I'm never upset or disappointed when I leve with my purchase... sometimes if they don't have something at hat moment I might be, but that's life... no complaints: I dig 'emSometimes I think "they work at an auto parts store, shouldn't they know that? ... but really, they just need to know how to get you the right product you need. There's always people who know much more than me that work there, but not everyone is a mechanic... if you need someone else's knowledge, that's what an actual repair shop is for.

Conner was a life saver!!My sweet older neighbor called me today because her car would not start at the Seymour post office. I drove down there and it seemed to be her battery.We packed up her groceries from her trunk, put them into mine so they would not spoil, took them home and put them away.On the way back, we stopped by Advanced Auto in Seymour and I explained the situation. I asked if there was a way that they could check her battery across the street at USPS. She was parked in a space that we could not get jumper cables close enough to and the parking lot was too busy to try and roll it out of the space for easier access.Conner immediately grabbed the portable unit to jump her car off, met us at USPS, and got her car started.He politely instructed her to come across the street for him to test the battery, so we did. He was able to determine that the battery, that was 7 years old, was dead and needed to be replaced.Within 10 minutes he had the new battery in and my sweet neighbor was on her way.Thanks Conner for giving exceptional customer service!!(Biscuit and Jenny, you raised him right!!)Shout out to Kacey for her kindness and holding the fort down while Conner was away!!

I came into Advanced Auto in Seymour TN. As soon as I walked in the front door I was greeted by the employee on duty named Connor. He was extremely professional, very confident, and seemed eager to help me. He went over and above and took care of my needs. This has definitely been the best experience I have ever had with Advanced Auto. Thank you

Chris was absolutely the most customer service focused employee . I needed my headlights replaced. He took time to understand me ,evaluated the car and took the time to explain the difference in quality from regular and led. If that were not enough he installed them for me because he knew I did not know the difference between where the low beam and high beam bulbs were located in the car. I know now thanks to his patience. I would shop here anytime I needed a product if he were the employee on duty. Hire more employees like this and your company will soar to greater heights than you have ever known. Thanks Chris you put the service in customer service.

This Seymour store cannot seem to complete an order to save their life. I have ordered an oil filter from this store to be delivered to the Winn Field Dunn Pkwy store and for three days have said it's on its way. Each time was never sent and then sent the entirely wrong filter. Whoever is running this store should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed! I will never recommend anyone to go to the Seymour store!!!

Love this place. An odd situation i had going on was I had order shoe strings from vans.. completely different store and for some reason it shipped there. Has anyone experienced this

Casey and the gentleman that was working with her tonught deserve a raise! Both were very helpful and patient with me. They fixed my headlamp right up! The service and kindness was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff but I had to order my purchase online to get the advertised discount on the air conditioner charging freon. SO I had to have a family member pay with a card and give them cash and come back to get it... The employee had said I could return it if it wasn't my freon after I checked it.. so right after I checked it i came in to unfortunately return it and see about a different air conditioning part ..and I couldn't return it after all bc they said it wasn't processed yet .. I had to wait for it to process online and then it still turns out it could only be refunded as a credit on the family members card for a return to happen I would need to have the family member pay me back. It was very stressful.

I ve been a customer at this location for years, and staff is always friendly and helpful at finding me just what I need for my Jetta (special thank you to Kasey for her knowledge on VW). They ve even helped me figure out how to install some minor parts in my vehicle (air filter, battery, fuses, lights). Thanks advance auto seymour

Not only did they send the wrong power steering pump the first time I ordered it, they couldn't even manage to get the right to the store after re ordering. Some one needs to start double checking there pick tickets before sending parts out of the warehouse

Courtney really made my visit personal and was very hands on. She really knows her way around the tool section. She took care of all my needs and is very knowledgeable and experienced. She deserves a raise.

I ordered a Gold battery, paid for it online. I was told I could pick it up at the store, they would install it. Got to the store, the clerk was outside installing another battery. He said three batteries were just sold, I was 3 in line. I said no problem, that's fine. I can wait. I asked the clerk if he would check the alternator after he installed the battery. He was very rude and argued with me. I said I was going on a 500 mile trip and my battery was dead, and the alternator might be at fault as well. He was rude while doing the test. I will never go there again. I will go to the other auto part store from now on.

I've Loved this auto parts store since well before 2010 can't remember the exact year it was built but been going to it for quite a while I will pass up O'Reilly's coming from Knoxville to go to this particular auto parts store knowledgeable staff courteous and no one's ever been rude to me customers or employees I can't say the same for O'Reilly's right down the road from this store

Did not have my parts in stock nor do they stock my preferred brand of conventional oil any longer.I went to Auto Zone just down the road & they had my parts & oil in stock.

I'm not sure what happened, but the last few times I've been in the store, the help has been lacking, when they used to be awesome. Also, they are ridiculously overpriced. I'll be going to Wal-Mart from now on!

The advance auto part on Chapman highway and Seymour always goes above and beyond customer service.Jim, especially did an awesome job helping with a difficult Job of removing my car battery in and replacing it with a new one.
