Friendly staff, helpful staff. Only complaint. My car is made in Japan, but they were going to give me a part that was made in Mexico that wouldn t fit and if I had said something and brought it up because it s happened to me before I wouldn t have known that I had the wrong part, but when I mentioned it, they went ahead and ordered the right part, just in case the part that I had didn t work

Needed a tension pully and serpentine belt for my step daughters car well the other competitors had one or the other or they had the highest price item in stocks. O'Reilly had both that I needed for just a little over 50$ so that makes them my guys to go to

I was passing through from out of state, and I needed a part for my car. The staff told me where the part could be found and they were very nice. They helped me when I was in a bind. Thank you for your help.

Went to get my batteries tested because my truck wouldnt start. The technician said they were good so I took my starter in and had it tested and the technician said it was bad. My truck still wouldnt start even with a new starter. I had my truck towed to a mechanic and he changed one battery and my truck started right away. So I lost $700 instead of just $200 on a battery. These people need better training.

Good guys and girls here. Moved here from another state where I did alot of business with a competitor so was a bit apprehensive to start over. They have been great from day one. Definitely returning to do more.

Wonderful having an employee there that is kind and knowledgeable as Calvin is. The part I needed for my 1997 Toyota Corolla O Riley's did not have however Calvin was able to refer me to another place that did. Very pleased!

DO NOT GO HERE TO TEST YOUR BATTERY!!!Went in because my car kept dying and they told me all was well. Tested it somewhere else and had 3 volts. They told me it might be an alternator or power issue. I have them the benefit of the doubt and still bought my battery from them then they made ME take the only one out and put the new one in.

Customer service is not so good. Most of the males who work there, are always dry except for (Kayla ) . Though the prices are good .

I was getting front and rear pads for my truck the kid found the front pads right away then proceed to take 20 mins running around the store looking all over for the rear.. I left and got pads at auto zone in and out in less then 5 mins with both pads autozone for the win
