We had the misfortune of beaking down on the interstate on our way home from Florida. We were floored when we found out our transmission needed replacement. We relied on the word of the tow truck driver and law enforcement who helped us while we were stuck on the highway. They recommended Sprng Hill Auto.Right from the start, Travis was up front and accomodating to us. He explained the whole process to us (ordering, cost, when it would be ready). During the repair he also communicated progress just so we could book our hotel stay accordingly. The car was completed on time and on cost. We were thankful for the outstanding service and to the attention given to our situation. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Travis today. While my request was out of the ordinary he went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this business. It s nice to know that there are good people out there in this world.

First time using these guys and they were great. Super fast and the communication was outstanding. Hopefully will not need any work done anytime soon. But will use these guys again if I do.

They worked on my Tesla model 3 when others around here acted like they didn't know what that was! Great service,definitely will be back if needed!!

Best mechanic ever!! Charlie is great, honest about your vehicle etc. Do what he suggests. Don't put off what you need to do. Call early, leave a message if no answer. He is busy. Ask when is best day/time to bring your car.

This shop has taken care of me for going on 6-7 years. Since I got my license. I m fairly mechanically inclined but always feel very secure in my service from them.And prices are Very very good.Charlie is a fantastic dude and always gives me a real ethical answer.If it doesn t really need replaced he will tell you and explain what you could do ur self to save money. He is a great service shop owner and runs his shop the way they it should be ran.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Super nice people and knowledgeable mechanics did a great job on an engine swap for me just took it out in the pouring rain no popping no wobbling just running smooth thanks what a great job and they even dropped the car off at my house!! Was such a wonderful surprise to get home to work from! And I'm hard very hard to please they replaced and oil pan on an escalade of mine also and did a wonderful job fixing another shops mistake!

These guys are great! I have taken my vehicles to them a couple of times, and they are a pleasure to work with. They explain everything that needs to be done, and don t do unnecessary work. They re very fair. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else.
