Been taking my cars here for 18 years. for a good reason. Recently took my car to a different place and was told I needed $800 brake job. Thankfully I got a 2nd opinion here and it turns out my brakes are just fine for another 10k miles or so. I mean Wow!! Ladies don't get ripped off. this place has ALWAYS done right by me. Thats a rare thing nowadays. Thank you Seymour Oil & Lube.

While having my car serviced (you can sit in your car) the tech spotted small seepage from valve covers. I was in the industry for 30 years and was hesitant to allow this work to a mostly maintenance type shop. All that being said I am truly happy with my whole experience here. I left a not so nice review a long while ago and whatever changed, great job guys. Car has never run better and its a newer car. This is a pleasant no pressure place to bring your car, if you live in the area you know how hard that is to find. Thanks again guys.

I've started using Seymour Oil & Lube as my primary mechanic and oil change spot. The staff really know what they're doing and are genuinely good honest people. It's refreshing to find a business that treats you right and does a fantastic job.

We just moved to this area a few months ago. I originally started going to a place in Knoxville. That place was overly pricey, staff had no personality, and I didn t feel like my car was in good hands or that they fully examined it. I drive for a living so needless say my car being safe so I can get home to my family is extremely important. I ve now been to Seymour oil & lube and I definitely won t go anywhere else!!! I feel like I am going to be safe on the road because of them and their prices are very reasonable. The staff are all nice and actually have personalities so that s another win. If you want someone to really check your car out and get everything done quickly and efficiently I highly recommend this place.

I've been here twice now, and haven't had any problems. I'm female and hate car maintenance. When I come for an oil change they always check fluids/filters etc and tell me if anything needs worked on. The guys who work here are friendly, and I feel safe here. Super convenient service, and pretty quick. Just come in anytime they're open, and you get to stay in your vehicle the whole time they work on it. I'd recommend to anyone.

I came in Hyundai Sonata for oil change . I always like there service as check every thing But only there prices seems going up for oil changes. Spend close to 70 dollars for oil change and When I found other places. For less 50 dollars for same service . Is why took my wife s vehicle somewhere else. For a Hyundai Santa Fe spend less than fifty dollars same service. Ty JohnService: Oil change

Great customer service. I went to Tennessee for a few days and decided to get an oil change before heading back home to Indiana. They went above any beyond. They check my tires air pressure and checked that all my lights were working. Wish they were closer to home. If I need service and I m in Tennessee I will definitely use this place again!Service: Oil change

The people were very nice and honest. He told me the cost of services upfront. Service was quick I was there maybe 20 minutes. They were very kind and understanding when my debit card declined 2 times. I had to call the bank to fix the issue. I will definitely be using them from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been to many oil change What places over the years And this is by far one of the better places I have been too. They techs are very nice and do a great job. Keep up the good work. I can leave here knowing I didn't get ripped off or have something performed that was not necessary

The workers are friendly and courteous. They always have a smile on their face and are happy to see you. They are knowledgeable about the cars they service and they notice things sometimes before I do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an oil change place. The mechanics are super friendly, and they do their job well and fast. Prices are also good, and they take good care of customers. I hated having to have my oil changed for a number of reasons until I came in a few months ago and they said that their oil changes were much cheaper than what I had been charged before. I'll definitely be back in 5,000 miles!

They are always fantastic. I have been going there now for about 9 years and they have always been great, super fast, friendly, trustworthy, and best of all good quality. I have thought something needs to be replaced and they ve told me, I wouldn t spend the money right now and wait a little longer. So even though they could be making money off you they are truthful and upfront with you! Even if it s busy the most I ve ever waited was maybe 20 mins. They clean you windshield, refill your washer fluids, and feel up your tires for free with the visit! I live 25 mins away from there and I still go there for service. I have tried other places over the years but never will again, cause they are the best out there! Thanks staff at Seymour oil and lube you guys are the best, I really appreciate you!Services: Tires, Oil change

If I could choose 10 stars I would ve. I arrived for an oil change and didn t have to wait behind anyone. You stay in your car (whoa!) It was super fast service. They began with checking all of my lights, signals etc. It was affordable and painless. Everyone was nice, professional, informative and most importantly not pushy. You can tell from the owner to the employees that they really care about customer service. Great job guys, thanks!

Extremely Satisfied with their work.Started coming here just last year after the place that had worked on my cars for my entire adult life closed their doors.Always upfront with replacement costs and no surprise fees at the end is very nice! Usually pay for my oil change about 10-15 minutes after docking my car.

I liked the idea that I didn t even have to get out of my vehicle. The guys were very professional and courteous and seemed knowledgeable in their work field. First time visit, just moving into the area. I was a bit cautious going to independent service. But they were fast, thorough and professional. They explained other service options wothout pushing for extra, which was nice. I will be going back.Update: I use Seymour Oil regularly now 2 years. The oil change and service has always been good and never had a problem. Price is reasonable also. Only complaints are small ones - e.g. They sometimes are out of stock on some parts like filters. They always clean the front window but last time the tech only cleaned the driver side?Service: Oil change

My second time here and just as good as first time. The guys are friendly and professional. I drive about 45 min to get there and it s well worth it.
