The floor is for us low people, so we can't climb a steep mountain, and these guys know how to do alignment for real. Dalton was able to achieve the impossible for me, and the manager is amazing.(Also, this business isn't just limited to oil and tires! I highly recommend them for almost anything!)This is not your walk in corporate auto repair shop. This place has real people who understand how things work. From what I can tell, they all love their jobs.It's rare to find a store of this quality. The way our technicians interact with you and talk to you about your car is something anyone can appreciate. The staff at this business are very polite, they tell you what's going on and why, explain how things are if you ask them etc etc etc. Just great people here.

These guys were absolutely awesome to deal with from start to finish! I drove 4 hours to get there after finding a vehicle I loved online. Everything was completely as described and I ve had zero trouble with my new car. The owners checked on me to make sure I made it home safely. They were so incredibly kind. I would recommend them to anyone!

It's a family owned company. These men are well organized and very professional. They are helpful and provide honest and important info on the vehicle you are interested in. We bought one vehicle from them but I'm sure when we are ready for another this is where we'll be. They can also source the vehicle you are looking for so it's a one stop. Insurance and paperwork is done on the spot. Hassle free, they make buying cars easy. The name of the person we first dealt with is Dee. The other brothers are just as kind and helpful. Whenever Dee is not there they are just as prompt in assistance. They now have a mechanic there so you can get service done.

I had a bad experience with this guy his name Mina, he changed the transmission for my car , he destroyed a lot of things in my car , he charged me extra money for his fault, never come back, not recommended Mina to fix any cars

Excellent customer service! One of the workers, Z, took great care of me and really listened to what I wanted. He was very patient and was on top of everything. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He really tries to provide great customer service, along with the rest of the workers, and give what s best for his customers. Willing to work things out at all times. Prices were very reasonable and fair. I would recommend anyone to go to Autoworld of Smyrna. HIGHLY satisfied with everything.

The two salespersons were very nice and pretty honest about the car that they selling especially when some of their vehicles are rebuilt. I didn't buy it cus the price of the vehicle wasn't reasonable compared to other dealerships and a rebuilt vehicle market price was like selling close to a new vehicle price but reselling use again I wouldn't get much cus a depreciation rebuilt tittle.

I can not begin to say how fantastic these people are. Totally honest and out of the way helpful. My son and I needed them to look at a car from another car dealer we were looking to buy. Out of chance we pulled in here. They took time out of their day to teach us what to look for and how not to buy a lemon. Saved us a world of trouble and misery. These guys do it right! I would recommend them to anyone! They also showed us a comparison of their work vs others. They are true professionals in what they do. If you need body work done or just need a good quality car stop here!

Good guys that do what they say.Do understand what a Rebuilt title means. You can save a lot of money and get lower mileage car . Especially good if you keep a car 4 or five years. Most cars have been in a wreck and been repaired.They are willing to show you pictures of what vehicle looked like before it was fixed. We have bought 3 cars so far wi good results.

Z is great!! Had a excellent experience buying my car from them. These guys are professional and do not try to BS you at all or try to talk your ear off. Very straight forward, laid back and willing to negotiate. I'm a Mopar guy and they had an awesome selection of Chargers and Challegers, really a one stop shop for Dodge sports cars. If your looking for a Mopar for a great price stop by Autoworld!!

Great family owned business ! Great customer service !they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy B was friendly and honest .Real down to earth people. Very polite and not pushy about buying something like some dealers . Got a great car for a great price . Will be back to buy my husband a truck !

they sell me a used boat with a bad lower unit,,(transmission) the lower unit was supposed to be new,it was crack, they just put glue so won't leak oil,this people would lie in your face I know a used boat won't be perfect, but sell it with a crack transmission and said it's new,stay out of this business,I think they're crook

I was recommended to Autoworld by a friend. I was not disappointed. Carlos and his crew handled the repair of my damaged Nissan (collision with a deer) with quality parts and service. I was satisfied with the cost of the body work and will return to Autoworld for car maintenance, if needed.

I bought a car from these guys, when I asked if the car was ever in an accident and they told me they only had to replace the rear bumper and otherwise the car was fine, in reality the car was hit extremely hard and had to be welded under the the car plus other damages!! when I got back to colorado to register the car it had a SALVAGE title which at no time did they disclose this to me. I had numerous conversations with B and V, they would not even use there real names. I asked many questions but they NEVER told me it had a SALVAGE title. these guys are ripoffs. do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!!!

I loved this place B really helped me get the car I wanted it s a red challenger and he wanted me to have the car helped me with the price and helped me with the bank very friendly place and I recommend this to anybody that wants a good running car thank you B for everything truly!!! Definitely going come back for my girls car

great guys to deal with z is awesome friendly and very willing to listen to what you want they understand a rebuilt title and will explain everything and show pictures, yes you'll get a great deal but your insurance will be a little bit higher on a rebuilt title so in the end it all equals out and you get a great vehicle and great customer servicethank you Z and the entire family for being wonderful us and out with our Jeep purchase

Drove 3 hours and callles to make sure there were no issues. Get there and it's been totaled with a rebuilt title. Beware!!!!!!
