If you buy a truck from here make sure you get it fully checked out. And I mean fully checked! I purchased a 2016 f truck at 204,000 miles. At 209,000 miles the turbo blows up and $6,000 down the drain on top of the purchase price that was non negotiable.Sorry but wouldn't recommend this business at all!

Sold me the best truck I ve ever had. I m pretty sure it would pull down the gates of hell!! I would buy from them again but this truck will probably live forever. It even came with a Randy Travis cd in it already. It was like they already knew I loved country music and put it in there.

Just purchased a 2010 2500 Cummins. Super clean truck! All of the trucks on the lot are. No pressure sales and absolutely the nicest no b/s people. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

I emailed to confirm a truck that was advertised was still on the lot. I got an email and a phone call confirming the truck was on the lot. I told them I'm on my way to look at it and that I'm 2 1/2 hours away. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. When I arrived, I was told that the truck wasn't there that it in the shop for repairs. I expressed my irritation about having just drove 2 1/2 hours after being told it was there but, I need a truck so, I ask about other trucks there and while I'm asking questions about a truck the salesman takes a cell phone call. I left and drove 2 1/2 hours home.

Quite possibly the most pleasant buying experience ever. Small town service and knowledgeable staff. I found the perfect truck and 30 minutes later was signing paperwork. I'd recommend this lot to anyone. I fully intend to send business their way. It was a 2 hour drive that was well worth the time.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. I called about a truck and had every intention of buying it. Kept getting the run around from Angie and would not return my calls when she indicated. Finally said it was in the shop getting glow plugs in it and she would call me first thing Monday morning. Well.... she didn t! When I called at noon Monday after hearing nothing, she said It came back from the shop this morning and we sold it!!! Find another Lot that has some integrity!!!

I drove from Knoxville to buy a truck and was pleasantly surprised to find the truck was even better than advertised. Joey did a fantastic job of having everything ready to go and after signing a few papers we were on our way back to Knoxville. Absolutely one of the best buying experiences I ve ever had.

I went to purchase a car today from them. I requested they hold it for me until I arrived this morning and the did so without hesitation. This was a high visibility vehicle and I had a 2 hour drive. They worked with me in a polite and professional manner. They did not try and push the sale. If you are looking to get a good deal and service with a local dealership I would highly recomend them.

I was a bit nervous driving 5 hours to look at a truck but from the minute I got there my mind was at ease. Angie was very knowledgable and friendly. No pushy salesmen here. The truck was exactly as described on their website and the whole buying process is fast and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience! Drove two hours away and asked if they could hold the Jeep I fell In love with until I could get there to see it, respectfully they did hold the vehicle until I could see it and although I could not trade my current vehicle they gave me other options to make it happen but not make me feel as if they were only doing it for a sale! I m so in love and the Jeep is mine. We will be future customers as well! Can t thank you guys enough!

Well we bought a really nice looking truck to haul our horses with. Got 30 minutes down the road and the check engine light came on. Then we got home and realized the tag light was out and so was the tail light.I won't be doing business there ever again if they can't handle the little things.

Very relaxed and flexible salesmen to work with. Easy to deal with and were willing to work directly with our bank as opposed to us being the middle man. We traveled from VA to purchase my husband's dream truck. Well worth the drive!

I bought a 2019 ram 2500 a couple weeks later it engine light came on so I checked the oil and the oil was so black that they never change the oil or no filters on the truck.

The support you get from the staff is excellent, even after the purchase and that s rare. I could care less how the vehicle was at that point. Customer care has been pushed to the waste side these days, but not at SAS. The vehicle was a priced fair and in great shape for the age.

Bought a RAM 2500 Cummins from them, they have a big truck inventory and the prices are pretty decent. The transaction went smoothly and they were actually able to save me a little more on the APR over my bank. Thanks

Don't buy from here!!! We bought a 20,000 diesel truck from there and have had nothing but issue out of it. Stuff that they should've found. And as we went to trade it off was told the truck had been wrecked 4 times!!! And they apparently didn't think we needed to know that. So a truck we paid 20,000 for is only worth 5,000. Never again!

Great place to do business. I was able to test drive multiple trucks with no pressure on sales. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and I was in and out within an hour. Great job Monte and joey.

Monte Johnson and Joey Young at Shelbyville Auto Sales are a couple of stand up guys and will do what's right for you. They actually sent my son and I to a different dealership to see what they had and never once pushed anything on us. We came back to them and bought a truck with an honest interest rate and was in and out in 30 minutes. I could've hung out with those two guys all day long unlike the folks across the street at Newton Ford South. Those are about the most dishonest people I've ever delt with and I wouldn't stop in there to go to the bathroom!!!!! My son and I drove 4 hour from Georgia to look at and buy a truck from Newton and after been lied to all week about the condition of the truck, I noticed Shelbyville Auto Sales across the street. It's just amazing how GOD works...... I will definitely do business with Monte and Joey again and send anyone I know to them......

Overall, a buying experience that I wish other companies would emulate. Fair, open, honest, and relaxing. Great staff all around with best deal. Will be back when I upgrade in the future. Highly recommend shoppers to use SAS as their benchmark when looking for a vehicle.

The truck was in the condition advertised, and the staff were very helpful with finalizing the deal, working with my insurance provider and credit union, and assisting in loading the car hauler trailer after the purchase. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Recently I had the best car buying experience ever! I ve bought many cars, both new and used, but my experience at Shelbyville Auto was by far the best ever! From the moment that I drove onto the lot it was pleasant. Angie my salesperson greeted me and not once pressured me in any kind of way. During the purchase process Joey assured me that if I had any problems that he would take care of it. I m here to tell you that their word is as good as gold! After getting the vehicle home I started to have a major problem with the transmission, I contact Angie and Joey, without hesitation they said bring it back and we will fix it. I ve now had the vehicle back for two weeks and it is driving like a new vehicle. Angie even took the time to check with me a week later to ensue everything was good. Shelbyville Auto has a customer for life and I will be sure to tell anyone looking to make the trip to Shelbyville!

Do Not purchase a vehicle from this company. My husband and I went to look at a vehicle they had for sale. Come to find out they don t take trade-ins or do financing. They will give you the run around which they did us for over a week. They won t answer text messages or emails. They always came up with an excuse as to why they didn t answer. So please take your business somewhere else!

Honestly, ..very very good experience. The staff there is very helpful in working with different situations and helped me greatly in getting the right financing options for the best deal as well as putting me in the perfect truck for what I was looking for. Good ol folks down there. I would highly recommend looking to Shelbyville auto sales if your in the market for diesels. A++
