Great experience. Made an appointment for 4 new tires and they were installed quickly and professionally. Very friendly during the check in and check out.

I am not happy at all with how I was treated at the Springfield Walmart Auto Center today. I brought my car in at 12:30 for an oil change and a tire balance and rotate. My car was checked in at 12:41. There were only two cars ahead of me. I sat for two hours with the other two customers. After two hours passed, one of the customers got mad and just told Walmart to give them the keys, that they would go somewhere else, which made me next in line after the other person. It took them two hours to pull my car into the shop. I was at this time the only car in the shop. It took an hour for them to change the oil. At around 3:30 they pulled my car into a different area of the shop for the rotate and balance. It sat there for an hour. At 4:20, I saw one of the two guys working in the shop come out and start talking to the service manager about whatever it was she was doing. He then proceeded to somewhere in the store, possibly the bathroom. I looked and saw no one working on my car, however they were working on two cars that were pulled in after me. I finally asked one of the workers for an update. They came back and said they hadn't even started the rotate and balance and it would be another 40 minutes. I told them to just forget about it and I would pay for my oil change. The entire time the service manager was there, she never once acknowledged me or apologized for the delay. Nor did she inform me that it was going to take that long. The gentleman who checked me out never once apologized. All they kept saying was they were short staffed. I get that, but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. The customer service and professionalism were extremely poor. Being short staffed isn't your problem, it's the people you have staffed.

Found that I had an Allen wrench in my tire while picking up my groceries. Staff was so helpful and nice! They weren t able to patch my tire due to the location of the leak, but they aired my tire and called a shop down the road that could help me and let them know I was in my way. Staff was so great! They made a really bad day not so bad. They were so helpful!

Absolutely the worst place ever! Slow isn't a term I'd use for this place. Pathetic is a lot closer. I have given this place my business for 3 sets of tires, and probably 10 oil changes, and given chances out the wazoo to be a better business, thinking it might be better next time I go. Truth is, the technicians are always playing around, cutting up with each other, rather than doing their work!! It's, "on more than a few occasions", taking 5�hours to change the oil on my vehicle. Bring my vehicle in to have a tire repaired, under warranty, and they try to get out of the warranty, or do a horrible repair. I'm so over this,"Auto Don't Care Center"!!!!!

Claimed to be able to get me out in 1 hour then took over 2 because they broke a lug claimed it was already done and then wouldn't change 1 of my tires.

I actually just visited them yesterday to get 4 new tires for my 2015 Honda. They attendant mentioned that there would be a wait of 90 mins to 2 hours before they could get to my vehicle. I was already on a donut and had another tire that was at the wear mark so I didn't have much choice but to wait. Much to my surprise I waited less than 45 minutes! They had the tire that I wanted in stock and they provided excellent customer service from the initial contact through to the end of the purchase.

There is always a 2-3 hour wait even if you come when they open at 7am. Customer service is horrible and smart alecky. The workers are on their cell phones while fixing your car. The attempt to get you to buy stuff you don't need which is not uncommon in this business but they take too long doing the stuff you ask for; extra services are the equivalent of being taken hostage. This wasn't my first time dealing with them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. In my opinion that whole department needs the swamp cleared.

I would never recommend anyone to go to here for ANYTHING. Needed a tire plugged, they said it would be AT LEAST a two hour wait because there were three people ahead of me. Waited around for about an hour only for them to say they can t do it because of the rating, something they could have easily told me in the parking lot before I waited. Will NEVER be back. I recommend Tire Shop in greenbrier.

If they tell you an hour expect 3 and after doing one car they take a break so add another 45 minutes.

Called to make sure they had my tire in stock. Drove 20 miles with a donut tire on, only to be told some corporate BS that they couldn't put just one tire on that I needed to buy 2. Went to Firestone instead!!sounds like their trying to rip me off as a woman, if that's their policy the idiot taking my call should have mentioned that!

I went in to have 2 tires put on and a oil change . Tires went good the oil change sucked started off with them saying the oil was low. Duh new this already thus needing a oil hange. Supposed to change the oil and filter. What was paid for . Drove the car maybe 7 miles and checked the oil at home looked liked they just put new oil on top of old. Reached my hand under the oil filter and nothing but burnt black oil coming from the oil filter. Called the service center back and the girl wrote up a nother appointment to get it fixed. Lessons learned whenever you go to Walmart watch them carefully when they work on your automobile. And trust none of them. Check and double check their work.Willis is the only man their that can get his job right. And he don't even work on the cars and trucks. The time that it took to do a supposedly oil change and 2 tires replaced was 3 hours. Could have been done in 1 hour if the men would stay focused on the car they're working on. Instead of running around helping the other Tec's with their problems. Their for hire experienced people not kids out of high school that need teaching . Guess that's why my oil change went from change to fill up.

They didn't tighten my oil filter had oil everywhere under my truck. My truck could caught on fire or blew my engine. Don't do oil changes at Wal-Mart unqualified tech's.beware unless you want issues.

Went there for an oil change, been to the franklin location and always have a very pleasant experience, the Springfield location however is horrible. I waited for 10 minutes at the kiosk while 4 employees just sat there on there phones and looked at me multiple times but didn t move. They were all very rude. Definitely save yourself and don t go here.

I would recommend paying that extra 20 or 30 dollars to go somewhere that only deals in auto care, I had a miserable time at Springfield and Russellville TLE, the craziness thing at both places, they couldn't get my tires off, but I took my lug wrench and loosened my own lug nuts, and only spent about 3 hours there, and to top it off, they sold me 4 tires but ended up only having two. Borrow the extra just go somewhere else.

Lied about have the tires I needed in stock. Then tried to up sale me a more experience set for 150$ more, while my suv was on the lift, because it would be too inconvenient for them.

Pitiful service, between breaking your oil stick to having your vehicle for three hours to then call you and tell you they got the tires rotated but couldn t change the oil. Willis is a pleasure to do with (being very sarcastic)...also yesterday the guy at the counter got off of the phone with a customer to then mumble under his breath dumbass. Don t carry your car to them!

Went there today 11-04-2017 to buy 2 tires and there service crew are full of retards did a lot of screwing around Before even atempting my car and when they started they apperantly couldnt do is because i have 2 different size lug nuts on the car wouldnt even a temp to try it. So i left there pissed off and will never go back i strongly suggest never going here dont waste your time and money there

No matter when I stop here or for what, today it was for tires, always told it could be two to three hours. Told today by tech that he left at 4 and it was the next shifts problem. They have sorry customer service, and should close down.

PLEASE STAY AWAY , THEY WILL DAMAGE UR CAR AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL MAKE U THINK IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT AND WILL LIE TO YOU EVEN THE MANAGER "LARRY" WILL LIE . THEY NOT RESPONSIBLE , NOT HONEST FOR SURE . I HAD TO GO WITH MY LAWYER TODAY TO PUT A DEMAND ON THEM , BECAUSE I HAD A HORRIBLE DAY YESTERDAY , THEY LOOSE MY OIL THANK TAP AND DAMAGE MY CAR , THEY SHOWED FALSE EVIDENCE AND WHEN I FOUND OUT THE MANAGER TURN FROM WHITE TO RED .
