I can not say enough about this garage. They were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Tried to get my vehicle in on a Saturday for a repair but wasn't able to get us in. Made us an appointment for Monday morning at 8 am. Had us back on the road home by 9:30am. Price was very fair, and work was quality. If you need a repair in the Pigeon Forge area, this is the place.

Like most people here, we were on vacation when our car broke down. Alternator stopped working and we were stuck in an intersection. The police officer that assisted us recommended Smokey's Garage and it was conveniently located within walking distance of where our car was stuck. We dropped it off Easter Sunday night and had the car back the next day in working order (my wife swears it is working better than ever). They could have easily lied and said we had leaking hoses or something, but they were truly honest and only told us exactly what was wrong and fixed it within hours. The cost was slightly better than we expected which was a nice surprise. The garage itself is super clean and the employees are super nice and helpful. Smokey's is the real deal and you should feel safe having your car repaired there if you are in a similar unfortunate situation.

We were heading back home, a 12 hr drive, when all of a sudden the tire light went on. We stopped and the people were great and got us in right then and there. It has a nice little wait area and fun show room of different and older cars. Highly recommend if you're needing help w any car troubles.

Thanks to the great people at Smokies for getting us back on the road after our car broke down while on vacation from Ohio. Every dealership was booked but Smokies said "come on down" and had us back on the road by the end of the week. We can't thank their friendly staff enough for the effort they put into our Jeep to get us back home.!

We were broke down and the Chevy dealer suggested Smokey's Garage. We got the vehicle there, and they were so kind. They fixed our car and before the day they promised. They recognized my Service as I am a Marine Vet. WOW! I needed new fenders put on my Jeep and Jason did an amazing job installing them. He went out of his way to fabricate a few pieces so they would fit right! Excellent/fast service, quality work, all at a great price. Thank you Jason.

I was on vacation in the mountains and the last day of vacation my CV Axel went out on my truck I took it to their shop and they charged me over 800$ to fix it. I drive home (4hrs) and it starts making a noise. Turns out they didn t take some kind of ring of the axel making it not be pushed all the way in. They also didn t inform me that the ball joint was bad and upper control arm. They told me also I had an oil leak but couldn t find it but another mechanic shop knew exactly where the leak was coming from. I would not recommend this place unless there is absolutely no where else.

My wife and I were on vacation, 12 hours from home, when my truck started acting up. I brought it to Smokey's after reading many of the website reviews. It was not an easy diagnosis but Daniel and his mechanics never gave up on me the entire time. Once diagnosed, my truck was repaired within the timeframe given me. We were able to drive home as scheduled due to the consideration and professional workmanship of Smokey's Garage. We made it home without any more complications with the truck. I would absolutely recommend using Smokey's Garage.

Went on vacation, 500 miles from home and experienced vehicle issues. I was advised to try this garage from a big dealership. Spoke with Dan who was very personable and understanding of my situation. Dan allowed me to bring my vehicle in the day before and if he had a chance, he would start working on it. Within an hour and a half, I received a call that the problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered. Within four hours received another call that my vehicle was finished; well ahead of schedule. The work was quality and the staff was more than professional and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this place to everyone I can who needs quick reliable, professional work done.

Smokey's saved my daughter's Sweet Sixteen trip! My daughter and I were heading to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge from Chicagoland for a 4-day weekend to celebrate her Sweet Sixteen. We left early in the morning and after nearly 10 hours of driving were in Sevierville when I noticed smoke coming from near the front passenger tire of my Ford F-150. It was 4:30 on a Friday and I desperately started calling garages in the area - the first 4 turned me away (even after explaining our situation - they wouldn't even look at it). Smokey's agreed to take a quick look, but didn't make any promises. I drove it over and they got it right in. It was the brakes (not a quick job). The owner himself (Jason, an awesome dude) stayed and did the job himself - even driving over to an auto parts store for another part when the first place sent the wrong one. He stayed nearly until 8pm on Friday and saved my daughter's Sweet Sixteen trip (we made it to Dollywood and got to see the Great Smoky Mountains). Not only were they gracious to help us out in a pinch, the work was top notch - we had absolutely no problems with the truck all the way back. And the rates were very affordable. Thanks, Jason!! We were in town vacationing and had a problem with our truck. Called Smokey s and they got us in right away. Very nice receptionist and great mechanic! They were both very helpful. So, coming from a mechanic family and never taking anything to anyone to fix, it s real hard to breakdown and go to a garage. Lots of garages out there are ripoffs and charge outrageous prices. With that being said, Smokey s is an AWESOME place to go and get your car repaired. Everything from the scheduling online, to the initial walk in, lobby/waiting area atmosphere, repair diagnosis, and most of all the price was just fantastic.I took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an A/C not working after trying to fix it myself. With no luck and could not find a leak, I was thinking it was gonna cost me $1,000s of dollars. So with out having machines to do any further testing and stumped with what was wrong, I decided to take it here after hearing this place was own by people who wanted to help out the locals and be affordable. My appointment was at 3, I got there 20 minutes early and they took it right back. Within 10 minutes, she came out and said Hey, I want to show you something . We had a black scuff mark on the door maybe from a key or something. She had buffed it out for us in that first 10 minutes. That by itself had me sold on this place. 20 minutes in, I got a diagnosis on what was wrong. It was just the low pressure port Schrader valve that was leaking. Knowing what the part cost, and how much it would cost me to rent or find a vacuum and recycler, I expected that it may cost a lot. She came back with an amazing price to repair it and I jumped all over that. Another 15 minutes and I was out the door. Great people and super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and even a 45 mile radius to come out here and get your repairs done. There is still many things that I take care of myself, but anything I need done due to tools or machines, I will definitely be going back here.

These people got me out of a bad situation. I was on vacation, a perfect time to have issues with the radiator and thermostaat. They got me fixed up, good as new in no time flat. To all those vacationers reading reviews to try and find a good shop, the answer to that is yes, this is a good garage. Just bring it here.

"Honest and Reliable" is there slogan and they lived up to it! I came in for what I believed was a major safety issue while travelling through the area. They performed an inspection immediately, diagnosed the issue, took it for a test drive with me to confirm they had resolved the issue. Best customer service and they did not try to sell me unnecessary services. I wish I had more work for them! From the initial phone call, discussions with the staff, to closeout everyone was top notch. Highly recommend. Also, the facility is very nice and the waiting area is awesome if you need it.Service: Brakes

On a recent trip to the Smokies I had mechanical issues with my truck. I was referred to Smokey's and Daniel was extremely great to work with. He got my truck in quickly, explained the situation clearly, and worked at getting my problems resolved and me back on the road as economically as possible.

While traveling here from out of town,I noticed a piece of metal in one of my tires.The good people at Smokey s Garage took out the metal checked for leaks and didn t even charge me. Shane & Skyler were awesome to work with. We didn't plan to stop at Smokey's; however, a broken heater in our truck while visiting the area for Christmas led us to them. They were fantastic! They were so kind, they were busy, but they worked hard to get us back on the road to enjoy our VAC. Top notch folks! The garage is fantastic! Very clean, very comfortable, a place you don't mind waiting at. These are knowledgeable folks and people who are a pleasure to do business with. If you find yourself in the area (local or vacationing), Smokey's will take great care of you!

These guys were amazing! They went above and beyond to take care of my family and get us back on the road safely as soon as possible. We were on vacation and our rear brake seized. There were issues with the availability of the part and all hands were on deck trying to find a store nearby that had it in stock. I am so thankful that we found our way to Smokey's. This Auto repair shop truly is honest and friendly. They went out of their way to explain what was wrong with my A/C and how they were going to fix it. Their prices are very fair. They also have the best waiting area in town! Enjoy the Keurig coffee or tea and a snack while you wait for your work to get done!

This business is EVERYTHING a business should be. They are efficient, professional and customer service oriented with an immaculate building and grounds. While on vacation in the area, my vehicle's check engine light came on. I replaced some parts myself but still had a problem. I found this garage based on good reviews and they were all correct. I just stopped in and told them my problem. I was able to leave the car and they'd try to fit me in to take a look and give me a ride where I needed to go......which is already above and beyond. As I was waiting around in the super clean waiting room in a beautiful building, I heard him call his technician to stop what he was doing and get a look at my van. I was waiting only a few minutes. The technician figured it out very quickly and got my van running like it should. Pricing was fair and they are military/LE friendly. Definitely support this business!

My family and I were on vacation in the area and on the way down I knew our wheel bearing was on its last leg. We got there on Monday night and I looked up a reputable shop in the area and Smokey s was highly recommended. I got up early the next morning and brought it into them and right away they were very accommodating. Shane was straight forward with me and told me their shop rate and that he would call me to confirm the issue and how to get it resolved. He contacted me within 4 hrs to confirm it was in fact a wheel bearing and made sure it was ok to move forward. They ran into issues removing the wheel bearing and called me several times to update me on the progress. The bearing was stuck in the spindle and they didn t know if they could get it out and informed me it may need a new spindle at a high price tag. This is where this shop shines in my opinion could they have just called it and charged me a high price for a new spindle plus a hefty markup? Yes, but they didn t! They went above and beyond to make a bad situation better for us and were able to reuse our old spindle and keep the cost at a minimum. Long story short we had our vehicle back the same day and we were able to go on with our vacation and make it home safely. My hat is off to Smokey s for being honest and accommodating and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for saving our vacation!Service: Auto maintenance

I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my car. They got me in the next day. Fixes what they could, explained what needed to be done mext, and were fair on their price. FINALLY a place that cares about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you have a lifted truck I'd definitely go here. I sure wont be going anywhere else. Thanks a bunch you all! Highly recommend!Update. Must be ran by someone different or something because the quality of service has went down hill. Had to take my truck elsewhere for a proper alignment.

I can't thank the folks here enough. Our service engine light came on. Went to a dealership and paid for diagnostic then they cleared the code. Couldn't repair and were 2 to 3 weeks out. We were leaving on vacation the next week. Went to Smokies and they got us in right away found the actual problem not what the dealer said it was. We had a funeral that week and they sure got us fixed fast. Went on vacation and our Jeep ran and still runs fantastic. This place is top notch. They explained everything up front and are just awesome. We will be back.

While vacationing near Seiverville we were out driving when our SUV started to make a loud noise and overheat. We pulled into Smokey s Garage and from the minute we went in they were very friendly, professional and made us feel comfortable. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts that were needed and did the repair. It was a big job that took some time but they kept us updated several times.
