Rented a UHaul trailer. Creech isn't open on Saturday or Sunday so we had to pick it up on Friday but we used online return which was easy. Lots of inventory.

They forgot to bleed my brakes when I went and had them changed. So my back passenger tire rubbed for weeks. I took it back for them to fix it, nothing changed, it still rubbed. I got aggravated and said forget it and let my stepdad look at it. While he was fixing it, he noticed that they had left a lug nut off of my front tire and the rest of them loose. Horrible place of business.

I took my 2007 Cadillac dts for brand new set of tires good price for the new tires. Anyway the tire guy proceeded to jack my 4000 lb car from the rocker panel and I literally watched him cave in my rocker then he proceeded to tell me it was already damaged then trys to do the same thing on the other side I go off and he refuses to deal with me and gets the owner to finish the job no discount pretty much called me a lier pay $480 for tires and get your vehicle damaged go somewhere elseService: Auto tire replacement

My first business with Creech Garage was to rent a U-haul truck. I made the reservation at U-haul online and the entire process took about 7 mins once I showed up on sight. My second time was when my brother-in-law took it upon himself to change my oil and messed up my hood latch. I brought it to Jack, he spent about 3 mins on it, and it's worked great ever since. (2 months so far). This last time, I had a bad vibration that turned out to be my engine mounts going bad. I called around and got prices ranging from $400 (just for labor) to $670 (labor and parts). I was able to find the mounts at AutoBuffy online and asked Jack if he could install them. He said he could. I took it down, and he got them installed for me. Took a tad longer than I expected, such is life, and I was concerned about what the final cost would be, til he told me it was done and the cost would be $100 even. I was shocked, to say the least! The vibration is gone, and I'm very happy with my car's new performance. You've got a customer for as long as I own a vehicle.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The lack of professionalism in this establishment and by the OWNER, Jack, no less is absolutely ridiculous. He was extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I called to see if they had a tire I was looking for instead of saying yes or no he said we will see when you get here, how am I supposed to get there without a tire, just do your customers a favor and before they waste half a day to find a ride to get out to you let them know on the phone if you got a tire size or not

Only went to rent a uhual so don't know about the garage part.byt I know they were slow about renting the uhual.but guessing they were busy.but they were fair on their rental prices
