Discussed rebuilding an 80 FLT. I had already purchased the motor and started the project. The frame and all parts that were to be reused were powder coated and sorted from various other parts from the original.The first thing the Owner said was my front end was not correct and I would have to replace it. He quoted $650-800 for a new replacement. I told him fin we could look at that once we started the build. He said work would begin in a month or two. I left the bike and parks including a Brand New S&S 93 motor and $2000 for him to start work. This was March 31, 2023.Well, he lied. I returned every couple of weeks asking for updates and kept getting false reports of "working on it, gonna start soon". I stopped in the week before July 4th vacation and was told "I have "him" sorting parts to start getting ready"I returned in August and was told "We had to bump you for a motor rebuild, but will start soon"I returned today and was told "I have "her" sorting our parts for powder coating." When I asked what parts Sugar said "We'll those rusty motor mounts and stuff"I provided brand-new chrome mounts.Told him I was done waiting and wanted my parts and money back. He said to return "In a few days" and they would see if he could find the parts and get them together. I demanded he return all of my property immediately., or we could involve law enforcement.Well, they made a big show of sending everyone in the back and slamming parts around only to bring out dust-coated boxes and my bike. They brought an extra front end and I told them that is not mine.Well yes, it is that is your "new" one.Where is my money?You have none we are square with the "work" we have done.I asked for an itemized bill.I will have to put that together over a few days.I gave him 30 SECONDS to reconsider his answer. He chose to continue claiming he had performed work on this motorcycle.So here we are. Probably have to sue him and drag him into court. All because he lacks integrity and honor.Photos of the "new" front end, and the freshly powder coated parts thrown into trash boxes are attached.Do not give this thief one dime until after he completes the work. Or better yet find a reputable shop.Now I am sure he is going to respond with a bunch of lies and explanations. Or have his 1%er buddies right more bogus reviews. I will update if/when I file.

Sugar is awesome everything went as expected service was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone. Going back soon for more upgrades. Plus it was raining when completed and he let me keep my bike there until the weather was over even though it was hard to leave behind. Best shop in town, went above and beyond for my bike and even gave a good chat while my bike was being worked on. Exceptional mechanics and they were very fast about things! Brought them an almost dead bike that would pretty much have to be resurrected from the dead. Do yourself a favor, do not take your bike here. Had my bike 6 weeks for a simple cam chest upgrade and were supposed to change my intake gaskets but apparently forgot. Had a new tire put on and 1 week later it was flat. Don't buy into his buddies giving him 5 stars. Talk to others who had the same experience. Surprised he's still in business. Consider yourself warned.

Had an issue with my ultra classic ABS system blockage. I called sugar told him what was going. He came to my house and made a diagnosis. Quoted me a price, ordered the parts, I was out of town working when the parts came in. These guys went by picked up my bike, made the repairs and delivered my bike back to my house. Great guys!!!! I brought my Harley in for a 5k service and performance modifications. To say that my expectations were met is an understatement. In addition to doing all the work perfectly they came in under budget which as you know is unheard of in customization . It s a small private shop with that old school feel where you can come in and talk bikes . I was traveling thru Shelbyville, TN and my battery died. I was definitely in a pinch. I called AMS and they sent a tech out with a new battery and installed. Went back to shop and they checked to make sure my charging system was working. All was good....They definitely took care of me and I would highly recommend them for your Harley needs. I've been riding for over 30 years and this has to be one of my best experiences. Whenever I am riding thru Shelbyville I will definitely stop in and say Hello. I have spread the word to all my riding friends to stop by too!Service: Battery

Changed my belt on 03 Road King Classic. Great guy, nice little shop. Quality work and a whole hell of a lot cheaper then Harley. Will definitely us this shop again. Thank you Sugar.

Not sure who you think i am, doesnt matter. Youre in business to do work on motorcycles. Not ruin them. Having people take their bikes and go to someone else isnt good.
