it needed its annual inspection! I had overlooked this completely!ALOHA employees always take good care of my vehicles and I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to this business for years and it never disappoints. This group is honest and trustworthy and I have never had a bad experience. They are busy all the time and offer a range of services. They give you reasonable timelines and stick to it and the staff (all of them) are friendly and engage you on a ton of services and if they can t do the work they tell you that!This is a dying breed of mechanics and they will treat you right!

Fantastic customer service, staff is very relaxed and helpful. Oil change was quick and they offered to change my air filter for free. I can rely on them every time I come. Plus they have a cool engine table in the waiting room.

I have taken 5 cars over the past five years to Aloha Auto. They had my trust until recently when they were working on my 2015 Range Rover Sport. They were initially supposed to change one of the parking sensors and ended up changing the wrong one. At this point they realized they would have to remove the entire rear bumper cover to replace the correct sensor but instead they chose to do things their way resulting in a broken plastic weld. From here they simply shoved a blue shop towel behind the sensor in an attempt to hold it in place and called me to come and pick the vehicle up.I went home and immediately realized what they had done and returned to the shop within the hour where Amir the owner, accused me of damaging the sensor and placing the towel there.I believe that Amir, Moe the front desk manager and their lead tech were all aware of what was happening and tried to cover up the mistake instead of handling the issue properly and professionally.The only positive thing about Aloha Auto is how relaxed they are about state inspections. They will inspect and pass your vehicle regardless of how dark the windows are or how illegal the exhaust system is.

Great people! I locked my keys in my truck, and went to them for help and they stopped what they were doing with no questions asked and led me to Jay to help me out! Thanks guys immaculate customer service! Thanks again Jay! Second visit was great. Broke down with mechanical issues & they immediately helped with the situation. Prices are fair & customer service was once again amazing! Bo is great with communication and keeping everything in line & even stayed after hours for me to pick my truck up! Thanks guys

Bo and Jay at Aloha are amazing - I had some pretty horrible customer service and mechanic nightmare experiences. Aloha took care of my vehicle and treated me like a customer they want to come back. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

I needed to get my car cleaned and vacuumed out. When I pulled up it was 5 minutes before they closed. When I pulled up this man named Bo came out and told me that they were no longer a car wash. My car got broken into earlier that day and when I say Mr. Bo went out his way to help me clean the glass out of my car. I really appreciated him cause he didn t have to do that! He was super kind and helpful to me! I m sure he d do the same for you! Definitely come here to get your car worked on!

Steve is an excellent liaison between the mechanics and the customer. He has an excellent depth of knowledge and provides honest feedback. Their prices are extremely fair and the work on both of my cars has been flawless. I highly recommend Aloha Auto.

I have been using Aloha Auto Repair for the last 5 years - they are Great! Good service, good pricing and can literally do it all. Always a great experience, personally. In and out in the time specified, job complete with a smile and a thank you. Never come in with additional issues or items to add on to the invoice unless it's an inspection requirement. Really love the professionalism from the pros. They come highly recommended, IMO! I've been coming to Aloha for a few years, but just had my engine blow in my GMC. The guys at the shop helped me out in every way the last few weeks. Specifically Steve, Aiman, and Bo really made my life easier during this stressful time. I highly recommend this place!!!

One of those situations where I simply needed to drop it off and say "fix it". They were very upfront about what front end parts were needed and my technician John's attention to the little details was very much appreciated. No gouging, no hassling, just straight up great work.

Please read - this might SAVE YOU MONEY. Lots of money.Based on these reviews, I took my car to Aloha. They are very kind. I agree with that. Aloha gave me an estimate of almost $2,500 to get my Check Engine light to go off on my BMW. I asked multiple times, are you sure this is the cost just to get the light to go off? It was a lot, so I took my car to Schroeders on the other side of Allen to get a second opinion. Schroeders said it was something else entirely - and fixed it for around $450. Guess what? They were right. The light went off and it has run perfect ever since. Getting a second opinion saved me just over $2000. I am attaching my Aloha estimate. I am going to call Schroeders on Monday to get their copy and I will update this review. This is not okay. I might have had to get a small loan if I hadn't gone somewhere else. I even sent Aloha a message to speak to them about this mistake. A week later, still no response from Aloha. I can just imagine this happens to other customers.

Great experience! I needed a state inspection on a new vehicle and I was in and out of Aloha Auto Repair super fast because they could fit me in right away. I will be visiting them for all my auto needs!!!
