A very kind and very special young man assisted my husband and I. We were looking for a particular automobile. Jordan did his best to sell us the one that I was wanting. We were $3000.00 apart. When the sales manager came in; we couldn't get him to work with us! Jordan has an exemplary attitude and a great person to do business with! If anyone would ask, Terry and I loved him! He is second to no one!!

Stopped here on 11/7/23 after my buddy picked up a new 24 corvette at the National museum in Bowling Green 11/6 /23. The service manager refused to come look at an issue with the convertible top not being secure and limiting his speed to 58 mph. The service writer deserves 5 stars for coming out and figuring out the issue and the service manager position.

It took the representative in the service department there at Herman Jenkins seconds just as she said it would to take care of my situation. WOW! That's exactly what I said when she finished with my vehicle. I hardly got a chance to sit down in the waiting area and she brought my car around. That's Great. Service, Great dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Herman Jenkins from out of state and it was the easiest process due to their communication. I worked with a salesman Brandon Nelson, and he is definitely one of the most caring and nicest salesman I have ever worked with. It took several weeks for the car to arrive and he was keeping me posted, answering my question and keeping me informed. It was the best car purchase transaction, for someone living over 300 miles away, you couldn't asked for a salesman or dealership to do more. Thank you Brandon, and Herman Jenkins with making it all happen and a wonderful experience in purchasing from your location.

How was treated was respect and they done exactly what they said they would do but that did not fix the problem they have tried two more times and still have not got the problem fixed I have an appointment again and I hope they get the problem fix this time I am tired of running back and forth the people are kind and considerate but we're not getting my truck fixed thank you

My husband and I took our brand new 2023 GMC sierra for service and an employee ended up joy riding in our vehicle for over an hour. Herman Jenkins gave us a free oil change and tire rotation. I will never go back there to have anything done to our vehicle again.

The Service clerk did everything she could to make sure I had a great experience. She looked for coupons for me and gave me the best deal possible. I am very appreciative and will certainly be back for service again.

I am very pleased with the team work. I called to inquire about the price of a part and was directed to service where I was ensured that my problem was something different. I made the appointment and got the work done and it fixed my issue!! Very happy with the service I received from all involved!!! Thank you to Larry in service especially!! Very dedicated employee!!!

First time going to the service dept here. Greeted by Ken my service advisor who was friendly and professional. Explained about diagnostic fee and then the service and cost. Very nice waiting room. Spoke with several employees while in the waiting room. Everyone was nice. Becky at the cashier desk was very kind. Thank you Herman jenkins my Chevy Trax is healthy again.

Scheduling the appt was easy, the follow up and confirmation process was great. Customer service from the time I walked in to when I drove off the lot was outstanding! Very friendly and professional group of people - a rare find these days! Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

Excellent service. My sons truck was giving him some troubles and they worked him in and took care of it the same day, after being told by another dealership it would be 2-3 weeks before they could look at it. I live 5 hours from Union City and it was very reassuring that there is people out there that still have a sense of understanding and are willing to help people in need. Saved me a trip with a trailer to come and pick up my son. Great service and most of all good people!!!! Thank you for looking out for my son.

Our experience at Herman Jenkins Motors was very positive and made our car shopping easy. Our salesman, Stanley Evans was exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle we were considering to purchase left no stone unturned. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the purchase and demonstrated how everything in our car worked.We had to wait six months for the vehicle we ordered. We were kept apprised of any progress, or lack of, on our Traverse.Michelle Connell was the employee who guided us through the paperwork involved with our purchase. She too, was cordial and did an excellent job.

My experience with Herman Jenkins was the easiest experience I've had buying a car thanks to Seth Fulcher. He was amazing from start to finish. Ms. Michelle in finance was wonderful in explaining everything and made the contract process easy and understandable as well. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and every employee had a smile on their face. I will definitely be back when it's time and I will be sending potential customers to see yall. Best car purchase experience in my 44 years of car buying and trading. I have owned no less than 30 across myself and my family and Lynn Jenkins and crew exceeded every metric available. I only wish I had met them years ago. They are located at least 2 1/2 hours from me and it feels like they are right down the street! Stanley Evans was the salesman and he drove 2 hours towards me to drop my truck off. When I needed an aftermarket bed cover , he repeated the process. Hands down the best dealer in Tennessee. I will recommend them to anyone who asks going forward!

I debated even doing this, but I feel it's important. I recently went to Herman Jenkins for an oil change and a multi-point inspection. This includes wind shield wipers. I knew mine were old and falling apart, but did not have a chance to replace them before my service. I waited for the results of the inspection, knowing that the wind shield wiper box would be a "needs replacing" check mark. However, they gave me a green check saying they were good to go! Now, I know it's just wind shield wipers, but it really makes you question what else they are just "skipping over". Plus, it's a paid service, so they should at least do their jobs in full.

They were good. I was a little confused when I went in for service. I pulled in were it was marked service, but no one came out to greet me or see what I needed. 2 people walked past me and my vehicle but didn't offer assistance or even say hi.Being new to this dealership I thought someone would come out to check in my vehicle as has been my experience in the past with other dealers. I do tend to have high expectations of dealerships and service departments since I am spending thousands of dollars in your business.People come back because of the whole experience, not just that you know how to change the oil.

We dealt with Brandon Neville Salesman and Randy the Sales Manager. Both were very personable and fantastic to deal with. There was not one negative issue the whole time we were there. It took us 2 days on deciding and was never pressured by anyone. Fantastic experience and staff.

Called and got the recall sheduled for my truck, that I had been waiting on for over 6 months on at Chevrolet place in Dyersburg because they always give me the excuse of not having the recall parts or employee's to do it. Took Herman Jenkins about 20 minutes to perform the recall and have me back on the road. They will get all our business from now own. Thanks again to the Sevice Department and shop.
