Honest, Straightforward and professional. I had an awesome experience with Bennett's. I brought them my car for repairs on my front end I was told by the dealership were needed. After the paying the dealership more than I should have for my brake system I wasn't gonna pay them anything else. My coworker referred me to Bennett's and I'm still mad I didn't take it there first! Eric was the first person I spoke with, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful which made me feel welcomed to try out their business. Once I got the car there I met Dan! He was extremely honest, detailed, blunt and helpful! When he got on to me respectfully about how the dealership hadn't finished their job and how I needed to take care of my car, like a father or an uncle I didn't feel offended or chastised. I felt like he honestly cared. The work was done quickly same day and I was back on the road again. The cost was not nearly as high as the dealership quoted and my car doesn't rise like a death trap anymore. I'm thankful my coworker referred me to them! Definitely will pay for their professionalism, friendliness, and services again!! I had an awesome experience!!

Everyone at Bennett s has always been so kind and helpful every time I have come in. I have been dealing with a frustrating repeat issue but they have bent over backwards to make sure they handled it quickly and accurately and were very apologetic for my frustration even though it wasn t their fault. I will always bring my vehicles here and my family enjoys bringing their vehicles here as well. Great service at a reasonable price in a timely manner. You can t beat it! Thank you Bennett s!

I would like to give a big Thank You to Dan (Service Adviser) for Bennett's Automotive. Over the last 3 years I have taken my vehicle to be repaired/regular service and every time Dan and the team were so helpful to me and have saved me a lot of money. The honesty and experience they have are truly remarkable and I will highly recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced or repairs to check with Bennett's automotive. Bennetts always provides excellent customer service! I ve been going there for several years and everyone I ve encountered at their shop has always been courteous, attentive and friendly. Service is fast. They answer all of my questions and give honest answers and advice. I always feel taken care of and never feel swindled like I felt with other mechanics. I highly recommend them for your auto repair/maintenance needs.

They were very professional. They ran system test before and after the repairs. Explained the repairs before any work was done. Provided an explanation of any changes prior to work being done. They asked for approval to do the work. Most of all, they give you a 2yr warranty along with free towing service. It's only been one day since my repairs, but I feel comfortable their approach to customer service.

The mechanic not sure if he is the owner, was very helpful & was honest with me & told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle. He gave pictures & explanation of what should be, as well as cost to repair. He was even nice enough to give me a complimentary diagnostic evaluation. I really appreciated all of his help. Thanks so much, & when I'm able to get the repairs done. I will definitely keep him in mind. Thank you!

My son and I had his truck towed to Bennett Automotive Repair Shop. We were greeted by Eric, Joey and Dan. Dan immediately methodically tried to assess the problems and trouble shooting. We was informed that there were 3 codes shown up however they finally figured out it has water in the gas tank instead of fuel pump, burnt plugs, transmission and catalytic converter. They were very patience, thorough, and honest. We could have been charged for a fuel pump, transmission work or catalytic converter instead of what they did by draining the fuel. We highly recommend using this auto repair shop. Dan, Eric, Joel and the technicians there. Thank you!

Great folks to work with very good service. Pick up and drop off is wonderful. Always get a thorough explanation of what s wrong with my car and the correct price to fix it. Reasonable rates.

This has been by far the best experience I ve had with a mechanic since coming out to Smyrna. They were Honest as well as completed the work in a timely manner. 100% recommend coming here for future service.

I had a great experience with Bennett's. I went in for a 2nd opinion on my motor and I ended up saving 7,000 dollars. Firestone told me that I needed a new motor and that was not the case. My 2005 Fird Expedition is running great due to them. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and had great communication with me throughout the whole process. Had some issues trying to start up my diesel Japanese Toyota Hilux after it not running for a few months. Turned out there was too much air in the lines, and even thought it took multiple attempts to get the air out they only charged me for one. Great and honest service!

This place is so caring I took my car in for transmission issues and I did get a quote but Dan called me as stated he did some investigation and found out that my transmission should be under warranty in which I had no clue the fact that he took his time to even look further (investigated) as he say lol mean a lot to me and the service that they provide beyond fixing cars just let s me know when I bring my cars in that they would be truly taken car of

My first and last time to use this shop, in all honesty one star is way to much, its the only way to leave a review. My Son found they left my spark plugs un hooked. The sad part was the young man kept saying you are going to break down and be stranded, I guess this was to force me into unnecessary repairs. Do better by your customers.

All of the people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.Had my car brought in and they could not duplicate the problem, so there was no charge.I took an Uber to pick up my car and a team member advised that they would provide shuttle service next time since I m now local.I m loving everything about moving from Atlanta GA to Smyrna TN.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service was above and beyond what I was hoping to find. My car experienced minor damage while visiting from out of state and needed a quick inspection and repairs. Within hours of drop off the inspection was complete with both needed repair estimate and future maintenance items to have completed when I returned home. They even topped off my fluids! Price was very reasonable. If I lived local this would be my first stop for all maintenance and repairs. Good fair shop to get vehicle worked on. I ve used them couple of times now and do good quick work. Love the text quotes so you can accept to do or not. And 2 yr/ 24K warranty afterwards is awesome. Bennett's Automotive just got done with my 2015 srx Cadillac I love their personality and their detailed info they give about your car concerns they have reasonable prices and they are some real humble guys with good attitudes and they do great work I will be a returning customer for sure !!!

Upfront , Estimate before work is done on my vehicle & answered many questions I had without taking me for a $$$ ride. running up the bill for unneeded repairs. I finally have a regular auto repair facility that knows what the are doing at a reasonable price.
