Fast Efficient ServiceWhat a Great team! Came in for a oil change, had a small issue, the guys hooked me up with a small plug for my dip stick I left at home. Came back the next day, got the oil changed and they cleaned off the oil I spilled. Also was informed the last place that changed my oil used the wrong filter, that could of ended badly Thanks Y'all!

The team at Valvoine Express Care are the absolute best! We take our personal vehicles and our fleet vehicles there and it's a great experience every time. You can tell they work as a team because the process from start to finish is seamless. They communicate well together and work efficiently to get my vehicle back on the road. They changed my oil, fuel filter, and tire rotation and aired them up all in about 20 minutes. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the services they offer and you can bet they'll take great care of your vehicle! 10/10 would recommend!

I ve had my oil changed here three times now, as I drive a lot. The service is always super quick and professional. I had an issue just now with a drain plug that was failing, so when I noticed that there was oil on the garage floor I brought it back. They fixed the drain plug and topped off the oil gratis! I can t be happier with the service here my only reservation in leaving a 5-star review is that I ll be busier :-)

My truck was overdue an oil change and their location was convenient for me. I was able to drive right in, greeted very nicely by a team of employees, they asked all the right questions, they all immediately began working, and had things completed before I knew it. When I had arrived I mentioned I had a tail light out and within a minute a nice man had the old bulb out, told me where to go buy one, bring it back, and they d put it in for me, which I did. And before I left I mentioned I was having trouble with my seat belt clasp. They took time to look at it and were able to fix it in just a few minutes as well. They were very nice, very kind, very professional, and they all worked together as a team which was very impressive. I was assured that everything was done properly, told that if I had any issues to bring my truck back, they would gladly check my tires any time, see that things were working properly, answer any questions for me, and they reminded me of the hours and days they were open. I was reminded to download the app, and to check on coupons and specials too. I am very glad, and very happy that I stopped there. I will be going back, and I will also be taking my other vehicle. I recommend this location highly for all the right reasons!!Thanks guys for taking care of my truck Bob and for being so kind!!!!

Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. There were a couple cars in front of me and I was still in and out in 15 minutes! They replaced my wiper blades at a great price and went WAY above and beyond to help me with my headlights. This is my second time having a great experience here and I will NEVER go back to Walmart, they have gained a customer for life!

Needed a quick mistake fixed, I had replaced my tires however, they didn t put the new tires in the front which gave my stepdad concern so he told me I needed to fix this asap before it could really damage my car. Brought it here and these guys had taken care of me right away. They were all very sweet and got the issue resolved in no time!

Pulled up and was politely greeted and was in and out in no time. Good quick friendly service like you would expect. I highly recommend you come and check out the guys at ExpressCare Valvoline on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville Tennessee. The tech also pointed out that he saw some oil that may be from a leak, but it may just be that the oil pan nut wasn t tight, so I m real happy that he took the time to point that out to me so I can keep an eye on it.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went to top off my oil today, and became panicked because I couldn't find my check card. I had just gotten gas, and was thinking I left it behind.Anyway, Michael was sweet as could be, topped off my oil, showed me the dipstick was reading full, and got me on my way lickety split so I could go find my check card.Every time I go there, I always get outstanding service! Thanks, fellas!

We had to make an emergency pit stop because our brake system light kept coming on. These guys not only took time to check and fix everything, but they explained everything to us and made us feel at ease about our trip home. Highly recommend using them! Best valvoline experience we have ever had.

This was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had!! They even let me know about some damage I didn't know I had and pointed me in the correct direction of how to fix it!! They all spoke and carried themselves professionally!! Truly a great job guys!!!

I went to get my oil changed on my lunch break, and was in and out within 15 minutes. They checked and informed me with everything they were doing. Very polite and professional. Went out of their way to make sure discounts were applied and I was happy with service. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Stopped in on 2-13-24 and they pulled me right into the bay got my info, changed my oil fast as lightening. One of the friendly and most courteous staffs that I ve delt with at one of these places. I highly recommend anyone to get their oil changed here! Good ppl fast service.

Came in to get my oil changed and quick and professional doesn't even describe it. Will was very courteous and explained to me maintenance items that I'd need replaced soon. They checked everything on the car. Will was even nice enough to point me in the easiest direction home. I was his customer at a prior establishment and he's the reason I came into this new one. Any problems and Will is the guy to go to.

I've stopped numerous times for various reasons, mostly because I have no knowledge of vehicles except how to drive one, at that I am still not really good however each and every single time these boys and girl, have truly gone above and beyond to keep mine and my child's ride at top notch! I am truly grateful for this crew of people! The way they treat you is Best, Great people, with great knowledge, Thanks Doug and crew!

I was here on vacation & my oil light came on. I only had 5% oil life left! I searched for an Express oil change place & saw that this one had great reviews. Michael & his staff were awesome! The service was quick. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a great discount! I highly recommend them! Thank you Michael

The team worked quickly to get my oil change and also pointed out a couple of air filters that were bad.1 was my Air conditioner filter and it still had the original in there and it was six years old. It was absolutely filthy. I will definitely recommend and use these guys again.

I got a quick & easy oil change done it is a drive threw company you just pull up & they take care of the rest while you sit in the car!! It took about 15 mins or less!! Very happy with the service!! It costed a little more then i was expecting to pay but Micheal was extremely nice & took care of me & brought it down a bit. It was very fast & efficient & would definitely go back for any of my car needs.Service: Oil change

We were on vacation and had an oil leak. Went to several places and were told we would have to leave the car. We found Valvoline Express Care and drove right in. We explained our problem. Will went under the car and immediately found the problem! Our car was fixed in less than 15 minutes! The service technicians were so friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with the car.We cannot thank Will and the whole crew for taking such good care of us. We are now on our way to drive the Roaring Fork!

Excellent experience!! We weren t able to be helped by the other Valvoline on 66, Michael and his staff here saved the day. Smiling faces and all around good vibes, everyone was great. They also get bonus points for playing Lynyrd Skynard.

Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to make sure my truck was safe to drive. I was having a problem after getting my breaks done and they found the issue and addressed it. The place that did my brakes never applied the fear to the pads and thus place made sure everything was done right

Amazing experience and by far the fastest oil change I've ever had in my life! These guys are awesome and I won't be going anywhere else for future oil changes.
