Can't remember if his name was Mitch or Mason? Younger kid, He was there today at 3pm, anyways.. He took the time to come outside when I asked him to help me figure some stuff out. Polite, and willing to listen. Always been a O Reillys dude but didn't have luck with customer service at the one in Seymour. Advance was helpful but not like Auto Zone. THANK YOU! Very helpful

Stopped here from out of town. Headlights and brake lights out. Mitchell helped us out and was out the door with everything fixed. Nice guy and great service!

After stopping at Advance, who is 1st on my commute home, that did not have my parts in stock nor the conventional oil I need, I went on to Auto Zone. They had all of my parts in stock plus my oil. Eric & Paige, at the Seymour store, were so helpful & nice. Next time I'll go straight to Auto Zone1st, even if it is out of my way!Thanks guys & gals, keep up the good work x5

Did not like this store I tried to have my alternator tested and they told me they can't test alternators all they can test is batteries and check engine lights so I asked him if he had a battery tester because i have had one checked before with the battery tester they have both functions so then he asked his manager and he said they they don't check alternators here so I went to the pigeon forge store and they tested it for me now that store has real helpful employees

Picked up part for Ford F150. Got wrong part 1st go around due to lady didn't grab correct part had to go back. All is good. Got truck back up and running same day with OEM parts. Didn't have to drive too much of my out way or have to wait for coil pack.

Excellent friendly service ,the young lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeably about the products. She had a continuous smile . I was buying windshield wipers and she offered to put them on my car. I will not hesitate to shop there again. I wish I had obtained the young ladies name she was a credit to the store.

I have no one to blame but myself given my personal and professional experience with their inexperience. This time knowing better but with 2 merchandise cards in wallet from 2 of countless previous incorrect parts and not knowing their balance thought i'd give it a shot. Gave year, make, model, submodel, drivetrain, engine, THEN part needed...once the rain stopped 5 hours later and my stupidity found the component handed to me was about 30% smaller ID/OD (i suppose I shouldve pulled out the caliper and angle). Do yourself a favor and drive 5 more minutes down the road to O'Reillys as i did again this evening even had the component removed and in a bag by my side. Spare yourself walking in and not finding an employee as they are 10 rungs high on the ladder playing on their phone.

Would give 0 stars, I bought a battery that was $30 more than what I saw online. The sales rep said they couldn't install, even after he had went to look at it before the purchase! I've had a new battery put in at the same place or advanced auto, maybe should try there? Was just sent off with the battery in my passenger seat after being jumped off, won't be back. Absolutely terrible

I went in there today to do a return. I explained to Chelsea that part of it was paid with store credit and the rest was cash and I had the receipt. She tried to say that it might be all store credit and I told her that didn t make sense. She was very condescending and argumentative with me. She even said at one point, that s what I just said I don t like being talked to like an idiot. Of course I got the cash part back like I knew I would.

Great store, great prices... my windows stopped working and the employee came out and said it was probably a blown fuse.. mine are very hard to pull and he checked a few grabbed the bad one and had my windows back up and working within 10 minutes. I'll definitely use this store from now on

Chelsea was so nice and helpful. We are traveling and had issues with our windshield wiper. It flew off while it was still raining. She helped install it and was very friendly.

Was told parts were there wasnt was on phone a hour 5 mins they hung up was told parts were under warranty when sent to get they said had to pay for them went back said they were and hadnt come in yet they were suppose to called me never have bad all the way around but nice commercial guy have to say need more guys like him

They are always helpful and friendly. They are where I go for automobile parts. I needed a new battery. They did a check of my electrical system and gave me my options of batteries. He installed my new battery and disposed of the old one for me.

Worst customer service ever if I could give zero stars I would. stood at the counter waiting to pay both guys continued to answer phones and look for parts after 20 min I set my stuff on the counter and left. I will never return to this horrible store

The staff was nice and gave good suggestions. Only one issue; battery died on my girlfriends car because the alternator went bad. I jumped it and drove it here. They said they couldn't do diagnostics because the battery was to low, so we asked them to charge the battery, which they did. The guy then suggested getting a new battery because "this one might be going bad from being jumped and recharged" and then did not offer to run a diagnostic after the battery had charge. Then tried to get us to buy a new battery... even though this one was holding a charge and we knew it was the alternator. We ended up just driving the car down the road to Chips for a diagnosis. The battery is fine. It was the alternator.

Stopped there today for 2 reasons: I was LOST and I needed a fuse for my car outlet. Not only did ANDREW change out my fuse and provide me a couple of spare fuses and pliers, but showed me how to do it myself. Also, he gave me thedirections i needed! So refreshing to find someone like him while on vacation. Andrew needs a raise, Autozone!!!!

Your website is total garbage. Cant change store to your store. It keeps moving store all over and says "oops something went wrong" well oops I can't buy what site won't show me, so I'll shop elsewhere.
