Michael Truelove was absolutely on point with getting me my estimate for my vehicle then giving me a breakdown of everything as well as a timeline of completion of repairs. He made the whole experience easy and informable. It was so refreshing to be able to hear everything and not be bombarded with just numbers but instead with explanations compassion and understanding. I will truly recommend all my customers and Friends to deal with Michael and his team. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and understanding.

Not bad. Definitely did a good job getting the scratch off my caddy door. Not to me to mention there's plenty of nice beautiful cars in the showroom for some eye candy while you wait for you car to get fixed. Including an of og pimpin caddy.

DO NOT take your car here unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on a rental car because they will keep your car longer than your insurance will cover. And by the time they fix your car you will have spent all of the insurance money on the rental car!! I got in a wreck and took my car in on June 14. when I took it in, they made me sign a paper saying that I was aware that it could take 6 to 8 weeks. Today is September 1 and I still do not have my car back or a date when I will have my car back. They are well aware that the insurance only covers 30 days and I ve been paying for my rental car out-of-pocket while they take their precious time. This is ridiculous!!! We're going on 3 months now!!Edited to say I FINALLY gpt my car back last week and the total out of pocket for my rental was 2000!!! The insurance company won't pay this. Also the collision center call my insurance ( after having the car for more than 2 months) asking for more "repair" money to be paid to them. They're all scammers!! Save yourself THOUSANDS and go somwhere else!Service: Body & Trim

Gave me 5 day estimate. 30 days later I finally got my car back, only after I had to call and questioned why it was taking so long. Then the door still doesn t work right, the window tint is scratched all up and there is grinding and popping in my front end. Took the car back, they were mad that I m making them replace the tint, says the door needs to be greased up???!!! And said the popping and grinding noise in the front end is caused by normal wear and tear. My car has 25k miles on it. Lame excuse. Every time I told them about an issue they tried to bill the insurance to fix it. I told them not a chance. That they caused the issue not the accident. Also the Rudest office staff ever the manager lady is absolutely rude and in personable. There is one young guy there, Casey, that was actually nice and probably actually cares about customers.Service: Body & Trim

Very good experience with pickup hail damage . Car not quit as good. Felt The broken places on car windshield was from rock not hail storm damage. So now insurance says I have to pay extra deductible to replace windshield. We'll see how repairs go to car and pickup.

Shoutout to Cody, Brenna and the repair team! They fixed my Hellcat and any other minor issues I had with it within 2 weeks! They made sure all repairs met my standard before returning my vehicle to me. Would definitely recommend to others!

Service was wonderful and very helpful. They got me in and out faster than any other body place in Abilene would have... I checked. It was a rare"Great Experience"for a body shop. If ever I need a body shop again I know exactly where I'll be going!!!I give them the highest recommendation possible.

I wanted to say that I had such a hard time prior to Lawrence Hall Collision Center. Everyone had a wait of 2 weeks or more and were rude. It was recommended by Clancy Denis that Chad would take care of me. I went in, and he saw me right then and did the estimate and was very pleasant. I had my car in and he handled everything from there. I must say that his team member Brenna was very nice and called me back to give me the information when my car was finishing up.Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2016 Corvette stingray to get a fender and bumper fixed from a truck backing into it. The clear shield they put on was a different tint from the rest of the car. It was also the longest process I have ever experienced. They rescheduled on me 3 times saying the manager was out of town, telling me the place they send it to for the clear shield was out sick. The never called me back saying we had an appointment so I messed their date. Finally had it rescheduled and they only put clear shield on the fender and forgot the bumper also took it. My passenger door rubs the fender they put on when opening it. Overall I would NOT recommend this sorry place

Took longer than expected several excuses, (parts and shorthanded) several calls saying I would be called back without any return calls. Had to go to collision center to get answers and found car was ready. One part not replaced had to be ordered. Otherwise car body work looks good.

I've had my body work done here for a collision after an ice storm. They handled all of the claims with my insurance and got my truck back to me quickly. Very courteous and good workmanship. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. Dropped off my car for some repairs they handled all the insurance stuff. Called me every couple of days to give me updates. When i picked up my car. The repair was perfect. They had also washed my car. Vacuumed the inside and put air in my tires all on their own. Now THATS customer service!!! I will definately take any other repairs i need done back to them. Thank you to everyone at Lawrence Hall Collision Center in abilene tx !!

Told the guy it was cash and he made Estimate for Insurance. Charging 2.0 hr for mechanical labor and there is nothing wrong mechanically with the truck. Charging 9.1 hes for paint labor yet 9.1 hrs for paint supplies hmmm no. Charging for tear in front bumper where there is no tear, wanting to put aftermarket bumper on, hmmm, again no. All in all Larry needs to be aware that they are overcharging. Charging 24.7 hrs body labor, 9.1 hrs paint labor, 2.0 hrs mechanical labor, 9.1 hrs for paint supplies for total of $3,527.24. Hmmm no. The front is metal not fiberglass and the rear is metal not fiberglass. So, when another reputable company has estimated $1, 000.00 for the rear and $600. For the front. Crazy ridiculous.

This place is trash! Bob was in charge of my car. I never heard from bob. I called once a week to check on the status. Yes cuz they has it for 3 weeks. They really didnt care about me. When I called they said they couldnt find the decals, I said it was custom and just make it match, they didnt. I called on the day I was supposed to pick it up and they said it was getting wash and wouldnt be ready. When I picked up my car it was filthy. I feel like they just sprayed it of with a garden hose. Dont give them you car. And my qindow doesnt close all the way

My car had a minor ding (major to me) went in thinking omg I am gonna have to pay an arm both legs and both my kids to pay for this!!!! BUT Mr Bob Brown was able to pop my bumper back in place and took the time to answer our 20 million questions!!!!! BEST PART IS IT LOOKS GREAT AND HE REFUSED TO CHARGE ME!!!! MR. BOB YOU JUST MADE A "FOR LIFE" CUSTOMER!!!!

Great ladies in collisions. Helped me out to vehicle and showed me how to drive it. My husband loves this car but I DON'T!!!!! THANKFULLY it's not made anymore!

The claims inspector would not listen to what I..the customer wanted. He tried to railroad me into a hi-dollar repair. Horrible experience.
