I can not say enough good things about Carlos and Ariel. Not only did they come in really late (past closing time) To ensure I had a vehicle for the next day. They made sure I was happy with my vehicle. When I had concerns or questions they were quick to address the issue. I am very happy with the service they provide. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from them and we will continue to do business with them.

Very happy with my purchase! The owners were friendly and got me in a car I am in love with and feel comfortable in. Process was quick and painless. They never once pressured me but made me feel like they were there to help. Will be purchasing from them again!

We bought a Nissan from this guy February 22nd. It's been parked at my mechanic shop ever since. It drove ok during the test drive, then on the way back home to Tullahoma the transmission started to buck and slip. We contacted Carlos immediately and he offered us a limited warranty, but denied any responsibility stating that we bought it "as is".The only reason we didn't notice the problems during the test drive is because the car had not warmed up enough. Carlos claims to have driven it from Nashville with no issues. My attorney says that an as-is contract is void if the dealer fails to disclose any issues which I believe is the case here. Transmission won't just go bad overnight, there's no way he drove it that distance and didn't notice anything.We gave him a opportunity to do the right thing by buying the car back, but he said the only thing he could do was take it at trade in value which was PENNIES to what we paid for it! He's robbed is of $2500 and is completely ok with it.We waited all year for this tax return to be able to buy a second vehicle, we're low income and I'm about to lose my job because of this. We're having to take him to court to settle this. Just a warning to anyone who's considering buying from him so you'll know the caliber of person he is as well as the 'quality" of vehicle you're getting!

I didn't wanna give a star but I guess that's the only way I could give a review. I bought a truck from them two weeks ago,paid cash and been sinking money in it ever since. The truck was false advertised on Facebook marketplace to begin with but I over looked it. BIG MISTAKE! !! After owning it for one day had to put it in the shop for brake and rotor work. After getting out of the shop it started haven coolant issues. Checked my dip stick yesterday and found that I have water in my oil witch means I either have a blown headgasket or a cracked head! I think that's pretty sorry after only owning it for two weeks! !! I will never give this place anymore of my business and strongly suggest if you or anyone you know is thinking about buying a vehicle from this establishment run,or you could just throw your money in the trash cause that's basically what I did when I purchased the truck from them!!!

These people are scammers and as a local Google guide I warn anybody who tries to buy a vehicle that even my lawyer said they are committing Auto fraud they took $833 of my money for the vehicle to break down already had a Cadillac convertor going bad but the timing chain messed up too 10 days after getting this truck left me broke down on medical parkway exit in the middle of the road sitting in rush hour for them to get the truck find out the timing chain was messed up and contact me four days later to ask for payment for the vehicle and threaten repossession how u repossess something u already got and secondly who just past more money after already being ripped off over $800 to make matters worst I talk to the county clerk and even they had nothing but bad things to say in my opinion this place not only is bad business and scammers they really shouldn't be allowed to be considered a business and by the way I am going to add tithe vehicle they sold me was a family member of theirs vehicle and I am completely convinced they knew something was wrong with it but I will continue to keep pushing to have this business investigated one way or another
