Captain Chris is hands down, the BEST glass man around!! He replaced a windshield in our Jeep Wrangler and was able to do it onsite at my wife s place of work, incredible!!Very professional and Top Notch Guy!! 5 stars & Highly Recommend!!

Chris was really awesome in helping us out when our windshield cracked driving to Pigeon Forge. He communicated when running behind due to traffic and was apologetic for not being 100% on time. He quickly replaced the windshield and I was on my way. He also provided all documentation I needed to get reimbursed by my insurance. I highly recommend A Touch of Class if you need a windshield replacement!

Chris was a life saver for us. We were on vacation in Tennessee from Missouri, nine hours away, when my car was rear ended the Saturday we arrived. My back windshield completely shattered. We called around to all the auto glass shops on Monday and no one was able to help us while we were in town. Thank goodness for A Touch Of Class. He had us meet him in Sevierville on Thursday, the day before we had to leave, and quickly replaced the back windshield. Highly, highly recommended.

Did great on glass repair. But broke my ELECRTIC back hatch. Wont latch anymore. Using a bungee cord at the moment. Paid 152$ for the part they should pay for.

I made an appointment last week to get my driver's side window fixed. The guy called to reschedule for today between 1-3pm. No one has called or showed up. Thank you so much for not being professional. I would love to know what number you called., because I didn't receive a phone call from you guys. Liar wow

I was on vacation when my drivers side window chipped. When we got to the cabin I made one phone call and was fitted in for service. On time, great communication, and perfect service. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone in the area. Even vacationers.

I got my windshield on our Chevy Suburban fixed with Touch of Class this morning. We had a small chip in the middle of the windshield. It was $125 which I felt was a little steep but it was much cheaper than a new windshield would be if it cracked and he said they will take the repair cost off of the price of a new windshield should it still crack after the repair. Overall I think it's a decent value. He did the work quickly and was very professional. Obviously I can't speak yet as to the longevity of the repair but, based on this experience, we will be calling Touch of Class for our next windshield or repair.

Got us in very fast for repair, cane near my home, and even cleaned up and vacuumed out my moms car for her since she has problems with her hand and needs surgery! Thank you so much! Hope to not need you again anytime soon but I ll call you if we do!

I have had many windshield chips fixed and have never had my whole windshield get cracked by the provider. I set an appointment to drive to this mobile service to get an appointment earlier. He showed up half an hour after our appointment and then when repairing without warning or notice he cracked the whole windshield. It was a very small chip that is now costing me $1000. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They changed the windshield glass on my truck, amazing quality of the glass and very fast on the job, they helped with the driver window glass that s wasn t working properly and gave me a discount since they told me to meet at 2p.m but I end up waiting for them for like 5 minutes. They were polite and professional. Would recommend this place a lot.

Very professional and honest. They were able to help me out with a simple 5 minute fix that the big box windshield company was going to charge me 10x's the price and keep my car overnight. I really appreciate their honesty. I will absolutely be using Touch of Glass in the future with any windshield repairs. 100%!

Very professional! Answered my call right away, quoted an extremely reasonable price. Set the appointment for the very next day, called before arrival which was on time. Was very polite, super friendly and worked quickly. My windshield came out beautifully, and even cleaned it before he left. Didn't have any kind of problems and every part of the experience was easy and pleasant. I hope everyone will consider supporting this local businesses!!

Chris was very helpful and friendly. Not to mention he did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I also had to let him finish the car by himself cause I had to go to work and he was very professional about it. When I got home from work I was very pleased with the job. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Customer Service -- My car was broken into and the passenger window was busted our during lunch - I called Touch of Class Autoglass and they worked me into the schedule. Brandy answered the phone and was very polite, friendly, and super helpful. Which I appreciated since I was so frazzled. She was extremely professional. Chris came to the my home and installed the glass with no issues. It was so fast and he showed up exactly when he said he would. The service given by this business is amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work!

I had a crack in the windshield and this company was so quick to respond. They were able to come to my job and repair while I was working, which made it very convenient. The work was flawless, the price was exactly what was quoted to me, and it looked brand new. SO thankful for a business that really helps their customers and takes the time to do things the right way. I will use them from now on!

I am new to Seymour and this is the company I used to get a window replaced. This company is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Chris showed up on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When I called the office, Brandy was the nicest lady and was so helpful. This is one of the perks of a small town - you can use a business, owned by a local family, and get excellent service, without getting ripped off. My truck looks brand new thanks to this company... I would definitly recommend.
