I always enjoy coming into the store as they are super-helpful and engaging. Prices seem higher than other auto places, but they do have good deals on oil changing bundles.

Grandfather and I pulled up to the front of the store and could see an employee about 5 ft from the front door sitting down smoking a cigarette. Upon walking into the store the were two customers waiting, one by checkout and one next to the computers. Only one employee was visible in the store and she was sitting on a stool with her headphones on at the very last computer. I walked up to her she saw me and continued to do whatever it was she was doing on the computer. Never asked if I needed help, never tried to find anyone, just ignored my existence. Not a happy customer at all

I have such a hard time going into autoparts stores or the auto section in Walmart because I feel so looked at and judged because people assume that I don't know what I'm doing, and they're absolutely right I have such anxiety going into these kinds of stores because the people who work there always just look up what kind of car I have then grab it for me and are so unhelpful and make me feel stupid for not knowing about cars, but this one is different. I have Daniel A. help me today and he was so sweet. he didn't just grab it for me, he took me over there and showed me all my options based on my price range. I then proceeded to tell him about my windshield and how I need rainx to fix it and was so knowledgeable and told me how based on my problem it may make it worse and exactly what I should do to make it better. he explained the warranty and how if theyre defective that I can just bring them back. he was so sweet he even came out and changed my wiper blades for me I've never left a store so happy, this is the only autoparts store I ever want to go to, and this is the only man I ever want to help me. give this man a raise!!

Y all have to give Karen a promotion and a raise!!! She provides outstanding customer service despite being the only one in the store. She was literally doing 3 peoples jobs at once and still being sweet and helpful to customers.

They were very kind and helpful. It was raining and of course I needed windshield wipers. My husband had just got out of the hospital the afternoon before and I was running to CVS to get some things and thought I would run by to get windshield wipers since the ones I had literally had tentacles. One gentleman open the door for me and mentioned the rain lasting all week. Asked me the date my truck was and looked up my wiper bladesThe other gentleman went out in the rain and put them on for me. Telling me to have a nice day.I could not have had a better experience!! Thanks guys!!

The workers here are absolutely AMAZING! Amazing customer service, clean store, very friendly! The best of the best here at advance! I will always recommend these guys when we re in town!!

I walked into this location at 8:19pm and told them my check engine light was on. I think it was a manager I was talking to. He told me he could check it tommorow. He offered no explanation as to why I had to come back to get it checked. I thought well maybe they were about to close. So I went to Auto Zone and they took less than 5 minutes to check it and give me the readout. I checked there on website to see when they closed since 8:30 was a strange time to close. It said 9pm, so then I called the store and it said they were already closed then gave their closing time as 8pm. Why was the door not locked 19 minutes after they had closed? Now if the reason the door wasn't locked was because a customer was at the counter then why not go ahead and help me with a very simple and quick problem? Or why didn't the manager lock the door then let the guy out when he was finished? Or why not just tell me up front that they were closed but would go ahead and help me or they would be happy to check it out for me the next day. It literally would have taken less than 5 minutes to help me after you let me walk in.

Employees here are usually,helpful and friendly. The store is kept clean and organized. I wish theyd keep on top of having backup automotive bolts and such in stock so i wouldnt have to check elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Being a young 20 year old women, I can admit that no I do not know much about vehicles. Including my vehicle - Honda Civic 2007. Last year I received a battery repayment from the Goodlettsville store with a warranty - If I could I would rate the Goodlettsville 10 stars. Great customer care and really knows how to make sure the customer is happy. But not for the Springfield store. If I could I would rate a zero! I had Walmart check my battery because my car would not turn on without a start - walmart said it was my battery and to have it replace. Knowing I had a warranty I went to the store in Springfield. The store manager was the man who helped me. He told me I had to leave the car there for an hour to check the battery - I was 100% okay with that! I understood he had to do his job, and he did so. So an hour later I came to pick up my vehicle - the manager told me that I needed a charge and my battery was fine. He also told me that my cables seem to be rusted and I should have them replace but other than that I am good to go. So this morning happens 3/5/2019, my car would not turn on. Thinking maybe I just need another charge I would be fine. So i charge my car and went to work. Once it was time for my lunch break, I went to turn my car on - bloop would not work. So i called the Springfield store and asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager what the situation was, and how ridiculous and useless the man who helped me prior was. Come to find out the useless man who helped me was the man I was on the phone with. He become very outrage about the situation - proceeded to raise his voice and told me my battery was fine. When I went to speak he hung up on me. So I called back, and another tech answered. I asked if I could please have the GM's phone number, he put me on hold and once he picked back up he gave me a 1-800 number. I asked if this was corporate or the Gm. And he said corporate again I asked for the Gm's number and again he put me on hold. The next time someone picked up it was the outrage manager again. He proceeded to tell me no he did not have a manager above him, and when I told him there was no way he did not have a manager he told me he does but i could not have his number. When I went to talk again I was hung up on for the second time. This next time I decided to call the Goodlettsville store, Wayne the manager fixed all issues that the Springfield manager caused. Also, Wayne insured me that I could have the GM'S phone number. Thankfully, Wayne agreed to fix all issues and apologies for his coworkers action. I work for customer service, I actually work for a motorcycle dealership. I understand people get mad, and people have bad days. But I have NEVER been treated as poorly as this before especially by a team of management. To think he was able to become so aggressive in such a small amount of time is crazy! It saddens me this is who he takes care of his customers, and how he has treated all customers. Hopefully Wayne, from the Goodlettsville store, can teach the store manager from Springfield - a thing or two about customer service!

Friendly and helpful staff prices do not match tags or what is shown online I bought locking licenses plate screws because my tag was stolen and price online and the tag showed 5.49ish I paid almost 10 please fix your tags

Awesome store. Good staff working there. If you have auto needs Advance Auto is the store you need. And they have cheaper prices and a lot of there products. So come in and see us.

Love Advance Auto ! They everything you need for older models cars and trucks. They might have to order it. The guys were very nice. And didn't treat a women like she was stupid.

Everytime my husband goes here he is given the wrong oil filter for our vehicles due to either their computer or lack of experience. The staff is always friendly and easy to deal with.

There is a girl working there that wasn't very helpful and found the part I needed that was under warranty put it to the side because I had to take off the part and bring it in to get the warranty but when my son did this they refused to give him the part until they retested the alternator. I found that pretty expensive as there was a note stating alternator tested already
