They gave me a oil change but when I asked them to put in new window wipers they took one out and didn't put a replacement in then they charged me $79.56 and it was supposed to rain all weekend and the whole week and I'm so mad I want a refund.

Took my car in for a brake job and was told $550, which I all but expected! Didn't like the price, but I was okay with it! I work 3rd shift and told them this as I dropped my truck off for repair, so it begins... I awaken the next afternoon alerted my truck is ready and arrived to do so and was hit with a 110% price mark up! "We tried to call and got no answer, so our Mgr. said to go ahead do the repairs..." I had previously given them business and never had an issue, up to this as it was the 1st and last time THIS PLACE will get a solitary dime from my wallet! This is poor business practice as they should not have taken upon themselves to "okay" a repair that you didn't confer with me at all about! Honestly I should have known better, but we all are guilty of "hoping" businesses will do the the right thing and yet here we are? Consumer beware, this can be you and to do someone like this during the holidays is even more appalling as I hope your families have a better Christmas than i will thanks to the 80+ hrs at work it took me to pay that bill I was hit with!

Took them 4 tries to get my oil leak. Corrected and I do not think it's still right won't go back. After all that I still had to pay extra for them to look at it the last time had to pay more for the Ford company to diagnostic for the 2nd. Time so it cost me actually another 300 dollars for them to check it twice. Don't go to Joel's for repair work.

Worst experience ever! I took my car so they can repair AC leak and all they did was filled it up with Freon. Three days later my air conditioner didn t work again! The worst part is that I was in Florida on vacation! I didn t drive my car until it was time to return and spend money buying Freon tanks to drive it back. I took it back to the shop and they charge me $420 more!!!! They didn t even apologize for someone not doing their job right the first time!!! I spoke to Joel and he basically said there was nothing he can do and he was going to charge me for labor and repair and hung on me! So unprofessional! Don t waste your time!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

Took my car in there told them the car is draining my battery and told them ALOT of othe issues, they call me back telling me it's the battery. They tried to charge me 350 or something like that. I told them it isn't the battery, I changed the battery out my self with help of my husband. Then when they looked at it they said NOTHING IS WRONG. That it was probably the battery this whole time. I reluctantly paid the dues. I drove it home 5 min drive, nothing. I hesitated on using it. Finally mustard up the courage to drive it because I had my mother in law in town to drive after me and the 1st drive I do it dies on the side of the road not even getting to murfreesboro. With in a week of getting it back! Don't waste your money here.

All the guys are always super nice and helpful. 100% the only mechanic shop that I feel comfortable enough going in without my husband and know they won t take advantage of the fact that I m a female!

My fianc� took her car up there, and after 2200 in repairs, her car is in worse-off shape that when it was brought to these dudes. Doesn t seem like anyone really has much clue of what s going on, her car was brought in first for power steering issues and of course they found everything else to replace, and did not touch anything power steering. Tbere was PS fluid all over the engine bay, along with a loose power steering cap. After both trips, still her cars belt now squeaks (which it didn t before) and the power steering whines way worse. It s so sad to see some people take advantage of someone bcs they re a young female. Just know i won t ever waste money or time there again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Ford ranger for a minor check up they told me it was the wheel bearings so told them to do the work left my truck there pick it up the next morning I got there and it was left unlocked I paid the guy before test driving it I was in a rush to get to work had to turn back around to let them know it was shaking worst than before and a strong smell of rubber told me he'll test drive it but instead got another guy come and tell me guessing that it was my tires or something else with out test driving it didn't even bother to do it I had to go to work so I left I spend $359.65 on a $70 job at this other shop and got it with in an hour they said they put in 3.5 hours on it sad that they couldn't fix it I thought I found a shop I could trust near me.. really sucks that wasn't the case.. always test drive before paying learn my lesson.. don't get me wrong the main guy is nice and all but the issue on my truck wasn't fix just took my money...

Joel Landers is the owner and operator of this business. He is very accommodating with any problems that arise with your vehicle. I know many times that he has given a customer a ride to where ever they needed to be ex. work, kids at home, or just so they didn't have to sit there at the shop.I just love this business and especially the generous owner!!

Poor communication, we were told multiple different days and times our vehicle would be ready, they failed to meet that deadline everytime and failed to contact me or my husband regarding these issues. When these issues were brought up the owner made excuses. If I could give zero stars I would. Because of their inability to work in a timely manner,I had to pay additional childcare fees and extra in gasoline.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was there 3 hours for them to put on front brakes and they charged Too much for a job that should take less than an hour and and charging bogus office supply a fee I do not recommend this place

Greg was able to get parts for my 2020 Hyundai and change my oil for a great price. Everyone wanted out the butt to change a few filters and change my oil. Thank you so much!!

The oil change I got was extremely fast, less than 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable and consistent with what most places charge, $30 or so
