Been about the only parts store I've delt with in a long time the sales people are the best and the friendly an will go the extra step to get your part or the rite one ..bubs/ trace is my go to sales man upfront an straight forward about your orders an parts may be the reason I haven't gone to any other parts stores ... Not sure if all still work there or not but they never see my business in there anymore tried twice terrible results

Although they were extremely busy, the employee took the time to help me find a tire plug kit. By the way, this is the only place in town that has tire plug kits. Thank you guys for great customer service and keep up the good work.

If you like friendly helpful people and a place that stocks what you need, then this is your place. Went to 3 different stores before going here not friendly and none had the battery i needed. NAPA had my battery and was great.

Best auto parts store in Shelbyville anytime I need a part or a tool this is my first stop shop. A lot of people complain about the prices at this store but what they don't understand is you get what you pay for if you want the best service around and the best tools without spending a fortune then these guys are the best.

They arent as helpful as they once was. They use to be very knowledgeable about nearly everything. Now all that lies in the hand of the hand full of old timers that are all hanging in there. But they still do try to help you. It may just take a little longer than it use to

Today I bought a hydraulic/fuel line here and double the price the same line was a few months back. Same brand and length and size, I was told that's the price I can't do anything about it. It will Try and never do business here again.

These guys save the day, when you're busy hell, the little things these guys do mean the biggest things when you are pressed for time. Hydraulic hose in a jiffy. I love Napa
