This place is a nightmare. I called for service, owner told me to came. I spend the night waiting because Thermo king is during weekend. After 3hrs I called because I don't see no one unit won't start on a -10. 9 am I decide to leave because this place waste my time. Avoid this place if you can. Bad business for owner Operator.

Long week working and fixing small truck like car problems, and Friday afternoon my car again would not work for so many reasons. So Saturday, I was tapped but for some reason, I called this number for a truck experts' advice. The kind mechanic who answered walked through some things and he definitely helped me. He could've tried to bill me upfront, which other repair companies have billed me upfront for anassessment and they didn't even fix it for me. He helped diagnose andfix it with a surgical kind ofexpertise.I will definitely give them my business again and recommend them to anyone and everyone.Honestly, I just felt relieved that there are some good people out there. Much hope via their help and kindness. Iwill hope they get the best customers and hope all the best to their company..Service: Electrical

A zero star would be the actual rating if it was available. I was down on paper for a Tuesday appointment for an alignment. Showed up and called because only an employee was there. Spoke to the manager and was told they aren't servicing Tuesday and to come back Thursday. I drove 30 minutes one way to get there to be lied to. Plus I don't live in this area. Atlanta would be mighty far away from yonder if I came back Thursday. No way to recommend dishonesty.

Excellent service and always just a phone call away. Jason and his team always put the customer first, especially when timing is critical. They have always helped us in a pinch, and they are our first call for truck repair. We were on the road late on a Sunday night and we blew an air hose. Jason answered the phone on the first ring and said bring it in ( I could still move the truck ) . Jason was attentive and professional. We were on our way to Daytona and had a firm time commitment we HAD to make. Jason and his crew are lifesavers. If ever in Central Ohio - would love to return the favor!~

Jason and his crew were great! He made a special trip at night to come help me then led me to his shop to make sure I made it safely. The hospitality and service is unmatched. Ask the labor rate before you use these landlocked pirates !I'm sure this business must not want repeat customers.I sent one of my trucks there to get a air bag on a drop axle replaced. If you're reading this and have been around trucks at all you probably know this is about a 1/2 hour to 45 min job. I also realize that there is a decent markup when you're stranded away from home base. It's just part of it so I don't normally write reviews like this.We drove the truck to his shop, there was no road call.He charged me about double ($389) for the part. I would have been okay with that if that was all.$30 shop supplies$60 to go get the part he alrteady charged me double for$30 to use my credit cardHere's the kicker 2.5 hours of labor at $185 per hour. My driver was barely there that long.To make a long story long it cost us $972 for a 1 hr job to replace an airbag. I would have been happy if it was 500 or even 600 because again I know how this game works.When I get the invoice via email I thought that maybe there was an error on the labor. I tried to contact them via email about the charges. I asked if they were correct and would they look at the bill again. The response I got was an email with nothing but another copy of the same $972 bill.As I told them in my email I was very appreciative of the service and getting my truck back on the road, but thought others should know that this is not a shop you want to use if you're an owner operator on a budget for repairs, It would have cost me less going to a Kenwoth dealer.As with any shop you're using while away from homeAsk the hourly labor rate before you don't get surprised

It's hard to find honest people in this industry. But this crew is amazing. Not only did the owner fix my truck. But also when he sat down at his table with his kids and family to eat. He gave me an invite...By the way the tacos where awesome!!! I highly recommend this place. Truly great people saved me thousands of dollars when another shop gave a wrong diagnosis. They treated me like family while I was there I only gave five stars because Google don't have a ten Star rating. Honesty and integrity are seldom found in today's truck world be assured you'll find an overwhelming abundance of both and more here.

When my husband had a tire blow out on his Bobcat trailer and was stuck on the side of the road, I called Knoxville Fleet Truck and Trailer Repair. Although they didn t sell the tire I needed, they were very helpful and gave me a recommendation for where to get a new one. Sharing their expertise went a long way to get us back on the road and is very appreciated.

They are extremely over priced. They charged me 1,000 for an air hose that he fixed and diagnosed in less than 20 mins, they were 30 mins away from me. Talk about high way robbery, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody 4-11-2022

Hands down my brother Jason is the truth..Came in town on a Saturday had a lil hiccup with my tractor and my brother Jason got rite to it..I visit a lot of shops and Jason has got to be the most honest Mechanic I have ever met..And he knows his craft well,you gotta appreciate that being a Owner Operator outhere nowadays...It's hard to find good help when being outhere on the road..Jason I Preciate u my brother your are a blessing family...1luv

One hour computer diagnostic and one hour ABS check for $615.00 he charged $790.00 at the first before I complained and he reduced to $615 and he doesn t that much at all and said nothing wrong with the truck and before driver leave from his shop all the lights is back not recommended!!

Called Saturday night for help he asked me send me some pictures i send couple pictures and he said i find part for you but it s going to be fixed Monday i told him that s fine i wait till Monday on Monday i was calling he was keep declining my calls finally got a text massage at 12:30 told me the part is 20 minutes away from me he didn t show up till 3:30 i called again he told me this is not the wright part he told me i will call you back in 5minutes never called me i called again and he told me the part is on back order waisted my two days

Called for road side tire repair for one of our trucks. Person who answered the phone stated that TA is going to be a lot cheaper and I m 6 hours away .... psychic too I guess because I never told them where my truck was lol.
