Go here if you were in the market for a new Ford. Our salesman, Charles, was amazing. He made the deal go smoothly from start to finish, even when I was buying from another state and using our own financing. He was even willing to pick my husband up from the airport. There were no hidden fees or surcharges, and the price itself was reasonable for what we were getting. Highly recommend this dealership, especially that salesman.

This as by far the best Ford place we unexpectedly had to visit we were from out of town in the Dallas area but started having truck issues with death wobble and from the moment we walked in they made us feel comfortable and they had our truck done that day and back on the road. The Service Manager was very kind and attentive. And that s after we checked with 2 other shops in town who said would take 1-2 weeks to fixWould recommend this place for all your needs

I dealt with Michael Bomar here at Rocky Top Ford and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, professional and never pushy. I ended up buying a F-150 Lariat here and it was a great experience. They treated me fairly and honestly without the big city dealership tricks and high pressure tactics

During a recent trip to Gatlinburg our cars transmission was giving signs of going out. On the way out of town it gave completely out. We were barely able to get pulled off the road. We pulled into Rocky Top Ford and explained our situation. Told Debbie the salesperson I expected to be in and out with a car in 1 hour. They did an outstanding job in getting me out of there with my new purchase. Treated me as if I was a long time customer. Thanks to all!

Purchased a 2023 F-150. First talked with Sami on the phone, she was very pleasant, professional and informative. Met with Nick at the dealership. He was awesome , assisted me with my trade in and purchase. The entire process was fast and actually enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Rocky Top Ford to everyone. And my dog loves his new ride

Went in to have check engine light and news was not good. Chris came out and told me the problem. Was very nice and sensitive about what I was facing. Service department is great.I ended up buying anew car, not by choice. Sales department was very understanding. I was crying and they didn t pressure me on purchasing a new car. They where very understanding of my situation.Rocky Top is a wonderful dealership.

There's some dang-tootin" good news for Rocky Top Group, and everybody's excited about it. Their magnificent, super new building will be opening by years end on Winfield Dunn Parkway, and they will have new neighbors - a brand new Target. But don't wait , start shopping now, because they have some darn nice cars and pick-ups looking good on their lot. And I'll bet, manager Andy Bass is thinking they'd look pretty good in your driveway. He's going to tie up any loose ends to make you happy. Now, when you get there, look for my good buddy, sales professional Charlie H. A family man and home-town guy who know's his stuff. He puts the "service" in customer service. Speaking of Service, If you do need a part or something fixed for your current vehicle, tell Jennifer to make you an appointment. She's got a smile that's contagious and she's just plain friendly. Everybody goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Now, that's what we need more of these days!

I can't say enough good things about the service team over at Rocky Top Ford. Jennifer and Josh went above and beyond to help troubleshoot some issues I was having on my truck while in the area on vacation. Both were so pleasant, friendly and just all-around helpful working through the issue. I wish I had a dealership like this close to home. Thanks Jenn & Josh for helping us out!

Excellent service! While on vacation our fuel pump went out, Chris from service did a great job! He was able work us in, with the repairs being made in a very timely manner. He was able to help with the rental situation for the remainder of our trip. His kindness was much appreciated during a stressful situation!

The Pirelli tire website recommended this dealership. My back tire went from 34PSI last night to 23PSI this morning. I called to inquire about checking my low tire, and cost. Jennifer said to bring it in and no charge! She met us 15 minutes later in service.We waited in the TV waiting room, and were able to connect to their free guest wifi. Their bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We didn t drink the complimentary water or coffee, or read the magazines, but all was available around the corner. There is also a Cyber Cafe for quiet tech working and coffee (or any beverage).Jennifer returned our keys and car to us within 30 minutes. She also gave us the screw that caused the leak. Justin patched the tire, but both advised us to keep an eye on it. It might not hold and might need to be replaced.No charge! But smiles and encouragement were plentiful. I gave Jennifer & Justin a two dollar bill each. I keep $2 bills in my wallet to give to special individuals who go above and beyond to be helpful. They are now members of my $2 club!

My husband hit something while on vacation here. There was only a couple scratches, nothing visibly damaged. We googled this dealership to make sure we could drive the car home.Chris took it to look at, called us back and said there was extensive damage under the car and we couldn t drive it. We called out State Farm agent, made a claim. They suggested we have it towed to the Rusty Wallace Collision Center in Knoxville. We went back to get our belongings out of the car and Chris insisted that they wouldn t know how to fix our car. It was only a year old and needed Ford machines to fix the steering technology and so forth. Even though I felt uneasy leaving it, we did.3 week later and us calling once a week to check on the vehicle with Chris who told us he had been waiting on the insurance to come out and look at the car, we find out that he refused to send pictures in for the claim because he wanted them yo come and look at it. We live in Texas!!! We haven t had a car for 3 weeks trusting that they were doing the right thing, but they have not!We had our car towed to From them to Rusty Wallace in Knoxville. Within 2 hours of our vehicle being there, the parts have been ordered and we have a date of completion. What was tons to us by Chris snd the Ford dealership is not what was wrong with our vehicle!! They are a scam artist and shouldn t be trusted!

I bought a new car yesterday at Rocky Top Ford, and it was a very pleasant experience. My salesman, Nick, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. And the finance manager, Matt, handled his part with great efficiency. Overall it was as good as experience as it could have been (when one has to spend that much money ).

Was in town visiting my children. Went there to look at new vehicles with the special Ford is running right now. Bought a new truck from them...Sales staff is exceptional, especially Coyle. They are very honest and tell it to you straight. Will buy from them again when the time comes.

If I could they would get no stars. I called to set appointment to have my transmission fluid changed and was told they don't do it anymore. What a crock this girl told me she would call me back to make sure we'll I'm still waiting for that phone call. Will not go there again and will do my best that I tell everyone that has a ford. Called Rusty Wallace Ford I had no problem.

Rocky Top Ford did a great job fixing our F150 and taking care of us, even though we were from out of town!Our 2022 F150 broke down on a Monday while towing our camper down Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Rocky Top did their best to work us into their schedule and diagnose the problem quickly. The truck needed an alternator, but the part was unable to be ordered by Rocky Top due to unavailability. We were 14 hours from home and were camping in Townsend, TN.We had a less than desirable experience working with corporate Ford Motor Company Customer Service on a resolution. We worked mostly over the phone throughout the week, and that was a mistake as it created opportunity for miscommunication between us, Rocky Top, and Ford Customer Service. We ended up going to the dealership on Friday to make sure we were all on the same page (it was difficult to get to the dealership since we were 45 minutes away and without a vehicle).Rocky Top did everything they could to help us out. Specifically, Craig the Sales Manager, took time to talk with us and work through the communication issues we had. They provided us with a vehicle to get us to our camper on Friday night and back to the dealership on Saturday. The part arrived on Saturday morning and Rocky Top got it installed as quickly as possible (before 11 am). Thankfully, the alternator fixed our issue. Craig even called on Monday morning to make sure we had made it home safely.Lesson learned: Go straight to the dealership and work with them directly!

I made an appt to test drive a bronco and when I got there the next agent in-line was busy so I ended up working with Gabe Rowe. Must have been serendipity, because Gabe was the most low-key yet knowledgeable sales person you could ever want. The bronco was amazing but I feel like Gabe really sealed the deal. Everyone there was very nice and I m looking forward to my future relationship with Rocky Top Ford. #bronco

I broke down thanksgiving pulling into DreamMore. I called Rocky top and the service folks did everything they could to get me In and try to fix my truck.I also spoke with Charles on the sales team. Charles sent me several options Wednesday night and I met him Friday morning first thing.I was signed sealed and driving away in two hours with a new F-150. Every person there was friendly, they all went out of their way to help me during the holiday.Best experience I ve had with a dealer.

Our vehicle has been in the service department since January 29th 2023. At first we were told that the vehicle needed a new motor. After 2 weeks of waiting for Ford to approve they found out it was actually the transmission that locked the motor up. The transmission has been sent to another dealership and we have not been able to get any answers on how much longer until the vehicle will be ready. I was told the transmission was at one dealership and after 3 days of trying to get information from them it ended up being at a different dealership. I have tried several attempts to talk with Rodney the service manager and not once received a phone call. I don t think this dealership cares one bit for the customer.

We were traveling and found the driver's windshield wiper was suddenly inop without any explanation. Chris in service recognized our dilemma right away and got us right away the next morning when we were due to leave town. In less than an hourwewere repaired and back on the road. Turns out a piece of debris became lodged in the wiper motor and was preventing it from working. Thanks Chris and everyone in the service department for getting us back on the road quickly! Outstanding customer service!

I traded my car in here and accepted thier offer based on them telling me they would have to wholesale the car. They didn't. They are resaling the car for 5k more than they gave me for trade in value without having to put any addiyional work into it. On top of that they tried to up charge me by 3% on financing charges. You cannot trust this dealership. They will bend you over and take full adavantage and are 100% deceptive.

Way overpriced ($300 oil change/markups on vehicles). Service is also pretty bad, have had a recall part "being ordered" for going on 2 years now. Got tired of waiting bc I was pretty sure rocky top had no intention of doing the recall so I called Rusty Wallace ford and had the part and work done in days not years.

I Completely Recommend this Car Dealership! The Promptness and Transparency when working on My Behalf was Astounding!Being from NY, I m Honest, and I work Quickly to get things done. If you have this attitude and ethic, I would Recommend Working with CHARLES!! Charles had me in and out on my way with my Trade in Information and My Credit application sent off in 20 minutes or LESS!
