Great prices. Cheaper then Safelite for sure! Good service. Needed my windshield replaced and the only day I could do it was a day I had to work. They came to my work and did it within 30 mins. Angie in the office is very nice. And the two men that did my windshield were awesome. Greatly appreciated and will use again.

Not a fan. Went to drop off a vehicle at my appointment time and the doors were locked. We waited and they showed up. I told them I would be back to pick it up and they told me they would leave my keys in the vehicle out front on the busy street as they would be leaving.

Rainbow Auto Glass is a great company. I broke my 07 Ram 1500 rear glass out and called around for the best deal. They are the best deal in the Tri-State area of VA, KY, and TN. Great work, fast in and out service. I recommend them for any auto window replacement. Since they replaced the window it's like it was never broke.

+Update+ Had an 12:00 appointment, drove out at 12:25. Windshield looks great! Very courteous staff, with many years experience. I am highly recommending these guys, which is extremely rare for me, in fact I have only given 5 star reviews to three businesses. Top notch service. +Updated+Walked in needing to replace the windshield on a 2006 Lexus GX470 within a few minutes she had all the details, including price. The glass was delivered the next day. With Rainbow your not doing business with a "mega-corp," you're working with a family. Highly recommend!Jeff, L-8 Google Guide

Ive spent weeks looking for a good car, most dealers are not honest and overpriced. Not this dealer, they where 100 percent honest got a great car for a great deal. I'm very pleased they have earned my business forsure, I recommended them.

I called and set an appointment for them to come to me and install a windshield with trim, and a back sliding window in my 1960 chevy c10. They said they could do it. They got here and right away said, they can't do the windshield trim. Then they said they couldnt do the the front or the back glass.The old owners we're great. If they said they could do it, they did it.
