Don t even bother calling if you have a lifted truck. He ll laugh in your face and hang up. Had to call HotRod towing on maynardville pike instead & funny thing is they charge less than this joke of a towing company.

The worst towing company in the history of towing expertise.Tow bill as well as two day lot fee exceeded over $500.00.Recommend Buds or Pettys towing.

Our truck had broken down and AAA had lied to us about a tow truck which didn t show up. After nearly two hours, we called Jerry at Tipton and Sons. He was there within 20 minutes. Cannot speak highly enough of the professional, courteous service we received. I am cancelling AAA and using Jerry from now on. I suggest you do the same.

Gave me a quick estimate. Was told "if it's insurance, I just ain't dealin with it." And when I told him I'd be paying outta pocket and then I'd be dealing with the insurance....was told it was gonna be more expensive just because it's insurance.Um....excuse me? It's still gotta come outta my empty pocket until the insurance reimburses me and they usually don't cover whole cost. So this guy wants to charge me more because it's insurance and he ain't even gotta deal with them. I do. No thanks brother....I'd just as soon sit my rear end right here in 90 degree weather and fix the problem on the side of this busy road.

ALMOST DAMAGED my CAR beyond what the WRECK HAD by trying to PULL MY CAR OVER TOP A WHEEL from the at-fault car. Could have torn my undercarriage off & WORSE!! Very RUDE to his son or whoever helper was. Got car home, and he demanded cash payment before unhooking my car! I had no plans to rob the man, so after THAT rude behavior I told him to get his self off my property! I d rather set fire to a car before hiring this business again!! BE WARNED!!
