Don t stand behind their word. Was guaranteed free pickup and delivery for repairs while under warranty when we purchased our new tractor. That was a lie. If you don t want to offer to new customers, that s fine. But you should honor your word you gave to ones who bought tractors before you made the change.

We were in search of a tractor, visited Alba Tractor and met with Galen. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, as we had a lot of questions concerning this big purchase. The entire process, from purchasing our tractor to delivery, was 3 - 4 days. Galen actually delivered it himself! We're very thankful to Galen and Alba Tractor for a wonderful experience during this process!

Just purchased our Kubota zero turn mower from Alba Tractor and couldn't be happier. Galen and his service dept did a great job getting us set up and Galen personally delivered our mower next day. Highly recommend Alba tractor. 5 STARS

I took my mower in to be serviced. Price was a little high. I picked up my mower and started using it.I found out the hard way that they never filled up the oil. Now I need a new engine and they blamed me for not checking the oil level and told me I must of had a leak. I will never use Alba tractor again! Don't trust them!

They do not stand behind their products. Took mower in for warranty issue, they claimed problem was bad engine, not under warranty, and tried to sell me new engine for $1,800 plus labor. Took to another shop- $100.00, and runs like it did when it was new. Also, the engine was still under warranty, and if it had been as bad as Alba Tractor claimed, the warranty would have covered it. I wonder, just how crooked are those m'fkrs???

By Far the poorest business in East Texas. Took my Kubota Mower in for repairs and maintenance and got the royal screw!!! Requested complete service (except blades), Brake ADJUSTMENT, Deck lift adjustment and adjustment to brake switch that allows starter to engage. Received service and Deck adjustment and am ok with. From this point on I was lied to and my mower was held as ransom (threatened with Mechanics lien) if I didn't pay entire bill of which consisted of a large expense of items I did NOT request. Michael claimed he called me to confirm I wanted an entire brake job (Brake Shoe-$115.57...Brake Drum-$51.54...Brake Cleaner-$3.95....Oil Seal-$5.22...Labor-$227.50) and NEW BATTERY at $140.00. Once I learned of this "Cluster" I told Michael I wanted all OLD parts. My battery was just a little over a year old!! He could NOT produce them!! I Requested my phone records (incoming and outgoing calls) for a month prior to the period my Mower was a Alba Tractor through after I had picked up my mower. As I said Michael Claimed he called me, BUT my Phone records prove different. I NEVER received a call from Michael (except the day he called to inform me my mower was ready and the $543.78 of claimed repairs made BUT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY) or any other person at Alba Tractor. In the words of Michael, If you want your mower you will pay this invoice. I did pay this invoice of $957.08 in full. I was strong armed in to paying or "else". Michael at Alba Tractor without a doubt in my mind is the poorest example of a shop manager/parts manager in North East Texas. When a business will go out of their way to deliberately lie as I was lied to - Well it's time for me to find some other place to do business with.

The friendliest Kubota sales parts and service in the area. Happy look up hard to find parts and make sure that you get what you are looking for. Do you need a new tractor or parts for your old one this is the place to go
