This is my second visit, even though I live in Gatlinburg. I really like this place, the staff are exceedingly friendly and competent.In particular, I appreciate Elizabeth, and when I mentioned this, she immediately gave credit to her crew. This speaks highly of both her and her crew.It s not cheap, but it s easy and I feel confident in their service.Unfortunately I will need be return because they did not have an air-conditioning service person available, but staffing is an issue everywhere.Congratulations Elizabeth, crew, and Store.

Last night I was on my way to Knoxville, when my Jeep alerted me that the tire pressure was low in one of my tires. I pulled over to put air in the tire and quickly realized, air was coming out almost as fast as I could put it in. It was a little after 7:00 pm, so my options for repair were next to none. I saw the Valvoline sign and lights on across the street and decided to drive over and see if by chance they did any work on tires. As I entered the parking lot, I saw the dreaded sign telling me they had closed at 7:00. I drove around the back side of the building only to find an employee, Vincent, there getting ready to head home. He could have easily pretended not to notice me and gotten in his car, but instead, he came over and asked if we needed help. After telling him yes, he sprang into action! He quickly found my jack and the tools he needed to change the tire. There in the dark, cold parking lot, he went to work .with a smile! Shortly after beginning to work, his manager Zach, came out, also likely ready to go home after a long day, but he too, without hesitation, jumped in to happily help. These two men were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Both these guys refused money for their efforts. These guys helped simply because they are good men and have good hearts. If you go by there, give these two wonderful guys a shout out! I am more than grateful for them. Valvoline hit the jack pot with these two!

My husband and I were going to head home from a week in Sevierville when we discovered we had an issue with our oil that required us to get our vehicle serviced. We received stellar service from Vincent, Noah, & a third young man whose name I didn't catch (dark hair, glasses). The trio went above and beyond for us to make sure that our vehicle was good to go for our trip back to the Chicago area. Highly recommend!!

Manager's Vance and Vincent always have a big friendly smile and a courteous, polite, and respectful manner. Choose the oil that best fits your budget or vehicle requirements. They will also check your fluids, tires, lights, and filter. They let you know what's what and can offer solutions at very fair prices. Don't be fooled by the Express place down the road that pretends to be the true professionals. Let the Valvoline experts keep your car maintained and best of all, you never have to leave your vehicle.

Quick and efficient oil change for a competitive price. The service was top notch- the manager greeted at the car to welcome and provide estimated wait time, the service professional was welcoming and explained options in a feature/benefit method with zero pressure to buy. The location is very clean and it was great to see all staff working together and looking like they were happy at work. Recommend 100%.Service: Oil change

I was very pleased with this location. There were three cars ahead of me and all together I still was only there maybe 30 minutes at the most. Staff was very professional and extremely efficient. I will definitely be going here when I need an oil change.

The crew at Valvoline were honest and trustworthy. We are from out of town, and had an oil issues with our truck. They were open on a holiday weekend, and completed an oil exchange on our truck. During the process, they saw that we had not completed our differential exchange. They offered a discount to take care of both the front and rear. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs during the process. They also gave us some great tips on the town.

The staff here was super friendly and on top of their game. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Looks like they have plenty of staff as well. These guys don t have the issue of taking forever because they don t have enough people to work. Would definitely go back there again.

My daughter and I are regular customers. Especially for a female, not getting out of vehicle and takes bout 10/15 minutes. Is wonderful and the staff are great!!

I was very impressed with the service. They communicated frequently to each other during the oil change and explained every step they were taking. Checked everything and didn t try to oversell me. Highly recommend.

Do not have services performed at this location. I was threatened with being kicked out, for asking Vance not to test my battery because it was new. He was very rude about my request, and I was not rude to him. I simply told him about me speaking with corporate and then assuring me, that a service I don't want done is my request I don't want it done, and a technician shouldn't do it. He got upset thinking I'm arguing over this, when simply I was requesting it as the customer. He explained he was manager, and he would get in trouble if he didn't do it by his manager, so I asked if his manager was on site, he replied he was the Manager. He then threatened me to be kicked out because he was gonna argue about it. I wasn't arguing, I requested something Not be done, and he should have simply replied, sure, no problem. Instead, I'm treated as I have no say in my vehicle. Well Vance, I did and have connected corporate in this matter. Sir, please be more respectful to the customer, because my request was not a unreasonable request. I hope your customer service traits are improved after someone hired up speaks to you about this matter and my experience with you today. I will not have services done at this location as long as Vance is employed at this location.Thanks, a very disappointed customer.

Was 2nd in line. 4 cars from the other lane went through. I finally got out of my car to ask what the issue was. They said there was an issue with the vehicle in the bay. I asked why aren't you moving people to the other lane. The girl said oh I was just about to that. I told her it's too late now. I don't have another 45 minutes to wait. She didn't seem to care. No customer service. I did have a few choice words. I definitely won't be back. I'll find someone else to give my money to.

Me and my boyfrind owe a lot to the people who work at this location. After going off road, we found we were leaking oil. The amazing staff here were able to diagnose our problem (a dented and leaking oil pan) and really took care of us to the extent they could while we were so scared being so far away from home. I could not be more thankful to the lovely and empathetic staff here, doing what they could even during the past weekends snowstorm. Bless your hearts. Vincent, Zach, and Elizabeth. I hope I'm getting those names right. You were our angels.

Very nice technicians got in and out. Probably within 20-25 minutes. Baby in a little bit too much of a hurry supposed to check on prices on a couple of services that I was gonna have done but nothing came about it.

Zach was so helpful and personable. He not only shared his knowledge of my vehicle with me and what it would need soon, but was able to take the time to have a friendly conversation with me about my day.All of the staff was sure to do every bit of what an oil change should come with and made sure I saw the oil stick before leaving, which is small but I feel rare that oil change places do that! We stopped in to have our transmission fluid checked and ended up having to have it serviced. The whole team was very helpful and professional. Vincent was the one who talked to us and kept us updated on what was happening. He was very helpful and kind. Had an oil change in October at the Winfield Dunn pkwy., Sevierville location. They SPILLED oil on my engine an BROKE my dipstick that I didn't realize until my next oil change!!!!!! Inexperienced mechanics and unprofessional! They were all young adults except for one and he was trying WAY too hard to fit in. If they weren't so reckless with something as simple as an oil change I wouldn't have left a bad review about the mechanics behavior but now it's a lack of experience!!

Very friendly and informed me of problems the last oil place caused. They are fast but not too fast, which is important. They're actually checking things and making sure everything is put back together properly. Bobbie is a hero among men, and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back for my future oil changes. They even do batteries, which I did not know. So happy they opened up in this area.

We were traveling and needed an oil change. Bobby and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. They changed it oil, checked all fluids and made sure or tires were perfectly inflated. Great job twice today. It was hot, you were short handed and yet you all were very friendly, getting the job done and explaining everything to all the customers that I could hear from my vehicle. Blake was great and impressed twice as I did my vehicle first and then brought my wife s for a return visit. It was not a fluke. They are the real deal. I have managed automotive for over 20 years and they made me feel at home. Would not be afraid to send my wife or children here. Keep up the great work I will be back.Services: Battery, Oil change

The technicians were friendly and thorough. They checked all my fluids, the air in my tires, my wiper blades and my air filter. They did not try to upsell me. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is a little pricey, but when you are getting a full synthetic oil change, it IS pricey. I think it was a good value for the money, especially with the coupon. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went to this Valvoline while being in town 8 hours away from home. Didn t need an oil change air pressure randomly was off in all tires I was thinking the worse. The guys here were extremely nice and VERY professional. Michael was the one to install air in my tires also taking a look over my tires (thank you). No one hesitated to help this momma out. Thank you all for being so kind!! Recommend this place 110%!

Bn using them since starting my driving job but I know a wiring issue poor kid tried telling me it was wiring issue with a headlight lol nah I have a degree in auto body you just didn't want to do it I get it it's hard to get to. Lol

Did not return my lug nut key where they got it from. Manager insisted his employees are professionals and always put it back. Well I don t have it and they were the last to touch it.
